This is a corrupt company. They did everything to destroy my tickets. I spent 4 hours, spelling and re-spelling names; correcting seating and cost arrangements. One name was still wrong, which I missed on review, and I was then told that I would have to purchase another ticket since the name was wrong. I should have completed my itinerary myself, without calling their number (40% discount was not true, either). I finally cancelled the trip and made arrangements directly with the airlines with no problems whatsoever.

They are a bait and switch company. Booked 5 tickets to Nassau Bahamas price was great! Even after reading reviews "don't book" "they are scammers". "You will get a booking online then later a call saying something different". I still went ahead and placed the order. Then 2 hours later got the call from the company. We are sorry we cannot not honor your tickets because the tickets are economy and are "standby only" but for $1400 a ticket we can upgrade you to the main cabin. The tickets we reserved thought their web site was $449 a ticket. After a long hold and dialog back and forth. Next option was to drive to Chicago and fly out of there for $900 a ticket.
This company is horrible and big time scammers. Plus they have my Credit Card Info. Can wait to get some random charges I did not authorize!
The published fair is not reliable. Check google reviews and check trustpiolet reviews. When you book the fair, they will call you within about 5 hours and tell you the fair has gone up. My fair started at 318 on their site. Then they called and said it would be 420. I went back to the site and the same trip was listed for 328. I asked if I could get it for 328. They said no. We settled on 385. But this is a big pain in the rear, and you won't know what you'll get until they call and you negotiate. Much easier to see the real price from the start.
Tip for consumers:
Please know that the published fare is not the one you will eventually pay after a phone call.
I bait clicked on their pop-up and was talking to a woman about an itinerary I was trying to book and while she was looking up options, I thought I had better check this company out. I googled them, only to find really frightening experiences others had when them. I told her I was sorry, but I didn't want to waste her time or mine and wouldn't be proceeding. I explained the bad reviews and told her Thank you, but no. I hung up and she called me right back. (Curse you, Called ID!) I told her again that nothing she said would change my mind and hung up. She called 3 more times and I just ignored the calls. Then called again at night and because I originally called her from my work phone work, she went through the prompts on our company system to get the 24-hour emergency person and bothered him! Don't even call these people!
On Dec 24th, my flight was cancelled due to the storms. United wouldn't refund and neither has fares planet. I went through the process and received an email stating I would receive a refund, however, it has been a month and still no refund.
I cancelled a confirmed ticket on American airlines because I saw the same flight for 200 less on cheapdealsfare. 15 minutes after booking with cheapdealsfare I get a phone call from faresplanet saying the ticket I purchased wasn't available, but I could get a ticket for 700! I was upset and told her I felt like this was a bait and switch situation. She denied this, then she offered me a $640 fare. I continued to complain until she offered me a $629 fare. I told her I would never deal with her company and I'll pay the 629 directly to American Airlines where at least I know I'll actually get my ticket. This was so dishonest!
Tip for consumers:
This company is dishonest and needs to be shut down.
This is a fraud. They offer cheap air fares online and once you submit payment, they call and state the flight is overbooked and they're no longer any more seats available and offer you a different flight with $200-$1,200.00 price increase. They ALL need to be fired. The English is very difficult to understand so I'm sure what country they are calling from.
Run... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
If i could give 1/2 star rating, it would still be too high
I booked my flight last night 9/29/22. I have been trying to cancel it as i cant go anymore. Cant understand the lady as she keeps asking "whats my reason?" My flight is on "HOLD". She kept on saying that "she cant hear me and I'm breaking up". Then she hung up on me. She said she'll call back but nope. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT! HOW HARD CAN THAT SH! T BE!
A COMLETE FRAUD! Took a chance and bought a ticket through Faresplanet (gave personal info and credit card) and received an email saying I'd receive my e-Tickets within 4 hours. Instead, a rep phoned from India saying they cannot honor the price and that need to pay $180 more for the same ticket. The rep used pressure sales tactics to get me to agree, which I did not. Suddenly the price was "only" increased by $85, and then $57 after 30 minutes on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told that there is no manager available (everyone is outside?!), that there is a shift-change happening and no other people are available, that the rep does not know who the company owner is and he refused to give me the physical address or manager's name, stating that they are not allowed to provide this information!? I gave up and reported them to the US DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. Buyer Beware!
Tip for consumers:
NEVER use this company!
Don't book through them. They will try and raise the price and then when you want to cancel they will hang up on you.
Called after booking online to say the fare was no longer available. New fare was almost $200 more.
