Ordered a pair of shoes during the sale, and they sent me a pair of second hand shoes. Asked for exchange they told me that that's the last one they have in stock. Since I heard a lot of bad experience for returning things to farfetch, I asked for a discount because I clearly don't want to pay for a second hand item the price for a new item. They offered me 10% off. I think 10% is for a new item with certain flaws, So I said no and I would like to have a 25%off. They rejected my offer today. Ready to return the item but since it already been close two weeks return period. Finger crossed that I can get my money back.
The service is excellent and the customer service actually replied to me regarding my concern. The shipping is fast there is a huge selection available to choose from. However, i just wish you had a gift wrapping option with a personalized gift card.
On the website it mentions that the price is including the import duties. However I have been charged duties separately on delivery. I have already raised this query to DHL who will be getting in touch with the supplier to resolve the issue.

I was about to purchase 2 pairs of the almost $100 for one pair of Rihanna x Fenty fur slides! SOOO glad i googled reviews because that is almost $200 out of my pocket for fake shoes or to have an issue! Always look up reviews on Google before buying from a website that you may not of heard of!

I ordered some shoes from far fetched and they sent the item quickly and packaged nicely. Luckily I tried the shoe on at a local retail store and knew my perfect size because far fetched has a policy about how you can't return an item if the security tag isn't attached. The shoes I received had the tag laying around in the box. It seems like it was set up so I wouldn't be able to return it. If you order from them just becareful about returns. Other than that they were good.

Just ordered a pair of super sunglasses from them and it was shipped out from the wok store boutique and the shipping is sooo fast! The sunglasses were carefully wrapped and there was no damage at all. I was skeptical to order from this website since there were some really bad reviews. I took the risk and ordered from this website since there were no other websites that had the sunglasses that I wanted. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with the service. I received constant updates on my order so I didn't have to worry about it. Definitely will order from this website again! :o) Btw. It is better to make a payment through paypal. I heard you don't have to provide a copy of your credit card and license if you purchase through paypal.
I just bought a trousers ship to uk and that item is only cost 260 pounds, while i was purchase, there was only one shipment method to choose, which was express 2 days delivery( 12 pounds). Its been 3 - 4 days now and just got a call from dhl saying i need to pay101 pounds more for vat charge.
I saw a dress in a "shop" in the UK. I bought it and requested that it be shipped asap. I offered to pay more for speed. The FF people said it usually takes 5 to 7 days to get an item through customs, etc. Well, they got the dress to me in two days. It was fabulous but unfortunately didn't fit. I followed the return instructions which were easy, DHL picked up the dress at my house and the return was processed in a couple of days. It was a fantastic experience. All the more so because at the same time I had been trying to get a return processed through the American company Arcadian. Gawd! What a contrast. It took two months and tons of emails. It was horrible. So Yay Farfetch! Booooooo Arcadian.
I ordered a pair of shoes on Farfetch. The price was 200. First of all, they didn't indicate me from which country the order would be shipped. When I received the order, I saw it came from Belgium, the same country as I live in! The original price was still on the box: 125. I paid 75 for a shipment within the same country! This is a scandal!

I have ordered at 09/12 the bag as gift for my pregnant wife to Portugal. I wanted to make a surprise for her
But Farfetch send me at 15th that they are return back my order to store and now price will be 950€ instead of 610€, and I should make a new order and pay x2 price, because soon Christmas. So, now my money are hold, my wife without gift and it was my last order in Farfetch.
Be careful, I see that many people have the same problem with them. Don't order here You will be without money and order!
I made a purchase and several hours later my card was charged for 3 different orders! One was even flagged by Amex for Fraud Alert. When I called the company they said its my fault. It was my first experience at Farfetch and I was very positively surprised.
I ordered on Monday afternoon and received my order on Wednesday morning - extremely fast! (the item was shipped within Europe).
Communication was good - I received several e-mails from both Farfetch and the shop where I ordered the item.
I'll definitely be back soon!
I have shopped on farfetch a few times and on the last two occasions I have paid for express delivery and the items have arrived late. With shipping at a cost of £10 for standard or £15 express, I would expect a better service.
Otherwise can't fault the site!

I've placed an order on Nov 3rd, and waited till Nov 5th with no changes on the order status. Therefore, I contacted the customer service via email.
They emailed back to inform me the item was out of stock and cancelled my order.
However, shockingly, I found the exact same item automatically appeared in my shopping cart with the price going up!
I felt cheated! Not only did they lie about the item being out of stock, but also used up my first time 10% off which I could have used on the scarf I bought the next day!
Worst of all, I have written another email stating this matter but got no response so far!
Be aware and stay away from this website! They practice price fishing, lie to you and cancel your order!

So, I thought Farfetch was a big reliable website? This was my first thought, but this is incorrect Please do not by any products here. Once again do not by any products here. As you guys all know, you receive 10 percent off as a first customer of farfetch. However, the promo code that I received was defective. So, I contacted the customer service and they emailed me back with a response of which brand is included for discount and which are not. The brand that I was trying to buy is Tom Brown. According to the email, it is included with in the brands that you can get discounts. Then, I contacted customer service and I talked to manager named Steve. He was extreamly rude and did not provide me with clear answer. All he was staying was "I am sorry" or "I understand how this email can be misleading". Come on guys... I hope this review helps. Once again don't buy any products here.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
