Infelizmente tenho que apontar uma falha. A mala que comprei veio embrulhada em papel plástico, sem a respectiva caixa da marca, sem certificado de garantia e sem as peças metálicas suplentes que deviam acompanhar o produto. Não percebo porquê. Podem explicar-me por favor?

Pela primeira vez utilizei a Farfetch para realizar uma compra online, e estou muito satisfeita com todo o processo de compra, e rapidez na expedição e entrega. Recebi o artigo muito antes do que estava previsto. Todo o processo de expedição é acompanhado pelo cliente através do tracking da encomenda. Produto com as características e qualidade anunciada.

Mooi afgeleverd niks op aan te merken, en snelle levering niks op aan te merken en de product ziet er netjes uit stijl vol je zou bijna denken dat het niet beter kan.

Hallo zusammen,
Ich hatte 3 Produkte bei Farfetch bestellt. Das erste Produkt kam in der falschen Größe an (Offwhite Handyhülle sollte in IPhone XS Größe geliefert werden, kam aber in IPhone XR Größe), ich hatte den Support angerufen und gefragt was ich tun kann, blablabla, ist angeblich ein Übersetzungsfehler auf der Webseite gewesen! Habe das Geld zurück bekommen und einen kostenlosen Expressversand. Das zweite Produkt war ebenfalls eine Handyhülle (von Kenzo) diese kam in der falschen Größe UND in der falschen Farbe. (Support angerufen und blablabla, zurücksenden, Geld zurück und einen kostenlosen Expressversand, der mir nichts bringt da ich dort nicht wieder bestellen werde. Sonst gibt es keine Entschädigung. Beide Pakete wurden kostenlos von DHL ohne Probleme wieder abgeholt. Dazu kommt dass ich bei Corporate Benefits einen Rabattcode bekommen hatte (15%) und bei der Bestellung angegeben hatte und dieser NICHT berücksichtigt wurde. D. h. Ich musste den vollen Preis zahlen! (Hatte auch den Support angeschrieben via Mail, erst haben sie den Code bestätigt blablabla, dann nach 3 Mails zur Erklärung was ich von denen wollte, da der Support ziemlich unfähig ist wurde mir mitgeteilt dass der Code nicht nachträglich verrechnet werden kann.
Also ich finde es eine Frechheit dass von 3 bestellten Produkten 2 Produkte in falscher Ausführung ankommen! (Fehlerquote von 66%!), dazu der Fakt dass ich dem Shop mehrere 100 Euro zahle und dann solch eine Erfahrung machen muss.
Support war stets höflich, das ist aber auch das einzig positive.
(Bin mir nicht sicher ob das ganze am Coronavirus liegen kann da die Produkte direkt aus Italien kamen.)

Rapidità e prezzi vantaggiosi. Sono riuscita a trovare un articolo molto richiesto che non trovavo in nessun sito. La spedizione è stata rapidissima.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
