Website was easy to use, and had a lot of great options. I got my cane surprisingly fast and the quality is amazing- way better than i expected. It folds very small and can fit in my purse, but is also extremely sturdy. 10/10 would buy again and recommend to others

This is my second cane from Fashionable Canes. I love the sturdy build and it makes me feel confident that I wont trip and fall over. It also looks great and easy to hold. My only slight issue is there are some minor marks on the end of the handle which appear to look like tarnishing but its very minor.

I purchased an acrylic cane in late August 2021 and it broke in half September 2022. I barely had it for one year and the handle broke completely off when I was far from home and unable to secure a replacement. For anyone like me who requires a cane to get from point A to point B, this can pose a dangerous situation.

I do not recommend this product!

The company refused to replace it or acknowledge the situation this put me in.

Cane arrived to Canada in less than a week, was shipped very same day ordered. Very solid and heavy in a good way. My wife was skeptical when I told her what I ordered but when she saw it... she smiled and said 'very nice'... which is a lot for her! Prior to ordering I was torn between two different choices and called customer service. Answered all my questions and based on her feedback steered me to my choice which was the right one. Very impressed!

The Triple Wound Carbon Fiber Cane is the absolute best. I have over a dozen canes, and this is my favorite. It is so light weight and yet super strong and very sharp looking. I bought two this time because I had one lost/stolen.
I bought the Tourist Cane also- good quality and great value.

My father has pain in his knees from climbing up and down the stairs several times in a raw (don't do that if you're old). He has a walking stick but it is too heavy and taller than needed and can't be shortened. I had this for him and he loved the way it looks and its weight. It is very flexible and can be modified easily. I think the folding feature is very practical. We only had this for a day, so I can't say much. I will try to update if I have time in the future. Thank you.

P.S. I would like to mention that I had contacted fashionablecanes.com's customer service and they were responsive and positive and very helpful.

I bought my husband a lovely can from Fashionable canes for Christmas. I bought the heavy rated one. It had a lovely silver plated handle. I also paid to get his initials on it. The total cost of the cane was $225.00. The cane broke after about one month. The handle just dropped off! When we looked inside the handle there was a small plastic tube with a thin piece of plastic (like plastic wrap) around the tube. I called the company and was greeted with a very rude woman. She said they would not replace the cane but would give me 30% off on a new cane. I am now out $225.00. Never buy from this company You will be greatly disappointed by their desire to stand by their products.

I broke my leg a few months ago and I really wanted a cool purple cane but I could find one so I had to use a dull black cane until my friend found their website www.fashionablecanes.com. Coll stuff! I finally found my purple cane and a bought a few more, to match my hats and handbags.
I like them because they are fast: I got my cane in 3 days :) they have very good prices and many styles to choose from! Now, my grandmother is using my canes and she loves it.

Such an amazing selection of canes. Was looking for a backup walking stick for one that my husband loves. We found the exact one for a great price. Fortunately, it was a heavy duty one, because the packaging was very poor, but it arrived in perfect condition. Clearly they knew what they were doing!

I bought 3 canes. I received 2 canes. One was on backorder. Still waiting for the third cane that was ordered last October! Just canceled order. Why should it take 6 months to make a colored piece of pipe?

I bought a zapcane to protect from mean dogs in the neighborhood. Just the snap, crackle & pop has been sufficient to keep them at bay. I bought one zapcane that quit working & it was quickly replaced. Apparently I had recharged too long, since the instructions at the time were unclear. I have now bought another zapcane at another location for the same reasons(can't take zapcanes on a plane). Carrying the cane gives me a great feeling of more safety in potentially dangerous situations. I am very satisfied with the product. Thanks for a great product.

My husband has several canes from Fashionable Canes. They are top notch. He is beyond happy with each of them. He dresses well and has a great fashion conscience. Thus he uses a number of different canes. Fashionable Canes provides that ability.

I brought two (derby) canes and had them cut to 34 inches in length, which is free of charge. I find the added support helps a lot, it takes some getting use to walking with a cane(s), highly recommend Fashionable Canes. I wrote about Fashionable Canes on my Fibromyalgia Support page on Facebook and so far I got over 2,000 views. Going out with cane(s) does draw attention, but I do take into account how smart my canes look and I feel great because of it. I have Fibromyalgia and to other people with Fibromyalgia I do recommend using cane(s). You might have pain in your knees, hips or Back and think you dont need a cane but if you suffer in silence the pain in your joints may worsten, like a person who needs glasses to read or just for walking around or driving, if they dont wear their glasses their eyes get worse and weaken. I ordered two canes from Fashionable Canes- the Blue Denim Derby Walking Cane With Ash Wood Shaft and Silver Collar & the Triple Wound Carbon Fiber Black Derby Walking Cane w/Collar, the former for everyday use & the latter for 'stepping out' at night. They both are as advertised in color & durability (though it is easy to scuff the finish on the carbon fiber model). They both look great & in the short time I have had them I have received many compliments. Considering how light the heft they are incredibly sturdy & support my current weight of 265 pounds without a problem.
Carefully read the section on how to measure your body for the correct height of your cane, this is important to get the fit just right.
I am very pleased with my canes- the look, the feel, the aforementioned durability, & the cost, and if the need arises to add more to my collection I will absolutely get them from Fashionable Canes.

I purchased 2 canes on 8/18/20 with a specified delivery date of 2 to 8 business days. It is now 17 days later. Every time I check the delivery status which indicates each day that I will receive the parcel either that day or the next. I live in Brooklyn NY, this parcel has been in Brooklyn 5 times already listed as out for delivery and then it gets shipped to Kearny NJ and so on. I called customer service their 1st response is it was shipped via USPS and went on to explain that the post officer has been defunded (bull$#*!) then when I inform them that the tracking number is a FedEx delivery they then say oh it was the weather. All excuses on help no walking sticks. Do you self a favor and avoid these people, there are plenty of other reliable sources to buy canes from. These guys are shysters and make excuses as they go along without offering and amicable form of resolve...

I ordered 2 zap canes from this company and till now they never shiped the items. They picked the amount of 221 dollars in my account.My bank statment show clearly the transaction, they website name the amount and now they are not responding. Stay away and do not buy with them. Until they refund my money i will post bad rating

The cane is beautiful. I ordered the hummingbirds. The extra tips I ordered were in the box. I forgot to mention excepting the offer of a free leather strap. So I called customer service and they were very nice and said the strap would be in the box. But it wasn't.

We had two orders, the first one was prompt, with good tracking. The second one took a while longer. The canes itself are awesome, good quality and beautiful made. We enjoyed them very much. We had some questions, so we had a chat and a phonecall. The people were very friedly and willing to help, wich they did! Chapeau! We will be back.

Its a nice carbon cane. But it is in fact less elegant and light than expected for carbon and cherry wood. The hangrip is howevwer very good. I am satisfied.

Disappointed I believe I ordered the blackthorn cane with shamrock handle. But I ordered the thicker cane and I believe I received what looks like a thin cane.
