I purchased an acrylic cane in late August 2021 and it broke in half September 2022. I barely had it for one year and the handle broke completely off when I was far from home and unable to secure a replacement. For anyone like me who requires a cane to get from point A to point B, this can pose a dangerous situation. I do not recommend this product! The company refused to replace it or acknowledge the situation this put me in.

Do your homework BEFORE making any purchase, a pretty website doesn't always mean a pretty cane. I was placed on a three month backorder for a poorly manufactured 925r 'Siliver Swan' and what I received was a product they sold me that HAD severe pitting on oneside of the swan, as if it were (sandblasted), there is also straches and dents as if it were poorly polished, and dropped during the mailing process, they blamed me for everyrhing and they will NOT do an exchange, I am now out of more than 200.00, and they use the excuse, the reason, I need an exchange is because my doctor told me I needed a cane that's two inches taller, I told them that too! You do NOT want to shop here, while it may have turned out good for some, it surely hasn't for me! I am NOW having to take them to court, this $200.00 cane has now cost 2,000.00, and I'll get my money back, having to file in the state of Texas.
I even have an email from them telling me that after checking their inventory there (other canes) was not as badly pitted or not pitted at all compared to the cane they sold me, imagine that? Great for business!
