I PURCHASED A GREY HAT AND RECEIVED A BLACK ONE INSTEAD. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT OR ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE MISTAKE. THE ONLY SOLUTION THEY FELT WAS FAIR WAS FOR ME TO PURCHASE THE ITEM AGAIN, IN HOPES OF GETTING THE CORRECT ITEM BUT WITH NO GUARANTEE IT WOULD ACTUALLY HAPPEN. THEY ALSO STATED THEY WERE THE "VICTIM" IN THIS SCENARIO. DO NOT PURCHASE!
