My spouse ordered the entry shipment thinking it was a one time deal. After 12 days they charged my credit card $99.99 for something we have not received. I have spoken with the company and demanded a refund and cancellation. If this is not done in an appropriate time span I will have my credit card company take action; and they do not play around with something like this.

Even though they say Fed prison is better, it's still prison and most of the stories they tell are TRUE.

They take your money and disappear. The only record of my transaction was the text i got automatically ( i always get a text when i use my debit card) when i placed my order. BEWARE. Im hoping i can do something about it to get my $ back. THIEVES

I have had the same problems. You are right about them having more than one site. I returned all the products and besides the 99.00 plus a charge of 83.41. I sent the first shipment with the cigs two days after I received it. They claim I didn't follow their return policy. I never even opened the first package because I knew their charges for the cartrigides were outrageous. I have order and been using Vapor4 LiFe and they have been helping me immensely. Their cartridges are 10.00 to 12.50 for a five pack. They are refusing to refund my account because they said I did not return the products. This is so frustrating because you can never get a straight answer. I want and need my money back.

This company is a bad deal. I payed 4.95 for a trail and then 15 days after I could get the refills for 22.95. I didn't get the trail but 15 days later I got the refills and a bill for 99.99. I'm going to turn this in to the attorney generals office and I hope you all do the same.
