I paid for rapid service it was 60.00 more then normal so I could have my certification in 3 days it's now been 7 and nothing so now it's in the normal time frame that I could have saved 60.00 however that's the the worse of things these people will not even respond back to let me know why the delay. This place is absolute garbage think twice before you pay them to file anything for you.

There are not too many intangibles. All you need is five or so minutes and you are done. Compare to all the other privates middle and go in-between sites out there that are l should say are sometimes very ridiculous it is quite a breeze.

It looks like they make a quick money and block your refund request immediately when you find out the truth, 129.95 service fee for passport renewal, that is a kind of greedy.
