In the beginning I had a few issues possible due to using my iCloud inbox. I didn't receive a confirmation email and was very skeptical. However, the processing team and customer service representatives were extremely helpful assisting me with getting all of my documents sent over. There was an inbox full error that rerouted my confirmation email back to sender which caused all the confusion. Thanks to Vanessa D and Shari T amongst the other dedicated team members, I rate fastfilings.con five stars. The prices are good and the service is excellent.
Used them multiple times last month. One was getting some licenses set up for an entity in Los Angeles. I needed a btrc set up. They got it to me less than an hour after I ordered.
I also needed a statement of information filed and they got that done in just a few days.

** update- editing my review** I looked over the ca statement of I formation and they DID make the change I requested and they DID reply to my email. It went into spam. Can't hold that against them! This was so easy and helpful, I literally felt like I had my own personal secretary. I was initially going to file myself but after getting stuck on a few questions, I went back to google and found fastfilings. It was the best decision I could have ever made. Thank you so much for this service.
I Googled to get to the California State website to on-line file the Statement of Information. I got Fastfilings site, and didn't notice that they were an outside service, and charged $74 (California charges $25), nor double-confirm that amount like almost all legitimate sites. And even though I emailed them immediately to cancel, the response was that it was too late, as they process immediately (even on the weekend, when I entered the order). Pretty misleading and scammy.
I applied for a California DBA, which cost me $49.95. Days later, I received 2 forms, directions and a postage paid envelope. FastFiling did nothing! Their ads are misleading. On top of that, I just went back on thier website and now they say they don't do California DBAs -- after taking my money to do so. STAY AWAY!
To your reponse - YOUR ADS are misleading. Period. And to not refund my $49.95 is basically stealing.

We offer multiple DBA services. You chose the economy service where we simply prepare your DBA paperwork. That's how the service was clearly described, and you chose that service. We can't entertain your review as valid unfortunately.
I just completed the formation of this LLC 1/20/2023. Received a notice that I had to file a form of good standing. Upon filing the form the charge was $98. I have filed the forms for other LLCs and the charge was $10 if filed in Jan and the late fee was $50. I do not under stand why I had to file a report when the LLC was formation in Jan. Then the fee was excessive when I recently filed the new form?
Being completely ignorant on the matter, I was guided efficiently. Since I was requested to produce this document by banks here in California, just tried; hope it went well.
I can't believe how fast I got my sellers permit. I have been a bit of a pinch to get things going with my new business and fast filings helped make of possible to not be set back with my deadlines. Highly recommend! Thank you fast filings!

Keep in mind our service description is crystal clear, as is the fact that orders cannot be canceled. In fact, you cannot even place an order without actively checking a box and confirming you understand the service, and understand that orders can't be canceled. We have these policies in place because as you stated- we process orders lighting fast. In summary, we are transparent, and we are faster than anyone in the industry. I think anybody would agree that that is the opposite of "scammy" as you phrased it.
