Fastlane made me pay for MOBILE SERVICES OF AIR CONDITION SPECIALIST ENGINEER and assured me that he would identify the exact location of the leaking air condition of my car. I told the operator that my car is under warranty and that I am already booked for TWO DAYS DETAILED DIAGNOSIS WITH HIRED CAR ALL FOR FREE WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY. However, they DECEIVED me that their engineer would identify the exact leak, so I paid £174 immediately via telephone. Their engineer came and did exactly what was done by the previous auto engineers and said he could not identify the leaking pipe. Fastlane then told me to bring the vehicle to their workshop which is over 40 miles from my house when I told them that if their engineers cannot do it, there is no point paying, BUT they assured me their engineers could do it. THEY TOOK MONEY OFF ME BASED ON DECEPTION! I NEED THEM TO REFUND ME MY £174 ASAP!
