I did a tele med visit on 12/23 and with my insurance which is Blue Cross and Blue Shield I was told my tele med visit would be $50. Everything went good until a month later i got a bill for another $200. I called the billing office and they told me it was my insurance copay and I asked what is the cash price for a tele med visit and they said $135. I asked to pay the difference of $85 they said no that it would have had to be paid the day of the tele med visit. They said no and then billed my credit card another $200 so now I am out $250 for a 3 minute tele med visit. Today 2/28 I get another bill for $50 more dollars. Please beware of their rip off billing practices.
After being strung along for weeks after being accepted as a New Hire and burning my gas to travel to 3 different counties to get a drug screening because no one was actually Certified to do the EScreen and waiting a month for some bogus company to complete my background I was denied the job because I had a child restraint ticket on my record that I'm contesting. Sounds more like to me the company itself is full of BS and actually did all they could to deny me employment because of my race and me being overly qualified. I recommend anyone that's African American do not apply for employment at any of the Fast Pace Urgent Care Clinics.
Driving home from work I was thinking about wat to cook for dinner and alas out of nowhere I saw the flashing of a sign that stated veterans served in front of fast pace. I smelled the aroma of Lees famous chicken beside fast pace. I wondered if a veteran drumstick would taste the same. I quickly arrived home so I didn't miss the opportunity of something so exotic and rare. I immediately grabbed my phone and dialed fast pace to see what their special was. After listening to the unnecessary recording, 15 minutes later who I thought would take my order, began to go about benefit nonsense. What benefits do I need to get this delicious, unique meal? Apparently the Veteran has the benefits, but unfortunately I do not receive the benefits when I pick out my veteran. At the end of her blabber mouth speech, I asked how they were prepared. Disappointedly, the big mouth hung up and I missed my once in a lifetime deal. As infuriated as I was, I decided to call Lees Famous Chicken to ask if I could send one over to be prepared with all the fixings. The deaf worker who answered the call, did not quite understand what I was asking. I then proceeded to repeat myself several times. The chicken $#*! hung up before I could place my order. Needless to say I'm disappointed and starving to death.
Service was unprofession at best. Self pay is 135/visit customers with insurance are charged 265/visit
