Fatsoma

They advertised an event all over facebook, there were no visible age restrictions anywhere, not on the adverts, the web site, the payment page or in any of the information. So much so, Fatsoma didn't know and couldn't find out and the venue also didn't know. I have both emails and txts from the venue and Fatsoma to prove this.
Luckily I documented EVERYTHING, screenshots everything.

My 15 year old daughter had her birthday and on the Friday the 27th the day before the event bough two tickets with her birthday money. She arrived at the event to be told 18+ only. Absolutley distraught I attempted to contact all parties involved. Fatsoma take the money and then just wipe the blame off "nothing to do with them." Well in the eyes of the law, they took payment and it is everything to do with them.

They have rejected all refund requests and have even had the organisers add 18+ to the ad now, however luckily I can prove this is after this has happened.

I will be taking small claims court action against Fatsoma, they have stolen from a child. It was incorrect advertisement and deception.

Rogue traders and trading standards will be in contact along with the courts and my solicitors.

BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

ALSO MAKES ME LAUGH READING THESE REVIEWS... THEY KEEP THE ADMIN CHARGE IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED... THAT SHOULD BE CLAIMED FROM THE EVENT ORGANISER NOT YOUR CUSTOMER WHO HAS HAD AN EVENT CANCELLED OUT OF THIER CONTROL.
