Just exchange crypto for the first time and was linked here to leave a review. I chose Faxro since you can compare rates from different sellers without leaving the site, and the fees are relatively low. Overall an easy and smooth experience, will use Faxro again in the future

Excellent Customer Support Have just traded Origin Protocol for BSV and transaction went through quickly and support was excellent. Emails were answered in minutes and were very helpful, even tho system said they may take 1 - 2 hours. Recommended.

New user, skeptical, unsure. Had an uncommon, older token to get rid of, slight difficulty getting started. However, Support was super, super quick (Stephanie), direct, clear, and so, everything went through just as advertised and I received my swapped tokens. Awesome.

Faxro is a very trustworthy and ethical company. I did a swap and forgot to include the memo which caused a delay of a couple of days to get it sorted out. Being that I'm new to using them I was totally shocked and I thought my crypto was gone for good. But sure enough they came through just like they said they would and the swap went through at the going rate. With all the scams going around in this space, it's comforting to know that their are still companies out here that stand behind their product.

Smooth, fast, EXACTLY as Advertised. Extremely simple swap interface with updates to every step. Total time for HEX to ETH was 1 minute and was exactly at the expected price (actually slightly better). I was using MetaMask for my wallet and the effort / results ratio is awesome. Will certainly use this service again for swapping ERC. /salute
