“Nice product, rude customer service.”

I like the down comforter I purchased, but it was not as thick and fluffy as the 30-year-old one I was trying to replace. When I explained this to their customer service personnel, they said I should buy the cheap stuff if I wanted something loftier. Didn't offer me any advice on which of their products might be better.
