I am a big fan of anything honeycomb related. I thought that your honeycomb would rate one of the best going around, however, it didn't live up to expectation. I felt the honeycomb was overcooked which gave it a slightly burnt taste when you eat, as such, there wasn't a rich honey flavour. The best honeycomb I've tasted is from Beechworth Honey, in Victoria.
The best chocolate ever thought the rum and raising could have been more rum would definitely recommend will be buying more chocolate from here

The chocolate from federation chocolate is yummy. I ordered online and the chocolate arrived very quickly.
Pleasantly surprised, its got a lovely clean chocolate taste... that real chocolate taste that doesn't exist anymore.
Unable to go to the shop in Hobart due to Covid 19 restrictions I decided to mail order. My chocolate arrived very promptly and perfectly packed.
My friend was very happy with the chocolate/ honey combination, a favourite of hers I've since learned.

Improve protection packaging. Plus order took 17 days to arrive, so I thought it was forgotten about. Chocolate is fine though.

The rum and raisin chocolate is an interesting one to get the balance with as we use real rum (From a famous Queensland rum business ;) and not an essence which makes the rum milder in flavour but richer in contrast.
