I am a big fan of anything honeycomb related. I thought that your honeycomb would rate one of the best going around, however, it didn't live up to expectation. I felt the honeycomb was overcooked which gave it a slightly burnt taste when you eat, as such, there wasn't a rich honey flavour. The best honeycomb I've tasted is from Beechworth Honey, in Victoria.
Very impressed with the range, there really is something for everyone and great to see so many local ingredients being used too.
I just love the variety of chocolates that Federation produce. A perfect Tasmanian chocolate. Thank you!

A long way for a block of chocolate to travel, but well worth it... lovely chocolate only lightly flavoured with licorice/aniseed.

Delicious whether eaten in Tassie, Auz, or the U. K. Enjoy the interesting varieties. Time to order some moreish.
I bought the boobie chocolates that they were selling to raise money for the cancer council they were delivered promptly and packaged very well.
Love the chocolate and varieties on offer, and happy to get it delivered to Western Australia with the minimum of fuss. A taste of Tasmanias finest.
The experience has been very satifactory, so far. I have yet to taste the chokkies.The Curtis name grabs me, I may be related. If so, good luck.
Excellent service from ordering to obtaining in the mail. The items are too dear. It is cheaper to get them from the retail shop in Warrnambool.
