My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I ordered so much acrylics from this company called Glam & Glits and received my package all destroyed and emptied. Never again am I ordering anything with Fedex. On top of it there is a delivery fee after you pay for delivery...
I ordered a product that was coming from Texas to North Carolina. The shipment was initiated on November 17. So far my package has gone to Alabama, Virginia, Notth Carolina, West Virginia and Maryland. I called only to be talking with someone overseas that I can hardly understand. It has been over 2 weeks and I get told the package isn't lost, it's just re-routed with other packages. My package got as close as 120 miles from my home and then went 400 miles away. Their "Customer Service" rep promised a Supervisor would call me today. Never happened. I am appalled at how cheesy FedEx, a company I once highly respected, has become. Shipping our Christmas presents tomorrow. UPS will get them there.
Technology is ruining the common sense of some delivery people…. They'll deliver by what GPS tells them rather than looking at street signs and a damn address! Friday made 7 times in the last 6 months—still waiting to find out where my Thursday delivery is! #$#*!FedEx

FedEx used to be the leader in expedited delivery. They had the tracking tools, ground network and an air express backbone to lead the market. No more!
I must say that I was one of the original employees back in 1973. We worked hard to build the company with our energy, ideas and performance. But the company today lacks the concern for doing the right thing for customers, and is full of arrogant, don't give-a-dam people. Companies that act this way are in decline, and their service reflect it.
Drivers never press a doorbell, sign packages without our consent, and throw them at the door. Calling customer service is an experience in patience, which by the time they get on the line is gone.
There are better ways to ship your packages with speed and confidence at a lower cost (UPS, USPS Priority Mail). Don't support them. They will only change when they feel the pain of loosing customers and volume.

Zero stars. FedEx sucks. No updates regarding delivery. Website doesn't work properly. I absolutely would never recommend, my package is being delivered by my supplier so it was not my choice. Companies should go with UPS!
They will leave boxes falling down from top of mailbox planters, leave in front of garage doors (clearly marked for deliveries otherwise) for car to run over with

Totally satisfied with the shipping process. Practical to buy from US website for instance and to be delivered abroad. User friendly website, you can follow every step of your order till it arrives home. A must!
I chose Fedex over ups based on a professional shippers recommendation. MISTAKE. Needed business equipment for weekend. Promised Friday. Waited all day. Called and told "this evening". Never arrived. Saturday, box 1 of 2 arrives and half the shipment doesn't help. Now says "vacation" Monday (driver who has it on truck?). Scheduled Tuesday. I sat home waiting because of a required signature. Customer service is USELESS. Never again. Call UPS. There's a reason UPS trucks outnumber Fedex on the road. Will never use again and will review wherever possible to share my experience. Calling them is like 1-800-I don't care.
Twice in one day I have had to reschedule a pickup and both times the confirmation numbers given to me could not be found. Customer support is useless. If the person on the line doesn't know what to do, your transferred to someone else. Ridiculous. Very sad such a reputable company has sunk so low they are a bad joke!
If you care about a timely delivery of your package, avoid FedEx. Their customer service representatives have no idea how to help when there is a problem. My package is currently on an extended vacation in California, even though it was being shipped from one east coast location to another. It seems that FedEx should stop accepting new packages for shipment until they get the backlog of packages from customers who have paid money and received nothing in return taken care of. This company is clearly in crisis mode.
There really needs to be an option for zero stars. Another package delayed/lost. Zero help from customer service, except to send me tracking information that I already had saying the package was held up somewhere between Wisconsin and Indiana.

On March 25,2022 I complained about a reckless driver. Complaint #*******207 has since been ignored by the company and no one at FedEx seems to care. I only issued 1 star because I didn't have the option of issuing 0.
Awful, rude customer service. Don't waist your time calling them. Last time I called was told due to sender using sure post. They could not do anything about a missing package. If sender uses Sure Post be prepared to wait 3 weeks or longer for your item. There is also a good chance you might not get package at all. I understand there the cheapest shipping company around. As a profit of off merch I understand why companies use do to it, I would rather pay extra than deal with FEDEX. Companies think we will save money using cheapest, but in long run your losing. I try to stay away from any company that uses FEDEX as there shipper.
Package has been posted for delivery on three separate days only to later cancel. I've called customer service to no avail. I'm going to have to try and pick it up, because they won't deliver the time sensitive parcel.
Absolutely incapable and deceitful staff - the parcel has been now held with them in the destination city for 10 days past when it was supposed to be delivered, after being guaranteed several times over the last week that the delivery would be completed the next day.
Literally doing anything, like even just sending an invoice or providing correct tracking details seems to be beyond the capabilities of their staff.

I called to inquire about a package that is taking a week to deliver when it should be delivered in 2-3 days. No good explanation - no weather delays etc. Then, an hour after my inquiry, I get a notice that my package will be an additional 2 days later! Sounds like the customer service woman, Elizabeth in South America, took vengeance out on me for not getting an explanation! Talk about the tail wagging the dog! Looks like terrible management has trickled down! So very disappointing…

I paid $22 to Fedex for a two-day delivery of a medical device needed for post-op, It has been five days and still have not received the shipment, which came from Atlanta. I live in Houston, a one-day drive. There were no weather issues. The tracking number said "delayed" at every stop. If they did this to me they'll do it to you.
I bought my son a birthday present and paid extra for an overnight delivery. The delivery was 3 days late, and delivered to another address. Currently trying to track down my package. Have no gift for my son tomorrow now. I'm beyond furious! I will never use fed ex again and will go out of my way to let everyone I know what a garbage experience I've had with this company.
Customer service if you can even reach a live operator, which they make it very difficult to do is a joke.

Several packages have been delayed by FedEx with no reason given. When I called customer service for answers, everyone was very rude. After speaking to several people I still don't know where any of my four packages from four different companies are. They give the same BS about being understaffed and there are more packages than expected. FedEx is a useless company employing nobody with a brain.
Just an absolute trash company. Ordered an air conditioner from Menards and they used FEDEX to ship it. After it not arriving after 3 days past delivery date and tracking still showing "delayed" I called them. That's when I learned that they had destroyed the item and had no intention of delivering it. I asked why they didnt contact me and the India call service representative literally said "we don't do anything to let customers know when we destroy packages". So I asked how they were going to compensate me or make things right. She almost laughed and said "my apologies, but we don't do anything like that". They must be making enough money to lose my business. So stay away from them if at all possible. Terrible, terrible company.

Sent a new iphone13 pro max to my son at his dorm, signature required. Security can't sign and says the driver walked out with package. Repeated calls to fedex yielded no results. Phone gone.

Terrible service. I have been forced to wait by my front door for 4 days because Fedex keeps saying they attempted to deliver my package but nobody has answered the door. I think the driver doesn't even get out of the truck because I never saw or heard anything. When calling FedEx to ask if there's an alternative solution, I am unable to speak to a human. Their automated system simply tells me "There's nothing else we can to do help you" and hangs up on me. How is this acceptable service?

I ordered two-day shipping through FedEx on body armor for security work. Although FedEx claims the armor was delivered, it is missing. Packages are stolen sometimes, and I live in an inner city. Other carrier services, however, place packages inside the mail room or leasing office of my apartment building. If the package was stolen, it was likely placed outside the building. If it has not been delivered yet, FedEx should update their tracking system, especially for customers living in densely populated areas who might be weary of theft. FedEx claimed a successful delivery two days ago. If the shipment is delayed, instead of claiming it was delivered, they should complete the shipment and return the extra funds I spent on two-day shipping.
After corresponding with FedEx, they have offered no recourse so far. To prevent future loss of potentially hundreds of dollars, I will likely refuse to purchase items now from businesses that ship exclusively through FedEx.
