The reviews indicate a predominantly negative perception of the company's reputation, particularly regarding its delivery services. Customers frequently express frustration over significant delays, misdelivery of packages, and inadequate customer support, often describing the service as unreliable and unresponsive. Positive aspects are notably absent, with many reviewers highlighting a lack of accountability and poor communication from the company. This consistent pattern of dissatisfaction suggests a need for FedEx to address operational inefficiencies and enhance customer service practices to restore trust and improve overall customer experience.

My name is Michael barnum got msg package was delivered with pic( looks to b thrown in a snow bank)that's clearly not my house! Every package i file a claim then find my package 5 houses away! 1 time ordered $1800 tire and rims I requested signature required got msg delivered but not my house! I found them 4 towns away same street name as my street in a gentlemens lawn and he was as surprised as I was 12 miles from my house and nobody had to sign as i requested fedex is the absolute worst delivery company ever! There drivers have no pride in there work nevermind pride for the company they represent! I guess if FedEx would do a 3 strike and your fired deal it wouldn't happen so it's basically FedEx! Best bet had it delivered to FedEx pickup location but even there they r rude!
I recently used FedEx for an international shipment from Ukraine to North America, and unfortunately, my experience has left much to be desired. The initial transit from Ukraine took two days, which seemed promising. However, the real frustration began upon arrival in North America, as the delivery process has been unnecessarily prolonged.
The lack of transparency and communication regarding the delays has been particularly disappointing. The package's journey within North America seems to be taking much longer than anticipated, leaving me questioning the efficiency of FedEx's delivery network.
In a world where timely and reliable shipping is crucial, this experience has fallen short of my expectations. I hope FedEx can address these issues to provide a more satisfactory service to its customers in the future.
I received delivery updates stating that the delivery had been "delayed" twice, without further elaboration. Only upon figuring out how to speak to a customer service agent (which, in itself, took 20 minutes of digging around their website) was I informed that attendance at the property was mandatory for delivery. No effort was made to rectify the situation by organising for delivery to occur today, rather I was told the most they could do was attempt re-delivery tomorrow (which they would have done anyway) without providing me with a timeframe. The delivery is already significantly late and all the onus for fixing the situation has rested with me. Never use FedEx.
Their driver left my package, a handcrafted table, on the first floor of my building, under the stairs, where it was stolen. I live on the THIRD floor, away from the street. If he had delivered it where it belonged, it would not have been stolen. He even provided proof of his own misdelivery by taking a picture of it under the stairs, 5 feet away from another apartment. BUT, FedEx denied my claim, saying that he delivered it to the correct address... yes, you read that right. An almost $500 table that was stolen because the driver was too lazy to walk up two floors. All 520 units in my complex shares the exact same address; the only thing that identifies where a package should be delivered is the UNIT number, but FedEx allows their drivers to take the lazy way out. I guess he could have left it under the stairs at any of the 21 buildings in the complex because they would consider it delivered to "the correct address". They stood behind the lazy driver. I had shipped more than 4000 packages via FedEx. Emphasis on HAD. I have already switched to UPS for my small business shipping. Don't trust a company that ignores the truth so that they can deny a legitimate claim. No integrity, no honesty, and no more of my packages will ever be trusted to FedEx.
I now understand now that you don't deliver to the post office, but that is not general knowledge. So for Carlos to give me an additude was completely wrong. Very unprofessional.
This is the worst shipping experience I've had in my entire life.
Wow! The bad customer service and the level of incompetence are simply unbelievable. I have been trying to arrange a simple package pickup for 2 weeks. You'd think this should be a simple task, but it's proven impossible for FedEx. I spoke with 10 different customer service reps on the phone, I was told to go to a local store to arrange it, but the store manager told me they couldn't do that, and that I needed to call their customer service back, I spoke with more people including managers on the phone. After 10 days of this nonsense, I was finally told that I needed to open a FedEx account to schedule a pick up. I did that. They processed my request and gave me a tracking number for the package. After a few days, I tried to check the status of the shipment, and no information was available. I called customer service again to be told that oh yeah- we will pick up today. The address she read back to me was incorrect, she couldn't tell me anything else about the shipment and when I started asking more questions, she hung up on me. I called back and had to talk to two other people who again had no idea what was going on. I am honestly shocked by all this. Companies deliver packages with drones these days and FedEx can't arrange a simple pickup?! I wouldn't have believed this if I didn't experience it firsthand. In the end, I hired a college girl on TaskRabbit who picked up my package, went to a UPS store, and shipped it in less than an hour.
You should fire the man who can on Yancy rd because you made my cats legs broken and they were wearing glasses
It's been over a week and my package that was shipped two weeks ago still is not here. I don't know why it takes so long at every stop it makes, but it's takes almost two days for it to process anywhere. If my package was shipped through UPS, it would already be here.
Have always had problems with FedEx deliveries. FedEx lets their drivers decide where to leave packages...they may be left at your front door, maybe on the side of the house, maybe in the back of your house...wherever the driver feels like leaving them. This time the driver decided to leave the package in the middle of the driveway, even though it rained the entire day which resulted in a soggy package. When I tried to complain to FedEx, I was told by their clerk at the FedEx distribution center that the driver decides where to leave the packages, and the customer can't specify where they want theor packages delivered (like maybe the front door?). I would like never to have anything to do with FedEx again.
When I think of a fast and reliable delivery service I think of Fedex.
It's a pity it's not available anywhere in the world so I have to apply for other deliveries.
I waited on fedex to pick up a return package a they lied to days in a row and did not show up. They are very inconsiderate.
Im extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FedEx, and if there were a way to give them a zero-star review, I would. My frustration and anger have reached a boiling point as I write this post.
I am anticipating the delivery of a crucial package from Lagos to Atlanta, and it was supposed to be delivered by December 21st. However, as of January 2nd, my package is still stuck and delayed in France. The reason provided? A nonsensical operational delay that nobody at FedEx can explain to me.
Despite numerous calls and emails seeking clarification and assistance, I have received no response from FedEx. This lack of communication and the unexplained delays have caused significant inconvenience and stress, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of my package.
I expected a reliable and efficient service from FedEx, but this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. I hope that by sharing my frustration, others can be aware of the potential challenges they might face with FedEx. I urge FedEx to take immediate action to rectify this situation and improve their communication with customers facing similar issues.

I had ordered a sweatshirt from $#*!'s sporting goods in Manhattan, Kansas. It was to be shipped by FedEx in 2 days. It was supposed to be delivered on the 30th and it is the 31st and I have not received it. This was a Christmas gift as we are doing our Christmas tomorrow. If they were not able to deliver in 2 days they should not advertise that it will be delivered in 2 days. I have told $#*!'s sporting goods about this and advise them to maybe find someone else to ship their items. As FedEx cannot be relied on. I will never use FedEx personally.
Package containing medical supplies showed delivered. I didn't get it. I was home-nothing came. Contacted FedEx. Kept saying it was delivered. Yep-not to my house. NO HELP. Told me to contact shipper. Two days later, neighbor came back from out of town with my package. Delivered to wrong address. Driver did not verify he was at correct address and dumped package on neighbor's front porch. There for two days. FedEx customer service non-existent. They will not admit they may a mistake. DONE. Advised shipper to use UPS going forward.
They Never Announced Themselves. I Told A Driver, This Morning. U Could Have At Least Said FedEx R PKG. Low Down Dirty Mfer's. UPS just As G. D. Worse. At 11:14am 12-27-2023.
My pic won't download. Lie memory. Imptfo
We chose the option for two packages to be sent to Canada, to be returned afterwards. The price listed for sending and returning a package was about 50 euros. Two months after sending the packages, and after they were returned to us, we were charged 53 euros and then another 132, for a total of about 280.
They charged us almost three times the price given on the website. Total scammers.
I've had quite a few packages delivered at the wrong spot and the customer service Sucks can't speak to anyone Ever
They never deliver items on time. Stuff I order is always lost in their unreliable system. Companies really should ship with UPS. I'm not ordering from companies that use fedex and other's should follow suit. Come on fedex step it up, when the post office is better at delivering packages than you- you have to admit you have a problem!
I used FedEx globally and find they are the worst courier company. There is zero customer service. No email address. The "customer service" number is a robotic answer machine. After answering a load of inane questions it just disconnects the call.
Any time there is an issue. FedEx expects you to chase them to resolve the issue. Often you have to go to a store to get put through to a customer service representative. They will often not be able to resolve the issue. The current issues is a change of address. Been on the phone twice a day for a week and they still have the wrong address.
If you want the service you pay for to be competent and professional use DHL and UPS. Fedex will leave you frustrated and out of pocket.
FedEx insists that the address I provided is incorrect, even though it is accurate. The address belongs to a government agency for retirement in France, a fact confirmed both by the agency itself and Google. Despite this verification, dealing with FedEx's U.S. customer service has been exasperating. The automated system disconnects after 10 attempts, and speaking with an offshore representative involves navigating through a robotic series of questions. Although the French team, stationed in Morocco, has acknowledged the correctness of the address, the local branch continues to insist it is wrong. They even have a decency to telle me that they refuses to return my package unless additional payment is made and after 100 days, they claim they will destroy the package! They deserve a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.
Answer: Heck no. Its a shame the are called a company. Don't even deliver on time the slowest ever
Answer: FEDEX just lost my package and don't have a clue as to what happened. A real bunch of bums
Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
