My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I paid $22 to Fedex for a two-day delivery of a medical device needed for post-op, It has been five days and still have not received the shipment, which came from Atlanta. I live in Houston, a one-day drive. There were no weather issues. The tracking number said "delayed" at every stop. If they did this to me they'll do it to you.
Worst company for your shipping/ receiving. They steal products on half way. I have tracking numbers and see what it says. They lying saying they received empty box. My tracking number- **************. Don't ever use FEDEX.
FedEx is the worse delivery company I've ever worked with. They have not only been holding my package for day 7 now, twice I was told it was being delivered. I waited no FedEx. Even if you get through to them on the phone, it don't matter. They still will not/can not give you a date for delivery. Not one person out of the eight times I called had a clue what to do or what was happening. Ok you can be behind because of Christmas but you can't just hold people's packages till whenever without giving est delivery times. I've never in all my 59 years of life and Christmas packages had to go through what I went through with FedEx. If you want to keep your sanity, ship with someone else

Spent a lot of time this afternoon trying to get through to a live person from the FedEx customer support #. Never did succeed. Their on line site is equally as frustrating takes you around in circles. I wanted to simply add the call box # for my building as I'm being required to sign for it and last time they simply started heading back to their center in another town without even texting like I asked. At least packages actually get here with UPS
My packages get left in my driveway, flower beds, pretty much wherever. Customer service could care less and will tell you if not registered online they can leave boxes wherever! I am registered! I've talked to New Haven Indiana supervisors and still no resolution after being told it wouldn't happen again. And really what are you going to do since you have to shop online anymore because all the stores are closing. Take pride FedEx and fix your company! Do Better! Not sure why my pics are sideways
Nothing ever comes on time. Packages will be marked out for delivery for days in a row before actually showing up. I wish that companies would stop using fed ex. I would literally pay extra for UPS or USPS. At least they are reliable
FedEx has gone so far downhill, do not trust them at all. Zero updates, drivers lie abt package delivery, had to purchase and ship item a second time because driver refused to place outside of apt door. If it was delivered at all! Customer service reps provide zero or erroneous info and then hang up on you. Had to ask to speak to managers twice now. Still dont have info as to where package was left. Second package is in limbo land with no updates and requiring a delivery window of 12 hours! Even comcast can do better than that!
I have deliveries that day they will be delivered then changes to pending obviously it's somewhere but who knows where and my business will come to a stop because it is not 5 days past the original delivery date pay double or triple to not have a shipper use fed ex cause you will never see your package
Don't ship furniture or ANYTHING valuable through Fedex! All items are sent up a conveyor belt and DROPPED 15 ( +?) or more feet into a bin! I had a very precious antique dresser with mirror completely demolished by Fedex. Insuring? Good luck collecting before the witching hour. I insured with two companies... because of the expense of this item... they dropped my insurance... the best way to ship precious items cheaply... Greyhound Package Express. Persons have to pick it up on their end. But hey... Have shipped dozens of items and nothing was ever lost or broken!
This is the worst company ever, my delivery took 3 days extra to arrive! Wasted my two days in the house waiting for it! My husband wasted his day too waiting! Called them so many times not apologetic!
They don't seem to use their common sense! And leave packages with neighbors available... like other couriers out there! Just avoid using them... The call centres staff are a joke too! Puts you on hold just to come up with a lie! Pity

After many phone calls to find my package (the people who answer all read from the same script) I finally got to a supervisor who literally said, "The good news is we didn't lose it. We know where it is." I said great why don't call the supervisor at that location and ask him/her to put it on the next truck coming into my community. He replied, "Oh I can't do that. We are much too busy." Seriously?
So a second day package took 10 days to arrive. The stickers on it showed it had arrived in Miami before the storm in Memphis blamed by the service people. They lied when I was told repeatedly the package was delayed by a storm in Memphis.
Fed Ex's dispute resolution department is even worse. There's some elaborate procedure one must go through to set up a claim file and then, in the end, the claim person will tell you to just go away--after paying the full charge.
I really hate this company sometimes. I rely on them to get my medication. I will check the delivery status and it will show Out For Delivery then a couple of hours later, I get a notification that it will be delivered another day due to an attempt to deliver because they didn't have access. That is total BS! There was never an attempt to deliver my package.
Every single last package has delayed delivery no matter the level of service you pay for. I will not be using their service or patronizing any business that uses them for shipping. Food item should have been no more than 3 days. Package after a week has not even left original Fed Ex location.

My son has had 2 packages stolen or just not delivered but saying that they were delivered. Plus having a hard time trying to file a claim. I don't understand why you have a bunch of thieves working at your company. People work hard for their money and don't need their packages stolen. Doesn't make any sense to me while you are still in business. Do everyone a favor and go out of business. Take some pointers from UPS they're the best.
Very disappointing. Not customer-service friendly. Cost a lot of money to deliver document by 2 day delivery. Took 32 days. FedEx customer service reps cited weather. They claim that it took 30 days to travel between Tennessee and St. Louis. When I checked the weather reports, it should not have taken this long. It sounds more like a lost package. My respect for FedEx has dropped to zero.
A horrible company! It is a mystery to me as to how they stay in business with the choices the consumer has in competition. I will never use them again; I'm telling my friends and their businesses to avoid this service entirely. I paid extra for my package and since April/14 my daughter is waiting for the envelope I sent her and they told me it will take 48 hours to my daughter to receive it and still nothing. Lied about it for a weeks and strung me along with a multitude of different stories from one customer service agent to another, never telling the same tale. Using FedEx is an effort in futility. My packaged did not show up as their tracking system showed. I have called their customer service 5 times over the last several days and all I get is another lie. Package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Then they tell me a different reason why I haven't received it and another promise for delivery. My promise to them is that my company will never use Fedex again. They are terrible.

I really don't understand how this company still functions, considering so many negative reviews. Wish I had bothered to check the reviews before agreeing to accept their shipping service. Says they delivered my package and that it was signed for. That was impossible because we were not home!
Literally has lost thousands of dollars of products in last 2 weeks. A full motor, Stereo items etc. They should have to reimburse the customers for lost packages and hassles, calling every day. They are the worst company I wish non of my suppliers would ever ship from them. They dont care about you or your packages
No good at all. I didn't get my first package.Second package seems same. I'd rather pickup it up myself. I will call to pick up from the store myself. I had package from FedEx wish I had to go pick it up myself. I never received my package. No trust fedex.
No matter how much money you pay or how many emails you get about the delivery package on a specific and payed for date, it will not happen. The package will be delivered, fedEx has now informed me with their garbage customer support representatives, that they deliver whenever they "can" and keep your money while they're at it. They cannot provide one or 2 day service btw to anyone, because of low staff and covid excuses after 2 years and etc, and they all know this very clearly as they stated to me in their recorded calls, but yet charge you money and advertise it online and then keep your money without services being fulfilled on date extra payed for. If you're understaffed and can't do the job payed for, then why charge for the services at all or even offer them as options knowing it will never happen? Bait and switch... criminal activity at it's finest.

They are the absolute worst! Both drivers and customer service have to meet the most incompetent ever! It must not take much to either be a driver or customer service rep! I've had nothing but trouble no matter if it's sending or receiving packages! I will never use their service for anything ever again I have medication delivered every month and I am changing my carrier immediately after this review!
I've never yet recieved a package on it's due date. I constantly get "we tried to deliver but it's the wrong address"... and yet, 1-3 days late they finally deliver and exclaim "OMG! It was the right address!" All anyone needs to do is enter the address into a GPS, and you'll come right to my driveway! I'm on the corner of 2 major thoroughfares! Or look on Google Earth! If you are given shipping options, don't use fedex. Opt for UPS, DHL or USPS.
Never thought I would say USPS is better! FedEx used to be the best in the business and it was always worth the extra dollar in the confidence and knowing that your item would arrive on time or even early! Not so anymore. The trucks are dirty and half the time broken down because drivers have to provide their own truck I know because a driver told me. I often see them driving a U-Haul truck. Nothing ever arrives on time it's been a week waiting for something to arrive that should've been here in 48 hours. They don't give good updated information on where packages are in transit. USPS has better. Lesson learned.
