My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I ordered a bed off purples website. It got shipped out fedex said it would be delivered by 11/09/2020. After fighting with customer service it just updated to unknown delivery date. My package has sat for 5 days in utah. Their is absolutely no reason for this crap. Especially it still being their when I ordered this product over 2 weeks ago. I will never be using this company again
Never thought I would say USPS is better! FedEx used to be the best in the business and it was always worth the extra dollar in the confidence and knowing that your item would arrive on time or even early! Not so anymore. The trucks are dirty and half the time broken down because drivers have to provide their own truck I know because a driver told me. I often see them driving a U-Haul truck. Nothing ever arrives on time it's been a week waiting for something to arrive that should've been here in 48 hours. They don't give good updated information on where packages are in transit. USPS has better. Lesson learned.
They are the absolute worst! Both drivers and customer service have to meet the most incompetent ever! It must not take much to either be a driver or customer service rep! I've had nothing but trouble no matter if it's sending or receiving packages! I will never use their service for anything ever again I have medication delivered every month and I am changing my carrier immediately after this review!
Failed to deliver my engagement ring on time before we were leaving the country. I am sickened by the terrible customer service and failure to follow instructions for delivery. I do not recommend this company ever.
I paid $235 to ship some space heaters overnight to my family in Texas because they ran out of propane during a freak winter storm and nobody had heaters or more propane to sell them. This is winter. It was an emergency.
97 hours later, the heaters are still sitting in Memphis! I could have driven them to Texas myself in only 25 hours. I know because I've driven that route before.
FedEx said they were delayed because of weather. Well, OK, I would have understood if they had been delivered in the evening instead of the morning, but not more than 4 days late. FedEx has been in business for a long time. It has to deal with winter weather every year. It should have this figured out by now.
BBB rates FedEx way more highly than it deserves. I will NEVER use FedEx again!

Have used FedEx twice in the last couple of months to send very important and time pressured documents to Asia from Ireland.
Awful, awful speed. I'm not sure how FedEx has built such fame and reputation because they are truly rubbish. Both times my documents have been delayed. The tracker tells me that it will arrive tomorrow in Thailand... 3 days later the update says it is in an airport in france?
So in 5 days, this delivery service that prides itself in speed has managed to get my documents from Ireland to France? Wow very impressive. I could have got it there faster if I was swimming.
Will absolutely not be using fedex ever again and I recommend you do the same.

This company lacks any common sense for direction. I ordered something, and it is delayed 5 times. The route they chose to take was way out of the way. Probably cost them more than it was worth. Instead of driving from Louisiana through Texas to get to Arizona, they go north to the top of Mississippi! That added two extra states to drive though!? Now on the 4th delay. They said it'll be here end of day Thursday the 23rd. Now it is being held at a Walgreens in Tempe, 30 minutes from my house and is now scheduled for a 5th delay, Friday end of day delivery! Get your stuff together FedEx. Out of all courier services your company is the worst. Your employees damage packages for fun and they are slow and without direction!

To be honest, at very first I thought that the shipping cost is very expensive, but after do some research and lot of comparison, finally I come to conclusion that the price is not that bad and still within market price. Even more they also offer a premium package with low monthly subscription fee. So far I really love the way the team handle the process. I don't have any doubt in my mind to let this company handling all my goods.

Emails from FedEx states that our delivery will be today. This has been going on for 3 days. Now they blame it on a weather delay. The delivery hub is 20 miles away. We have had no bad weather.
This is the 4th time we have had such delays over the past 6 months. Many times when the delivery has eventually been received the box is very damaged and obviously has been re-taped.
We are being forced to buy our Chewy products from someone else since FedEx can not deliver with dependability. Plus there is no credibility with their messaging.
Items delivered via Fed Ex always come days later than promised if at all. Unreliable doesn't begin to describe it. Try calling customer service and spend 45 minutes on hold. They are hoping you will give up and hang up and go away. Drivers too stupid or lazy to find front main gate to my development. They come to back construction gate, can't get in so go away with my package!
Holy crap Fedex is ungodly bad. You'll never get your package delivered in time, the drivers don't even knock before leaving when the package has a required signature, and USPS exists that does the job better for cheaper. I wish no business would ship using Fedex. I can't live without them because for some reason some purchases get shipped through Fedex. If I had my way, none of my packages would ever go through Fedex. It would save me so much time.
Chewy box of cat litter was thrown near an unused and labeled entrance while it was raining. The box and litter inside was soaked. Thanks FedEx. I think this was done out of spite because the gate and porch are so very close. Chewy replaced it but FedEx cost them money while FedEx had to pay a driver and fuel for a second trip. FedEx's drivers need to be trained and need to understand English.
I ordered an item that was shipped more that a month ago and still have not received it. It has been sitting at the St. Louis location for weeks and yet I see fedex trucks in my neighborhood almost every day.
I have gone into this location at least 6 times and the excellent customer service I received from Brent is always! Very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and exuberant! Keep up the great job! When you are passionate about your work you excel!

Let's just say as a previous FedEx employee, I now understand why packages are late. Money Hungry company who over works employees and doesn't hire enough staff to accommodate the extremely heavy workload. No breaks are allowed and there's no set schedule for employees. Romantic intermingling is common within employees and management. HR is bias towards employee concerns. All this company cares about is numbers.
FedEx is horrible! 2 out of three deliveries lost and/or damaged in 2 weeks! This company better get its act and people together before they go bankrupt! By the looks of the most recent reviews, it seems to be a trend. Hold your people accountable Fedex! Don't be pandering pu$$!es!

This incompetent company lost my package one week ago. In 7 days they haven't been able to do anything for me, despite I called them every day. They continue changing their version of what happened to cover the incompetence of somebody who lost the package or delivered it to the wrong address. I want my package back or a full refund to be provided without further wasting my time.
Also, they do not note down what we discussed during our calls, so every time I called I was receiving the same lie: "according to our system your package was delivered".
This is extremely frustrating. The company does not deliver a reliable service: better to avoid it.
Ok, so this is first time I'm really venting on FedEx. I had 3 boxes each weighing 90 lbs delivered for my business. I employ 2 seniors. Would it be that hard to deliver the boxes inside the house?. The driver was asked politely to bring them in, to which he responded "Not me!". Seriously?. Your incapable of bringing in 3 boxes for an elderly couple?. I will ask for my supplier to use alternative methods
FEDEX is the worse thing that could use. They said they would show up at 8 but yet, show up at 5. At the time I was a the store and I had to sign the package. How can you not get simple time correct? They then blame me for it, now my package is delayed. How is this business still going? It should be shut down for good
I ordered an expensive tablet for my child for Christmas. Unfortunately I had the pleasure of dealing with FedEx once again. The driver decided to throw the box out of the window and leave it in the road where it's soaking wet from rain sitting in the sun. I've had this driver come to my house five times in the last two months doing the same thing to every package I've had delivered.
Don't order anything through fedex unless you want them dropping your package anywhere they want so it gets stolen and they make you wait days while they "ask the delivery driver about this". The same drivers that don't follow simple instructions.

Waited all day for a package Fedex claims will be delivered that day. Remained at home entire day, checked fedex tracking site, and later in the day the tracking site indicates a "delivery exception" and the driver actually listed "customer not available/business closed" as the reason. What a load of horse manure. This happens too many times with fedex deliveries and I cringe every time someone ships something to me through this lousy company. And Customer Service could care less as they put you through the wringer with their BS phone menu until the recording (never a real person) tells you to call back at a later time.
The packaging company went above and beyond to avoid damage to a picture on poster board. But leave it to FedEx to break it. I'm tired of these idiots that go out of their way to be careless with others valuables. If you hate your job so much quit already!
