My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Parcel from USA to Australia delivered quickly. Process easy to use. Bongo was recommended by the supplier so I figured they were a reliable service - and they were for me. I only wish I'd discovered them earlier.
I have operated my business in the same location for over 27 years. FedEx fails in delivering 95% of my packages.
This is obviously a sign of poor management in this area. I will not use FedEx services any longer. I am a very dissatisfied customer right now. My shipments have been promised for 5 days, and still no delivery and no reasonable answer. I was told ridiculous stuff like bad weather. In Atlanta?
We chose the option for two packages to be sent to Canada, to be returned afterwards. The price listed for sending and returning a package was about 50 euros. Two months after sending the packages, and after they were returned to us, we were charged 53 euros and then another 132, for a total of about 280.
They charged us almost three times the price given on the website. Total scammers.
Package not delivered on time. Package was shipped priority overnight for delivery 5-11-22 by 10:30am. They tell me it is sitting at one of their facilities with hopeful delivery on Monday 5-16-22. That's not what I entrusted or paid FedEx to do. They failed. This was a time sensitive medical document. Even refunding my money will not make this right, but I do want my money back. Why do I have to wait 5 days after my package is finally delivered (if it is ever delivered) to submit a refund request? They have already failed to deliver on their promise. My refund should be automatic
They will dump the document at your door without calling you instead of putting it in the mail box.
That is how my document (sensitive) got missing (only God knows who picked it up) and they kept turning me around and around. Up to now, I have not recovered the document.
If you think of sending a sensitive document with FedEx, think again because it can easily get missing and do not expect any reasonable action from them
FedEx is the worst. We live in a hillside ranch. FedEx driver is too lazy to drive up the driveway to front door to leave packages. They prefer to toss packages by downhill garage door where there is no service door into house and we're unaware packages have been thrown down there. They leave it there in the rain and snow. Found a Christmas gift after New Years down in a snowdrift. Left four tires down there for easy theft by anyone driving by. I have called local office and they do nothing to resolve the problem. I wish when you order items online you could choose your delivery company. ANYTHING BUT FEDEX!
Their driver left my package, a handcrafted table, on the first floor of my building, under the stairs, where it was stolen. I live on the THIRD floor, away from the street. If he had delivered it where it belonged, it would not have been stolen. He even provided proof of his own misdelivery by taking a picture of it under the stairs, 5 feet away from another apartment. BUT, FedEx denied my claim, saying that he delivered it to the correct address... yes, you read that right. An almost $500 table that was stolen because the driver was too lazy to walk up two floors. All 520 units in my complex shares the exact same address; the only thing that identifies where a package should be delivered is the UNIT number, but FedEx allows their drivers to take the lazy way out. I guess he could have left it under the stairs at any of the 21 buildings in the complex because they would consider it delivered to "the correct address". They stood behind the lazy driver. I had shipped more than 4000 packages via FedEx. Emphasis on HAD. I have already switched to UPS for my small business shipping. Don't trust a company that ignores the truth so that they can deny a legitimate claim. No integrity, no honesty, and no more of my packages will ever be trusted to FedEx.
Their tracking system is completely a joke - It picks random delivery dates and then ignores them. They report packages as delivered when in fact they never arrived. When you call their Resolution Support Team *******339 they just lie and tell you its on the way and it never arrives. I believe the government should get involved and press charges for gross misconduct for their systemic misrepresentation to the public.

Just wanted to give kudos to Jonathan our delivery person, He is always so pleasant and even remembers our names. He delivers to planned parenthood in flint on Beecher road. Very nice young man. I believe his supervisor is ryan Montgomery. He said something about '428". He can deliver to us anytime..
Recently was awaiting shipment from ATT by FedEx. Initial tracking gave a date. Driver updates status to show they were unable to deliver the package, "customer was not available". However, everyone was home and surveillance cameras showed no FedEx truck ever coming to the property. On the very next day, tracking updated to show item was placed back on the truck for re-delivery. About 1 hr later, status was changed again to say, " item delivered", as well as signed for. Well the only souls at the property were those of a cat and a dog, so go figure. Further, again the surveillance cameras showed FedEx never were on the property. Contacted FedEx, who issued an investigation number. Still haven't heard from them. Let the buyer beware!

They suck. Every time not sometimes. Every time i have a package coming through them it gets lost, delayed, or it gets delivered to the wrong address. Its ridiculous. No other company has so many issues. Oh dont get me started on the customer service if u can even get them on the phone. Yea its that bad.
I used this company a year ago I was not happy with service I gave them another chance, they are fraud. I get overnight shipping I sent package on Thursday after 2 days on Saturday they didn't deliver because no one is home even I didn't ask for signature, they just say sorry we will deliver on Monday so if you pay overnight shipping your package will arrive in 4 days, if arrive, still didn't arrive. Even my son went to office at 1:15 PM still was not there as well.
My friend used Fedex she said to me, go pray they didn't lost your package because mostly they do, be careful don't used them, they have to go out of business as soon as possible.

For clients overseas it is very difficult to contact Bongo via email. There is a phone number, however when the time difference is 12 -15 hours one would have to stay up late in the night to sort out a problem which need immediate attention.
What's the point? They tell me one date.that comes and goes...then another...Why tell me anything, just show up.I hate doing business with FedEx.I tell anyone shipping me anything "Any other carrier but FedEx!".Amazon, UPS, USPS all are accurate with their delivery date why can't FedEx?
Fedex has been rescheduling delivery of my package for 3months now. I am supposed to go on a vacation early November and that's why I bought those things months ahead of time. And now I know I will not be receiving them till December. How do u take 1 year to deliver a package. You are a disgrace
Never had a positive (On Time) delivery experience with FedEx. Package arrives at their sorting center on scheduled then delayed with no reason. They just update arrival. I'll check when buying to ensure shipping will not be FedEx. And advise others to not use FedEx.

I just received a package from FedEx. It's been raining all day and is wet out. I have delivery instructions on the web site and a sign on the front door. My preferences were ignored and 2 packages were left on my soaked front steps. When I called to complain, the pilot couldn't understand what my issue was and it took 5 minutes to be connected with a representative. She couldn't seem to help either even after a "brief" 5 minute hold. When I tried the virtual assistant it also couldn't help, so I am now writing this review. The delivery person just didn't care and there doesn't seem to be any way to get my packages delivered correctly. So frustrating! I have included a picture of the sign on my front door. I think it's pretty clear where packages should go don't you?
I agree sometimes you cant just make that delivery on time. With fedex its all the time late a few days i order some bar stools was supposed to be delivered on 07/01/22 its 07/06/22 and i still dont have them
The driver claimed he dropped my package off wit a young lady at my house, 2 things wrong with that story first i was the only person home 2 theres nothing on my ring doorbell camera to back up his story and customer service was very quick to dismiss me in favor of the work of the driver i would give 0 stars if i could

If I could have given them negative zero stars, I would've. This company is terrible. I cringe every time I see Fedex as sender. Because the delivery date is never accurate and when you call csr they only lie, because they have no idea where your items are, or when you'll receive them either. Horrible!
10/10 would NOT recommend. I ordered a textbook from my university on 1/3/2022. They sent it out on 1/5/2022. The university did their job. FedEx did not. It kept switching between a delivery date and pending. Ridiculous. It's 2/16/2022 and I still don't have it. Luckily my writing teacher is understanding. And luckily my university was understanding and gave me another one. When I tried to contact customer service, I was met with a very crappy connection as well as it being so bad I couldn't understand the customer service agent. NEVER ORDER FEDEX!

Absolutely useless. My family sent a parcel from abroad. A lot of items of sentimental value. When contacted fedex just said they can't find it and there is nothing they can do about it! Seems like they have charged me for sending parcel and now still all the items from it. Never will use it again and would advise anyone to stay away from this company!
Apparently my package disappeared. According to the tracking number. Never left. I went there personally and call a hundred times, I have try everything and they are not being responsable of this. I am really sad because half of my clothes are there. No wonder why is lost.
Please don't use fedex. They don't care about their customers. It's too big to care about the Client.

Nothing the suitcase is lost. I had many clothes and personal items, a kindle, a yoga stretching swing, Lulu lemon clothes for excersicing, dresses, tops, pants, boots, and I can go on. They try to send me 100 dls which is not even what a suitcase cost. The problem es is customer service and their lack of help.
