My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Hard to track, joint packages get separated and lost, chat gives worthless help. I think Walmart primarily uses FedEx and I have never had reliable deliveries when I shop Walmart.
They never ever deliver on the date they are scheduled to deliver and leave my package right on my front porch a few feet from the side walk, in plain view for anyone walking by to grab - despite my directions listed on my account to put it in the storage box with a lid, which is also right on my front porch. Worst shipping company ever. Don't understand how they are still in business.
I have a FedEx account for my work. All I need is to have users added to the account. ALL THE INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE IS FALSE (Click on Administration Tab <---- THERE IS NO ADMINISTRATION TAB). The wait on the phone is 22 minutes and they cannot help either.

WE ARE A BUSINESS AND FEDEX HAS DELIVERED HERE FOR AT LEAST 16 YEARS. FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS, PACKAGES HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT IT, I WAS TOLD WE HAD MOVED (NEWS TO ME) AND QUALITY CONTROL WAS CHANGING OUR ADDRESS AND DELIVERING ELSEWHERE. WHAT? CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

I ordered a package from outside the country, the company shipped it expedited to get it by a Friday. FedEx notifies me it was delayed to Saturday. Then tells me delayed to Monday. I bought this item for a week long vacation I leave for on Sunday.
Management can't help me, they won't hold the package at a location I can go pick it up, and I'm asking their team what to do because I want this package now, I'll drive to where ever in my state to pick it up. They can't help me, won't help me, no alternative suggestions. This company is terrible, anyone still doing business through them needs to move over to UPS.
Worst package issue I've ever dealt with, at least USPS is willing to work with you whatever the situation. UPS also. Not these clowns.

I was supposed to get a package on 5/30 and tracking was saying it was on the way, I didn't get it and as of today, 6/4 still hasn't moved. I have called numerous times and customer service is terrible.
Packages have constantly been left outside on the ground available to anyone passing by. I approached the shipper to ask if he intended on delivering to his customers door. His first response was who are you, followed by no I will not. He even repeated do I work for FedEx to insinuate that I wasn't his boss after I had already shared my title. Clearly, he isn't concerned with whether or not his customers get their packages. That not even the reason for this review! I called customer support and spoke with a Contesa who constantly over spoke and continuously referred to FedEx Customers as "Your Residents". She clearly didn't want to acknowledge any responsibility to getting FedEx Customers their packages. Her customer service approach was to be defensive and even redirected blame stating that we should have our package lockers cleaned out! What a joke considering my initial starting sentence included that the packages were too large to fit in lockers. I clearly realized there would be no capacity for troubleshooting/solution to take care of, "my resident's", or "Her Customers". I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak with, and her response was no, and she even ended the call following that! WOW!

I am beyond amazed at how my interaction with Contesa went. Over speaking, passing blame, zero solution, didn't even get to explain all my issues. Her defensive approach let me know I wouldn't be able to get anywhere so I asked for someone else. She said no and ended the call! WOW!

Packages never arrived because they were left outside on the ground
My shipment was sent from CA to AZ in a day for delivery! It was then placed on the "wrong truck" and sent to NY. It was then sent back to AZ and arrived a week later and according to the tracking log it was placed on a truck and "out for delivery" at 0604 on Friday 17 May. Then at 1603 that very same day we get notified that it would not be delivered until the following week because of "Operational Delays"! Where was it for 10 hours and why does it take almost 2 weeks to deliver a product from CA to AZ when its' around 500 mile away?/
I raised a query number ******* with Fedex in February 2024 because I had paid an invoice twice.
Fedex can take months to send out invoices for import duty. I had paid for an invoice then received a reminder saying I hadn't paid so paid again by mistake.
I have provided all statements etc and Fedex have still not reimbursed me and keep saying it is being looked into, it is now 22-04-24

I have complained to management and written pretty honest reviews about Fed Ex for about a year now. Reviews on Trust pilot and Site jabber. When is it ok to tell customers their items are on the truck for delivery and find out from the driver, your items were never put on the truck because there was not enough room. We wasted our day because of incompetent people and procedures just to be disappointed and pissed again. Well I am done. Here is a local phone number to the main facility. This will get you to the people/ managers in charge and you can voice your complaints. Maybe if enough of us harass them, they might just do their job. Wouldn't that be a change. *******495 or *******460.
This is about the incompetence of management and their lack of ability to run the facility. We are their customers and if we didn't purchase from the companies that utilize them, they wouldn't have a job!
Contacting FedEx customer service is a total waste of time. It is almost impossible to speak with a live agent. When I finally did get a live person to speak with concerning delivery issues, they repeatedly referred me back to the sender. This happened on multiple occasions. It was not a one time issue. Customer service is worthless and a joke. They will only give you a runaround.

I shipped personal goods from The Netherlands to UK when relocating, and the service was abysmal.
- Goods picked up late and without explanation or apology
- Goods delivered late and in three shipments
- All boxes were smashed and the majority of the contents were broken
- Some goods were stolen/missing from the boxes
- One box was so smashed they had to replace it. But they replaced it with a bigger box so it wasn't secure and when it arrived the contents looked like they had been put through an industrial tumble drier with some dynamite for a week
- One box worth approx 700 - 800 euro never showed up
- The compensation is capped at 78 euro and no exception made
-I have been contacting customer service daily (56 days now) and they were beyond useless and unhelpful
- I requested details of their "investigation" twice and they ignored my requests
- They closed my case without even issuing the pitiful compensation
Two months on and everything that could have went wrong with them has gone wrong. Please do yourself a favour and avoid Fedex at all costs. If you want to have your personal belongings stolen and smashed, it is far cheaper to throw them out of a window yourself and save the hassle.

This service provider of the so called "ON TIME" delivering the world. Total laugh. Such a Joke. I have been following up with customer service agents Arie, Amanda, etc. and OH MU GOD! The endless excuses, shipment cannot be located, shipment in a container that cannot be opened until next business day, shipment scanned and in transport. The list goes on. All the excuses they can provide you in the world. If they can actually say that your package diverted to hell and back, they would. A 1 star is not even deserved for this shipment. Trust that you would appreciate more your local postal service if you depend your urgent package shipment to this company. For evidence, tracking number is **************. I am announcing it because I have nothing to hide. Delivery date expected May 01,2024, but guess what. Today is May 07,2024. Should not be your last nor even only resort if you have to choose. Place your package in a box and have it float in the river, might reach destination sooner than using them.

Okay company. Terrible customer service. Told me I was transferring to a supervisor and was not. Then this new person hung up on me when I tried to get to the bottom of why my package was not picked up. Terrible customer service. I dread calling here. I do international packages and ship almost daily and I hate hate hate having to deal with customer service. No accountability and awful humans just not caring at all about anyone's issues. My package sat outside all day. It was gifts for refugees and things got ruined. What did fedex do? NOTHING! Just said oh well you should schedule the pick up I DID! On the phone! Awful customer service. Awful company who doesn't care.
I paid for 2 day shipping on a Thursday and was told my package would be delivered on Saturday. I did not receive it. I was sent an email telling me I wouldn't receive it until Tuesday night. I received another email stating it would be here on Monday between 7:20am to 11:20am. I did not receive it on Monday. I received another email stating that it would be delivered on Tuesday between 9:20am and 11:20am. I did not receive it. I received yet another email stating it would now be on Wednesday. I tried to get in contact with a live representative. I was not able to talk to anyone. I entered the tracking number and it said it would be delivered Tuesday by 8pm. I honestly don't know when it is coming as the dates and times have changed 3 times. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again.

Somebody recommend me to design my menu in the Fedex but now I know Fedex don't do the designing part. It will be a great help for 99% of customers who don't know how to do designing. On the other hand 99% people know the printing job. Services need to be improvised.

I went there to design a Menu, which employees are not able to create. they said you can create it and Fedex can only do the printing. As I already have printer in my office which I can do my self. I need someone who can design for me which I don't know. Then I went to a local printing shop and they did the designing and printing both for my Menu. Which was totally unexpected from the Fed ex.
If only I can give them a zero! Such thieves are milking my bank account without even providing any receipts or justification after I paid every fee on the planet to send "2 Epipens" for my 70 years old mother! Their branch in Egypt is acting with such impunity hiding under the phrase "Our branches worldwide act according to different regulations". They asked for several arbitrary amounts of money claiming it's for "communications" then "release from customs" then after I sent two different transactions from here, and even got confirmation from Egypt that a broker released it from customs and even gave it to Fedex and I was on a video call with that person! They are still claming I haven't sent anything although I sent them photo copies of the transaction and the bank account they asked me to send money to using WHATSAPP! Such a fraudulent thief company, I will 100% sue them and start taking legal action against them.

Whenever I put an order and that company decides to use FedEx. I know my package will be delayed at least a day and I won't find out that my package will be delayed until the very next day. FedEx is very unreliable and if a company wants to have a good customer feedback, that company should avoid using FedEx for any of their shipping.
I ordered some items on May1. The order had to be split into 2 packages. The first package was delivered on May 3. The second package was delayed. I contacted service on the 5th and they promised to investigate and call me back. They wanted to know what was in the box. I declined to say what was in the box. The tracking showed delays and my package riding thru several states and remaining in North Carolina for 3 days. Then the package traveled to Kentucky and Tennessee and Back to North Carolina. Contacted customer service again about delivery. Package traveled to Virginia and stated that it was out for delivery. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery that did not happen. The next day again tracking stated that the package was out for delivery. I left home and when I returned the box was propped up against my garage door. The box had been flattened. Even the tape holding the box together was cut or broken open. They put the box together and took a picture of it. With flaps tucked in to hold the box together. It looked as if someone had dropped something very heavy onto the box. Fortunately the item inside the box was not breakable. If it was breakable it would have been in a thousand pieces. The second box arrived a week after the first box. There is no excuse. They weren't apologetic. They were defensive. They said they had a lot of boxes to deliver. I knew there was going to be a problem when the company that I ordered from sent it by Fed Ex. I will never order from any company that ships by Fed Ex. They are unprofessional and they do not take pride in delivering the merchandise. I've never had this type of problem with UPS. IT IS POSSIBLE TO DELIVER PACKAGES IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHOUT DAMAGING THE MERCHANDISE. I wonder why Fed Express is still in business. Their ratings are poor across the board. I will avoid them at all costs.
I ordered from a company that states I do not have to be home for delivery but the Fedex driver will not leave my package. I live in the only building on this street on this street with my apartment number on the outside of building. I also have a little porch to put the package. I have called Fedex a couple of times explaining where I want my package. I even phoned on the 4th day of no delivery and escalated the issue. I spoke to Matthew, in Kitchener Ontario, and he assured me he will pass on the proper instructions and the package will be deliverd Saturday morning. I received a phone call on Saturday morning from the Cambridge office telling me I have to arrange to pick up my package. Why is there such a lack of communication? Whatever happened to customer service?

These drivers absolutely Don't care about people's packages. The last two in case. They delivered a mini fridge that we found LAYING on the ground outside in the yard! We reported this unacceptable condition and were reimbursed by the retailer when we checked the inside condition and found it also be DENTED!
The last one today was left out in rain right Outside of my screened in porch!
I give the stores a comment each time to let them know this company has an abysmal delivery!
