My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I ordered a pair of Nike Jordan trainers to arrive for Christmas for my partner costing £230 and FEDEX UK lost the parcel. And to top it off they are only going to give me £80 compensation claim. They've had my bank details 10 days now and still no sign of their lousy excuse for compensation. Not happy at all!

I had an order that I placed on a Tuesday. It was supposed to take 2 days to get to my house. It is now Saturday and I still have yet to receive my package. The site continues to change the delivery date as each day passes and I can't even drive to the warehouse to pick it up myself. When I called they said my package wouldn't arrive for another week. Then they said it should be there the next day. It's been two days since I called and it's still not here so I don't know what to believe. Just wish they'd get their dates right so I knew when my package would arrive instead of anticipating it never showing up.
FedEx really is one of the worst companies out there! If you are able to ship with anyone else, you really should. Even if the other option cost a little more. The job I work at have been finding other options because we would rather spend more than deal with FedEx!
Years and years of not delivering on time and horrendous customer service. You are at their mercy when they have your package. I am at the point I will not purchase from companies who ship their products with FedEx. Please go out of business, FedEx. You deserve it more than USPS.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago. They have delayed my package 3 times. Their tracker says it was on the truck yesterday out for delivery. No package. It was due for delivery over a week ago. Call customer service and talk to someone in other country that says he can assure me the website is lying and it was never on the truck. No delivery date set.
Do not believe the quotes prices. I shipped a box that had the net and gross weight posted on it from the manufacturer and was not oversize. I completed the form online and had the tag printed out, took the box to Walgreens and paid. Later I was billed double that amount. The same thing happened with the second box that I had physically weighed. I called them twice and received no explanation. Never again! Plenty of other shippers out there.
Regretfully, I deleted the photos before this review. I still have the credit card charges showing the additional charges.
A package came for me yesterday and required a signature. I contacted FedEx and left instructions to leave at the Roanoke warehouse so that I could pick up the next morning cause I work and I'm not able to be home to sign for package. I drive from Floyd to Roanoke which is an hour trip, to arrive and pick up package and was told that it is back on the truck. How hard is it to follow simple instructions?! Have had several run around with this outfit thru the years and I'm not impressed. As I read their reviews I understand why and certainly didn't expect anything less. Let's see if they actually follow directions for the second time.
Fed Ex's quality and customer service have gone down the tubes. Every time I am waiting for a delivery from Fed EX it is always delayed. Currently, I am waiting for a set of tires, I have made the appointment twice now to have the tires put on and I have had to call the mechanic twice to cancel. I have received 3
different delivery dates and when I call, they say it is because there is a "backlog" in my area. This means everyone else's packages are more important than mine and this is after paying for expedited shipping, which is now being refunded after a meltdown! Fed EX needs to do better! There has been nothing enjoyable about this experience! So over them.
Unfortunately for me, Puma uses FedEx and they give no options. FedEx always rescheduled their delivery just before its supposed to be delivered. It's not unusual for them to change dated 3 or 4 times. I feel sorry for anyone who ordered from a company who use them for Christmas delivery.

Does FedEx really have absolutely no competition? FedEx charges an arm and a leg, makes specific promises, then defaults and messes up in every way possible. Just Awful. So expensive and yet so unreliable.

My office utilizes Fedex to send checks for our vendors. Fedex pick the package up and promises to deliver next day, but their drivers don't and when you check the tracking they say, it has been already deliver. But I am there waiting and the package is not there. Then I complain and they said investigation will be done within 3 days, but I need the checks to make the payments. It happened in Weston, Fl.
Have had a numerous amount of packages within the last 6 months delivered to my house and every package has had a delay from 2 days to 7 days late. Have had packages arrive in town and shipped to another state for some absurd reason. Then back here again. Don't recommend them at all. Would rather hire a bum to deliver my package on bicycle than have them deliver again.
This Company became a nightmare for customers. It is time to step out of business and let the other do a good service for customers. I am asking sellers before transaction, if FedEx involved I back up

People if you want expedited passport service DO NOT use FedEx, they will charge your more than the cost of the passport itself. For a regular expedited passport with the card will cost $110.00 book + $30.00 card + $60.00 expedited = $200.00 payable to the US Department of State. FedEx will charge you an ADDITIONAL $217.00, for what? And this is for renewal. That is the mystery! How they get away with it is beyond me. Use the post office to mail it and it will only cost less than $8.00. I think it's a rip off.

Please don't leave packages worth money on the street. You could have at least left it by the garage. You know pull in the driveway like ups and such. You guys suck
FedEx is horrible. One day they know where I live then next they don't and they ship my packages back to the sender I'm disgusted with FedEx. I'm surprised there not shut down by now there service is horrible the driver was don't wanna work when you call they don't do there job one day you get told you'll get your package tomorrow then you get a email or text saying it's being shipped back to sender. They deserve 0 stars
I have recently tried using FedEx professionally twice in a row. The first time the ‘next day delivery' package was lost for 2 weeks, then returned undelivered. The second time a ‘before delivery at 11:30 next am was ‘delayed'. Trying to get an answer from them is almost impossible. Getting a refund made extremely difficult. Ordered date sensitive item personally last week. Should have been here Tuesday. Arrived in WV 6 am Tuesday morning, I'm in Florida. Sat in WV for 3 days. Message today (Friday) saying it will arrive by 3:30 today. It's 3:40 now and item is still sat in Orlando, not moving, no update. Tried calling for help, complete waste of time. I shall ban their use within our group first thing Monday and try to avoid placing orders with any company that uses them. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

We shipped trusting fedex urgently needed blessing for my nephew to NYC from SF overnight delivery paid top dollar never happened. Late by 4days but they charge and refused to refund. Better-off use USPS priority mail. Why pay 5-6 time more and if no guarantee. I am so pissed off and there is no regulation by us transport Authority
Fedex usually isnt terrible but 3 of 3 the last month fedex has estimated a shipping date then it pushes 2 days back after projected day has already passed. At this point usps would get me my package before fedex. From here on out ill spend extra to use a different company. Id have put a half star if i could
I ordered in Walmart and the Walmart choose FedEx to ship my orders. The worst scenario is someone in the house and no one knock in the door. Then we expect that they will deliver again but I received a notification that my order should pick up in the location they sent to me. It is very horrible. The reason why you want it to deliver to your house because you don't have a car to pick it up specially if it is too heavy and also your working. That's the purpose why we pay delivery fees

Super slow absolutely ridiculous been over a week waiting for my package and still no sign of it pathetic customer service nobody wants to help I've had nothing but bad luck with this company whenever anything has shipped with them I wouldn't recommend these clowns at all.
Today Fedex sent a text that they were unable to deliver my package that contained expensive meat because they damaged the package and disposed of it. When I called, I spoke to 2 robots (Brendan) who were very fake and insincere, who kept repeating the same sentences and they could not provide any other answers because they did not have any information and were there to follow company policies and procedures. They clearly stated that they did not care one bit that the package was damaged and were there to sound like robots to just get paid by Fedex and follow the company policies and procedures. Imagine what those policies and procedures are! This delivery service is very expensive, and yet it cannot deliver on its promises and services. It cannot and should not be relied on and be aware that you would not get in touch with anyone who will be interested in resolving your issues.
My power of attorney with apostille sent to Russia was just easy lost by FEDEX. Tracking number **************. I lost $200 and one month without any compensation. Such companies should not exist! It's a mockery of consumers.
