I don't think I should have to research and understand what weather is going on across the nation that might disrupt FedEx's transit hubs and result in them not being able to deliver by the guaranteed time quoted on their website.

I was so up sad about the moment I got home and found out that there was no delivery packages out side of my Apt door as they mentioned delivered. I even asked my family of any delivery person notify about packages deliver…, and their answer was Noap!
Later, I found that the delivery person updated proof of pictures as a delivered that wasn't my Apt door at all, though the door color is slightly same. To be honest my Apt is very safe for the package delivery and there is a camera in front of the Apt door so, where the hell it delivered?

Every time I receive a package from FedEx, it has been Crushed, mangled, or ripped open. I even had two generators delivered with Cracked or broken bases holding the generator it it's frame. Why does the government allow this garbage company to continue? They obviously don't like their jobs or they just totally disrespect their customers. IT"S JUST BAD BUSINESS! They should have their license revoked! This is how my last order was delivered. Plastic Shade visors for my Pickup windows. The cardboard box shows it was crushed by a heavier box!
A Fedex driver asked for cash payment even though an EFT had been made to Fedex for my package. When I reported the matter, Fedex Managers ignored my complaint. T. Ndou that demanded and received he EFT payment alongside his manager, A. Naidoo were unresponsive. This smacks of wanton arrogance and is distasteful, shameful and obnoxious. Fedex must only take the people who score the lowest on the IQ test and give them jobs. So, I have a covered, very large front porch, but fedex always leaves my packages in front on my garage door, either to get run over when you back out of the garage or, like today, to get soaked from the pouring rain all because they are too lazy to walk an extra 10 feet to the front porch. I'm sorry you chose to deliver for fedex and you hate your job but that is not the fault of the customer. So I decided today, as everyone who reads this should, to either refuse or return ALL packages shipped via FedEx, and eventually when the stores see the decline in sales or abundance of returns when they ship via FedEx, they will choose UPS, which is a much better shipping carrier. That is the only way the customer will ever get any kind of justice with fedex. Because calling and complaining to their customer service is like trying to teach a toddler algebra. So take my advice and refuse or return all packages shipped via FedEx. They are the worst.
They take your money when you expedite a package and it has been over 15 days and I still do not have my package not to mention the sorry company cannot tell me where my package is. Like why the hell you give me a tracking number and you cannot track it. Please do not used FedEx use another carrier.
We deal with Real Estate and our packages are date sensitive, so far the month of March they managed to lose 2 packages and were delayed on 3 others with no explanations. They are by far the worst with communication and delivery. I will be looking for other methods of business for deliveries and shipments
I've never had a good experience with FedEx their employees are rude lazy just throw everything in front of the door one time my package was stolen FedEx did nothing about it was right on camera he never delivered the package they said that he they talked to him and he lied. If any company needs to close its doors it's this one.
My mother pass away and I was gifted a piece of property. To sell the property I need to transfer title which involves probate. Probate needs death certificate and AN ORGINAL COPY OF THE WILL.
My sister, living in Kansas, was the executor she sent the will via Fedex (what a freaking mistake). Not only did they lose the will, but customer service was pathic. Let me give you any example of an exchange with Fedex's customer:
Fedex: Sorry I cant help you, I need to drop you so I can answer the next call
Me: I am sorry but I have a problem and your not helping, so I am more important the any other caller.

Here's the bottomline. We trusted Fedex over UPS, USPS or any over shipping option because we trusted FEDEX to ship the most important, unreplaceable document of our family. Not only did they lose the document they were totally worthless trying to finding it. "Oh just file a claim"
I will never use FEDEX again. I will recommend to anyone use a service more trust worthy and competent.
Wish I could score zero. Fedex already has 1.43 rating on Google. Too high. I received a tracking no. For freight. Delivery on a Fri. I have long standing trip scheduled to leave THURS. No way to contact freight through website, app, horrible phone tree. Tried to use phone tree and lied about reason and it recorded my previous track no. And shut me down. Fedex doesn't give a fig about customer service. All I needed was a contact SOMEWHERE for rescheduling freight. None anywhere. It would take a book to describe all the things tried and failed. They don't want ANY customer contact.

I paid $11.50 to manage my delivery and change the delivery date to a time I would be home because it was signature required... they NEVER contacted me about the delivery window, they never contacted me back to confirm Monday delivery, then I call today and they tell me they tried to deliver on Saturday but couldn't find the apartment?!?!?! I have to confirm my address every time I call! This is a house,, not an apartment! Now they are telling me they will get back to me by Wednesday? They've had the shipment since the 6th! HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE delivery management. I want my money back plus my 2 hours wasted trying to get someone to do their job!

FedEx attempted to deliver a package that needed to be signed for on days I was not available, not their fault. So I paid them $11.50 to deliver it on a Tuesday. I waited around all day for them to never show up. Essentially, they took my money and never performed the service. So I called to have it rescheduled for the next Wednesday, or I could go pick it up.
They then proceeded to try to deliver it two more times before Wednesday when I was unavailable. Each time I called customer service to find out what was going on and they said they communicated with the branch to ensure it'd be held until Wednesday. Picking it up myself now wasn't an option because I didn't know if it'd be there when I'd have time to go.
It is now that Wednesday. I called to see if my package was en route. Guess what?! It's not!

Unfortunately it is the truth, Fedex is not being efficient, both on the day of delivery and by leaving packages at other addresses, that is, they do not arrive because they left them at the wrong address. I am a customer who on several occasions fedex has failed to deliver packages on time or they do not arrive.

Ordered a speaker on eBay to be delivered on Jan 30th. The doorbell rings Jan 30th FedEx has me sign for a package he hands me 3 boxes and walks away Im surprised I look at them they are all drugs addressed to Wallgreens I call him back he says I must have scanned the wrong stuff. He checks his truck says he does not have my package and shows my name on his screen for his next delivery says it will come tomorrow it never did.
It was not delivered on Jan 30th on Jan 31 I opened a missing case on Feb 7th FedEx sent an email saying can't find it in their system saying it is lost apply for a refund. Feb 10th FedEx changed the tracking # showing that it was delivered on Jan 30th so the refund was denied. How can they go back 10 days and like magic enter a delivery date 10 days later the date only shows up when the package is scanned in at delivery time Again on Feb 14th FedEx sends me an email saying the package was lost and apply for a refund. HOW CAN FEDEX ADD A DELIVERY DATE 1O DAYS LATER? I disputed it. Today Mar 7 they sent me an email dining my claim because it says it was delivered on Jan 30th. THE DRIVER STOLE MY SPEAKER AND ADDED THE DATE LATER SOMEHOW I GOT NO HELP AND LOST $121.00 LUCKY IT WAS NOT $400 I WILL NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT IF THE SHIP FedEx.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
Answer: FedEx left one of my packages sent by express in Las Vegas, Nevada for three (3) days, then delivered it to a total stranger in another town, 20 miles from where I live. Memphis, Tennessee is an air hub. If your package was shipped by air for some or all of its journey, it likely was sent to Memphis.
