My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I ve paid more than £30 for the next day delivery. And although there are 9 days passed, FEDEX still couldn't manage to deliver the parcel. They make me lost thousand of pounds for this unbelievable delay. Disaster company indeed..
Today Fedex sent a text that they were unable to deliver my package that contained expensive meat because they damaged the package and disposed of it. When I called, I spoke to 2 robots (Brendan) who were very fake and insincere, who kept repeating the same sentences and they could not provide any other answers because they did not have any information and were there to follow company policies and procedures. They clearly stated that they did not care one bit that the package was damaged and were there to sound like robots to just get paid by Fedex and follow the company policies and procedures. Imagine what those policies and procedures are! This delivery service is very expensive, and yet it cannot deliver on its promises and services. It cannot and should not be relied on and be aware that you would not get in touch with anyone who will be interested in resolving your issues.
My power of attorney with apostille sent to Russia was just easy lost by FEDEX. Tracking number **************. I lost $200 and one month without any compensation. Such companies should not exist! It's a mockery of consumers.
Consistency 3 out of 4 packages from FedEx are not delivered on time, even if tracking claims it is "out for delivery". FedEx is extremely undependable. Whenever avail., always request a different shipping service. Don't frustrate your customers By using Fedex.
Super slow absolutely ridiculous been over a week waiting for my package and still no sign of it pathetic customer service nobody wants to help I've had nothing but bad luck with this company whenever anything has shipped with them I wouldn't recommend these clowns at all.
If you live in apartment do not ever use Fed Ex. I was waiting in my mail room for hours for about 5 days for a text book that I kept getting updates that they tried to deliver. They never even got out. I live in a secure building, with secure boxes that I pay for to put important things in.No one even came to the mail room. I got a notice that they tried 3 times, after customer service said two of them were driver error, one they never showed up. I have a camera on balcony that points to the front of my building. Customer service was horrific. There was a language barrier 5 out of the 6 times I called. They were not truthful with me and I will not use them again.My Wife uses them at her company and she refuses to use them after all that they did with my order.Go to a more honest company. This one is not nice and dishonest.
Absolute worst of the 3 major shipping companys. Obviously run by poorly trained monkeys. Ordered a package coming from 36 miles away. Spent two days sitting in that location and was then sent 31 miles in the opposite direction - took 12 hrs for that trip. Sat there for 12 more hours before departing there Has of right now, if it arrives tomorrow, it will have been 5 days since the inital pick up...all for about a 35 minute drive. In the meantime, I've received packages ordered at the same time in 1- 2 days that were coming from several states away. Going forward I will chose a different supplier/vendor if they indicate they use FedEx for their deliveries as this seems to be the norm whenever I'm getting packages shipped FedEx.

So far so good, some times it gets a little expensive but then what do you expect, to recieve your stuff for free when you´re sitting in the couch and have no clear options. Response time and shipping are ok.
I tried to get my new Japanese Maple shipped via ANY courier other than Fedex. Sales folks@ Fedex apparently do a much more effective job signing up customers than they effectively ship. No surprise--shipment late and I now expect the small tree to be stressed and maybe dead. Lousy communications with ineffective data. Nothing changes at Fedex--definite winner of the "Race to the Bottom" for lousy Customer Service
This is no longer the company that I worked for 30 years ago. Service to my north Georgia county is just horrible. Packages constantly very late, misdelivered and just plain "lost." Lately, they're entering "signed for" by the same person, no matter who the recipient is. Fred Smith would be horrified if he knew what his company has become. I never intentionally use FedEx.
Needed to sign for a package that I really needed. Found the sticker door tag but driver didn't knock looked on our ring camera. As a few minutes passed I called trying to get them to come right back. Customer service terrible no help waited forever for an answer said they cannot do anything? No driver contact? No delivery in Saturday have to wait till Monday now are you kidding me! Aweful!
Fresh canine semen was supposed to arrive in 24hrs 5 days is now estimated for arrival, the semen will be dead and all monies lost, how can this be called a service? No reason given just held up, not the senders fault, i am furious it would have been quicker to take it on a plane myself to deliver
I'm currently trying to deal with Bongous and i am not happy, we returning our gears back to the online shop because the shipping is costing us more than the items, and also they wont use prepaid lables which i have no idea why. But anyway stay away, dont get suck in
Just got off the phone with Fed-Ex's worthless out of country customer service. She couldn't tell me anymore information than I already had and refused to connect me to a supervisor, because "they are very busy and can't take my call". Are you freaking serious?! Since when can a customer service agent be too busy to help a customer? I have been told 3 different delivery dates at this point so I apologize if I don't want to trust their word, but all I'm asking for is to have someone put their hands on my shipment (so I know it's not lost) and tell me when it will be at my door step. Funny how I had a similar situation with UPS in the past and it was handle to perfection. It's unfortunate that retailers will loose my future business because of Fed-Ex's ineptitude.
Waiting for delivery a modem to a rent house. Fedex said it would arrive at noon. We waited outside. No delivery. Checked tracking and it said they tried to deliver, but nobody was home. Called customer "service" no help. Had to go and pick up the box after being hung up on because I called the driver a lazy $#*! liar. When I got to the pick up site, I asked for the person, Chris, who had hung up on me. She said she didn't tolerate people that cuss, and I said I don't tolerate people that lie to me. If you can avoid FedEx, do so. You will save yourself a lot of frustration.
After paying the customs duties Tuesday, I expected my parcel, which was overnighted from New York Monday, to arrive Wednesday. Yet, they still can't give me a delivery date most likely because the delivery person won't even stop at my building because there is no entry code. It's the 21st century, and apartment buildings often have an electronic touch screen that lists tenants by last name and first initial. There is no entry code. The drivers are lazy, stupid, and can't be bothered to stop for a moment and think. This has happened to my deliveries three times now. I hate dealing with FedEx.
For two years I have had packages misdeliveted by FedEx. Supposed to be delivered to my front door. Always dumped on the ground just inside or often outside my gate. Exposed to weather and theft. I am elderly, handicapped and housebound. Latest package was frozen food, dumped over my fence at the road near my mailbox!
I was unable to access it. Called FedEx, no help. Customer service is nonexistent. Drivers are lazy, will not do their job. Company is crap. No wonder they are losing contracts. AVOID FedEx if at all possible!

I grew up believing fedex was a solid company. Now,. All I see is a 3rd rate organization. From quality of service to customer service, the promises they make are simply untrue. Perhaps this is all we can expect from them. After Reading the other scathing reviews i rather not burden you with my horrific experience but Personally, I'd never use again.
My mother who has been working at your company for 2 and a half years was fired because some girl wanted to fight her. Again my mother worked here for 2 and a half years she had the same behavior every day and hasn't changed since. The case said the girl who wanted to fight my mom was apparently the victim. Why would you throw the case aside and just take the girls word for it and fire my mother who was happy at her job because some random chick wants to fight her? Very unprofessional.

Don't you love it when you check a tracking number for an anticipated delivery on the FedEx website, only to see a message telling you that a delivery attempt was made... and you know perfectly well that it isn't true? And if you call and speak with a customer service rep, they'll check and confirm that, indeed, no delivery attempt was made. Or when your package is left at the house at the end of the street because the driver was too "busy" to come all the way down to your house and deliver the package properly? Any time I have a choice in shipping options, I don't choose FedEx, for these reasons and so many more. And judging by what I've read on here, I'm not alone.
I'll never use fed ex again, if you have the opportunity to go with another shipper I recommend doing so! They stole shipping money plus my package by delivering my parcel to the wrong address. The idiot took a photo of another person's door step, not the unit number, because he or she knew it was not correct. Fed ex did nothing, instead pushed it off into the buisness that originally sold me the product! How is it there fault? The woman I talked with on the phone was in a hollow room with dogs barking,! I ordered an item and it was shipped by Fed-ex ground to Martinsville, Indiana. I did not receive it and called the vendor. Fed ex tracking said it was delivered. My neighbor said he watched the driver put it in my U.S. Postal mailbox (Which I thought was totally illegal). Whether the mail carrier removed it or someone stole it, I dont know. I filed a claim and although their site says you don't need supporting documents for claims under a $100, they insisted the vendor provide them. After 2 months of run around, they sent me a letter denying my $27 claim. Well, I will never order anything again that uses them for the shipping agent. I actually got the last laugh! Although this was the first time I dealt with them on a personal level, my employer used to spend a healthy chunk of change with them. Not anymore.
The worst shipping company. Poor service. Change delivery dates on orders. Fly order cross country for no reason, then truck back 2000 miles then, leave order set for 5 days more, as they [fed-ex] changed the delivery date from the 5th to the 15th. This is the second time i have ordered items from california, set at city of industry for 3 days, then arrive[fly] to florida, then, truck, to arizona, where it sets again till their modified delivery date... i have 106 tractor trailers on the road, 100 leased to another company, and this crap will never happen with my truckers. Never use fed-ex, rating should be in minus so i rated 1 to get this to send...
This service is a rip off. They claim they can ship cheaper than you can do yourself directly and this is simply a lie. USPS fully insured and tracked is less than half the price they quote. They only use Fedex to ship. They also offer fake discounts for promoting them on social media via the checkout facility, which offers a 5% discount but then they don't provide you with the coupon code to redeem and claim the discount.
