My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

I am waiting on a replacement delivery and was to be shipped FedEx overnight. It shipped on 3-12-24 and I received an email saying it would be delivered on 3-13-24. I received an email saying that I would receive it on 3-14-24. What happened to overnight? Tracking shows it is in Cypress Texas and has been there since 3-12-24. I will now only buy from companies that DO NOT use FedEx.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered, very stressful and impersonal, I do not wish to speak to a bot or a call centre in India,my parcel containing very important documents is now a week overdue, and on the time line it seems to keep going back and forth between depots, this is causing me an enormous amount of stress.

Look, I understand that your hands are tied? However, when I call you directly at the FedEx on your 800 number, I would expect to have my issues resolved. So, I called customer service for I had a package to be delivered to my house, first it was delayed by one day. The driver attempted to deliver and because I was not home and it required a signature, they posted it on the website DELAYED. So, I called to have a drop off for the website was not working for me. I call and the representee claimed that they took care of it. I even game them the address in Pearl City Hawaii where a FedEx drop off was located. They said it was good! I called the next day trying to get an update on when they have their delivery's. First The pearl City phone number does not work and has not worked for year, second after 30 min wait, I get FedEx customer service. They first tell me they can't find the tracking, then tell me that there was so such drop off, then the lady kept trying to tell me to be professional. She refused to listen and UNDERSTAND WHY I am irate. This is not the first time i have called about a problem, Drivers going to the wrong house. I am told not our problem we will try again a different day, Delivery of LIVE LOBSTERS that is supposed to be delivered on Friday that KNOW ONE cared about after calling 6 hours straight to try to pick them up. So, they sat on the tarmac until Monday. Now it has become clear. FedEx does not care about their customers, nor do they care about FIXING ANYTHING. For if they did. I would be giving this a better rating. But after multiple issues in Hawaii. If I will NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN! Sorry to other business that use them, I will not be doing business with them either. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR RUINING THIS EXPERIENCE AGAIN x3

Why every package or boxes for my instructions is not delivered to my door? Why have customers leave instructions on your website when the drivers don't look or they do look but don't care? I'm disabled, i had two boxes which are breakable inside, I had to try and hold one and kick the other one to my apartment. Leaving them in the mailroom give a person idea to steal. I'm sick and tired of keep calling about my deliveries and UPS always delivers to my door. This will never get resolved because I always get the same apology and it happens again. I guess FedEx likes the negative reviews.

Idk, whether I made everything correctly I was waiting for a parcel, read all the instructions on how to fill in different forms and other stuff. But i didn't quite like my experience with fedex. Perhaps, I am mistaken and I am myself a dummy boy, but nah, these delays and these queues aren't just my cup of tea. Parcel was delivered, but the aftertaste... hm.

I get packages sent to me through FedEx all the time and at least 7 out of 10 of those will have at least one completely messed up being given to them then traveling short distance only to get an exception been waiting over a week now on one for status to update but nothing not sure if they lost it damaged it what they did but it's on them it was fine whenever they got it and now I still don't have it even though I paid for it and then the majority of the other ones will say a date for days on end and then because if I don't be here to get it it'll walk away in my neighborhood I waste my valuable time sitting at home all day like waiting for the package that they say will be here just for it to wait until 7:00 at night or later to update and say oh well you know we'll update it when we can and it doesn't show up they act like they're the only ones that have time that's valuable our time isn't worth anything to them they're incompetent they should close down their business because they suck at life it's ridiculous like I have nothing better to do or any of us have nothing better than do than to sit around all day waiting for what they say is going to be there just for to not be I'm trying to pay my money and then having my stuff longer than I do. Highly recommend that you used UPS or any other any other shipper before using FedEx unless you have no other choice or if you don't mind waiting you know forever for your stuff and wasting days and days of your life because they can't get it right.

What a phone from spectrum was told I could change the signature required delivery. Try to do so to no avail. Over 8 hours on the phone with an automated system got a person three times within numerous phone calls. Was told I cannot change delivery only the sender can change. Spoke to spectrum again and they said this is not within their contract with them and FedEx has to change the delivery at my request. Can't get anyone to put a farm agent on the phone was told only sender can talk to them. Absolutely no customer support within this company.
I had not used FedEx for eBay shipping in years due to a blatant incorrect $30 overcharge on a small package. I decided to try them again for a heavy item. Well I recieved an additional charge after the package was delivered. They said my package was 3.4 lbs heavier than I stated and 3 inches wider, 3 inches taller, and 1 inch longer. They absolutely lied to create additional revenue. I have a precision scale calibrated to the hundreths of an ounce and there is no way I measured 3 inches short on 2 sides plus 1 inch short on the other as I always round up and I know how to measure! I ship on eBay regularly and will NEVER NEVER use them again. They used to use bogus surcharges as their additional revenue stream now they are just lying about package weight and size! They are crooks!

I was waiting for an important delivery for a time sensitive assignment. I had a telephone on their record but they did not call. I was out for a few mins and missed them. I received an automated call from a machine that I needed to drive 30 km to pick it up and they were only open Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 pm. That would mean missing work hours and pay.
There's no human to speak with and the automated message passes you through a nonsensical idiotic loop.
They surely don't care and if it was my choice I would never use FedEx.
My experience now and in the past have been horrible.
UNBELIEVABLY terrible company. Whether on line or on phone. Track my shipment & shows wrong address, state. Shows picture of package on porch that is not mine. Try to resolve online. ABSOLUTELY no help after 45 minutes. Try to call number listed on site. Takes many tries to get a person to speak to. After another 15 minutes, finally got an actual person. The WORST customer service rep I have ever spoke to. Instead of trying to help, all she did was complain about not being the head of FedEx. Company has really gone down the dumps. Try to enter the 20 digit tracking number by voice & keypad 3 times each. Every time comes back "enter or say tracking number ", then just disconnects.

My DISABLED son (who had no job) saved up for THREE YEARS his hard-earned money to order a special--and very expensive (nearly $1000)--radio/scanner for his hobby. Fed-Ex UK got it out quickly and efficiently--to the MAIN CORPORATE HUB of Fed-Ex in Memphis, TN. And even at their MAIN CORPORATE location, they can't get it right! Pkg left UK 4/11/24; arrived Memphis TN 4/13/24; today is 5/7/24 and pkg STILL HASN'T LEFT MEMPHIS! First they claimed the packaging was so badly destroyed that label was lost and they couldn't ID the radio; I sent them MULTIPLE PROOFS it was mine -- the SERIAL #, pictures, the invoice, even the website from which it was ordered. Still Fed-Ex claimed they're "still investigating" and "aren't sure the radio they've found is REALLY mine." SHIPPER sent them invoice and again told them SERIAL #, which is the ONE PRIMARY IDENTIFIER for the item--STILL they say "well, this doesn't match the part #"---when it's the SERIAL # they should match!--can't anyone there READ?!? Then they send MY BOSS a bill for customs and duty--my BOSS is not even INVOLVED with this! He just allowed me to have it shipped c/o my work address! I could have been fired over this involving him and potentially impacting HIS credit! Today I learned from a Fed-Ex employee that--Even if they DO determine the pkg was lost or STOLEN (more likely) while in their custody in Memphis TN, they will DO NOTHING BEYOND THAT TO MAKE IT RIGHT--it's just "too bad/so sad" and if I want a refund the SHIPPER has to file a SEPARATE CLAIM and then they pay HIM back! DO NOT USE FED-EX! They are incompetent, do not take responsibility for their errors, and are (apparently) THIEVES!
Our account has delivery times on it. The driver didn't even attempt to deliver during the time we are at our biz. Use UPS at this time they provide better service.

Called FedEx 3 days In a row tracking for my items just stopped was told the semi truck from California was lost. At this point was pretty upset because I have live plants on that truck for my yard they now say they will be delivered today 3 days after they were supposed to but not here yet its now 3:30pm and I doubt they will show today.
One of my earliest childhood memories is fedex delivering Christmas presents late. I have never chosen to use this company since then. Unfortunately I ordered a product and they sent it via FedEx. And of course it's late 4 days late with no updates to tracking. I file a case and receive an email asking me to describe the package, that I have not received therefore not seen. I would say this is proof that the world is getting worse, but fedex has always been as bad as they could be without being criminal.

What a disaster! Fed Ex driver delivers 4 packages - 3 were correct. The 4th was not. I call to have them pick up the wrong package delivered. They do, but I have yet to receive the right package. And yet the website says the right package was delivered even though it was the wrong package and they have not corrected the error! Wonder if the driver stole it!
I paid $496 dollars to use FedEx services and my Television was cracked. Fedex approved claim but based on the mailing address error on FedEx they sent the check to the address the TV was shipped from Dum. Got the matter addressed and now they're claiming my claim was denied. FedEx destroyed my chances of starting my new life now my property I've had I now have to purchase over and I don't have financing. Never ever again. I received delivery updates stating that the delivery had been "delayed" twice, without further elaboration. Only upon figuring out how to speak to a customer service agent (which, in itself, took 20 minutes of digging around their website) was I informed that attendance at the property was mandatory for delivery. No effort was made to rectify the situation by organising for delivery to occur today, rather I was told the most they could do was attempt re-delivery tomorrow (which they would have done anyway) without providing me with a timeframe. The delivery is already significantly late and all the onus for fixing the situation has rested with me. Never use FedEx.

I paid more than $59 for FedEx delivery of a part for my tankless hot water heater. It arrived over 48 hours late, by which time my heater had been damaged as a result. FedEx refused to give any refund at all, either to me or to my supplier. They blame the weather.
FedEx has definitely become the worst and most unreliable delivery service. Packages will be held at their depot when the website tell you package is ready for pick up. That package shipped from Vancouver to Toronto contents phones. Vancouver FedEx accepted the shipment and charge for priority overnight for next day delivery, once shipment arrived in Toronto. For the last 3 days package still held at FedEx location Bramlea Road Mississauga, ON location in main office. They are playing game saying the shipment is on hold by security they are not giving any reason. When FedEx Vancouver check and accepted why in Toronto they put on hold.
Their customer service is the worst no one call back and give answer, always they say someone call from FedEx but no calls.
I wonder is their any top manager can look into this matter and solve this issue, otherwise I am going sue them for holding our shipment.
