My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Packages have been ruined due to leaving my
Packages out in the rain. More than once. I have a covered porch, so no reason for this to happen. Laziness and throwing my items across the street at my neighbors. Yes. I was watching. This was recent and then next day said they attempted to drop off and no van was in sight. I was home with all blinds open and could see outside the entire time. Funny thing is there was a rain storm at that time. No signature required on my package either. Hmmmmm. Even customer service said that was odd.

Try to use UPS as much as possible.
Very disappointed delivery service, they DO NOT CALL, it was showing on the website that the package is out for delivery, however after some times it shows to pick from Fedex location. We were home all day waiting for that package. We requested to deliver next day, but same happened the other day. Finally we had to pick from Fedex long waiting in the queue for half an hour. Worst service ever. Amazon deliveries are much much better than this.
In my opinion Fed Ex is now run by grifters. They promise to get your package somewhere and do not follow through. Then they say next day over and over for for days. All of a sudden tracking warning. There is no one to talk to all you get is some foreigner somewhere the do not speak the English language. They lie &lie will give you no superior then you have shipper keep your money you get nothing. They should make cast away 2. Plane crashes kill everyone and all packages float away lost forever. The end. Flush your money down the toilet works as well. Lying no good thief's.

I placed an order through royal canin and their delivery company was through FedEx. I have been waiting since Tuesday when they said my package was going to be delivered and it never was so I called customer service and apparently the driver had made three attempts to delivery the package (for context I live in a three story apartment building so there is no buzzer) but was never contacted about the driver being here even though my phone number and email address is clearly written in the shipping information. The lady on the phone was very unhelpful and basically said I would have to pick up the package at one of their locations.
Fedex refused to deliver a package without signature recently. It was a holster for a pistol. My wife created an account online as they requested and PAID to have all items delivered without signature. Two weeks later another holster for my job was to be delivered. They are now playing the same game, and refuse to deliver without signature, when in several days before, Christmas items have been delivered...without signature. I advised I would not create a second account and PAY again. I called and left a message for the vendor to send my items United States Postal Service henceforth when it returns to them.

So I ordered my shoes back in October. Got a email Monday saying it was on the way! It would be here Friday, Thursday it said it was delivered... I'm home all day just for this package, I had my front door open the whole day because I have a screen door so it's fine. FEDEX new drove down into my circle. And Corp said that IF they find it they would deliver it! Wow UPS would never!
I ordered items, which arrived at the FedEx hub on the 13th. I still have not received my package as of today 26/10/2023. It arrived on the 16th and I have been calling consistently everyday, asking for the duty invoice since the then scheduled delivery date (19/10), which I only received yesterday. So technically I have a package sitting at the airport, cleared by customs, duty paid - for ten (10) days, with up to six calls on some days - all in all, at least +/- 20 calls and sharing my email for a supposed quick response, and visits to the branch, and still no package.
I have lost revenue because of the delay.

My local delivery driver Montell in Montgomery Alabama just jumped two hurdles and landed in his truck in the pouring down rain. He is an amazing delivery driver always early or on time. He is always friendly as well as if we're not home puts packages in the back where they won't be stolen.my man need a pay raise always going above and beyond for all his deliveries.
A delayed delivery for few more days may be understandable because of the inclement weather, but leaving the package on the driveway and by the trash bins 7 yards away from the door that's unacceptable. I was lucky enough my neighbor saw the delivery person tossing the package( a mattress) and was able to leave it by my doorstep.

I have asked the drivers not to leave my packages outside but put them on my front porch which is covered. They refuse so I went on to their website and used there tool to create delivery instructions to leave on our porch just an extra 15 steps away and still they refuse. I have never in my life seen a company so uncariong about customer service. I hate FedEx and will tell as many people every day that I can.

Drivers should pay attention to where they go. My parcel (40 inches x 49 inches - 26 pounds - no handle) was delivered on the wrong street to the same civic number. No need to says that this big size box did not fit in my car. Had to pick it up myself with a dolly and roll it up to my place. Not the first time it happens. Would never use or recommend this companyé This was the shipper's choice.
Unacceptable service. It's obvious that they don't care whether or not you receive your delivery. Will never use them to ship again nor will I ever purchase from a company that uses them to deliver. They can't be trusted to do the job that you rely on them for.
They have the worst costumer service never on time. Always late!
I am waiting for my package for over a week and it supposed come today. Woke up in the morning my delivery changed, Now I have to wait one extra day.
I will no longer shop from anyone that uses FedEx. That is the worst company. They never get your order to you or on time! Makes no sense whatsoever. It is always and I mean always late no matter what. They need to be closed down. Horrible and I mean horrible company! They are a joke. They don't care that people depend on them! The package being shipped from within the state has been sitting at Fedex for the past 5 days with no new delivery information. It would have been faster for me to drive to pick up the package from the vendor myself. The automated assistant has attitude, she hung up on me when I asked for a customer service rep. But before hanging up it said "that is all the information we have for you, goodbye" no warm or even cold tranfer. Needless to say they need to drop express from their name.

Everytime I have a package being delivered by Fed Ex it is 4 or 5 days late. This is because rather than reading the address and putting it on the truck for that city they scan the address and it comes up as a different city so they put it on the wrong truck. Just read the damn city that is stated and put it on the truck accordingly. Stop thinking you know better. This has been going on for over a year. It takes me 3 or 4 days of calling Fed Ex and trying to explain this before they realize their mistake. I have no issues with UPS as they caught their mistake the first time and adjusted their issue so it didnt happen again. Perhaps Fed Ex, you could try learning from your mistakes as well and your rating would go up. I will never order through Fed Ex ever. Worst delivery company available.
I have a package and you guys are the courier. First, I didnt get any paper saying "attempted delivery" and I am pissed because you asked me to pick it up from a certain location. My address of delivery is different from my ID address. And you require that to be matching. I explained the situation to your customer service and she is asking me to bring my mom that has that address. YOU GUYS ARE FUNNY! My name is registered and I have the tracking information. And I am 27 years old and you are asking me to bring my mom to pick up the package that is less than $100 just because of the address issue?
You better have a better system here or don't hire lazy drivers who wont even bother trying to deliver my package.

I've never had such slow deliveries. They never update their website for your package. Their dumb customer service is the most awful thing I've ever seen. Never, never, never will I purposely use their service again. It just all around sucks so much, it's disappointing, and embarrassing for them.
Your package is arriving today. Later, "Your package has been delayed for operational reasons. Your package will be delivered." Yep, the dot was theirs. 6 days I have gotten this message. Out for delivery, oops, nah we were just foolin.
UPS is the only way to go. They're never late. By the way, this is out of the Mills River NC Fedex office. They suck.

I have literally watched my package go back and forth from city to city. Starts out saying it's in a town very close to me and then ships back to a town 2 hours from me. Twice this has happened. Not sure why it keeps going back and forth! First off it sat in one of their warehouses for 8 days without moving at all! Called customer service... what a joke! All she could say is... Well you know this is the busiest time of year. Not my problem! Tracking keeps going from giving me a date it will be delivered to saying It's on it's way! Have been waiting on this packager since the 6th and hear we are on the 17th. Not using them again if it can be helped.
This was the first time my fiance and I purchased items from overseas (specifically for our wedding). The shipping of our goods from the USA to NZ was very efficient and everything arrived on time and in one piece. The process of having an account with Bongo Int'l and being able to check where our goods were at, at any point in time was fantastic. Our only concern was the cost of shipping, which we were not aware would be so expensive and to then be taxed in NZ for our goods. Bongo still provided a good service, albeit an expensive one, but we were aware our goods weighted quite heavily. We would use Bongo again but would love to know the rates per weight before agreeing to send to the Bongo addresses provided, so that we could chose not to use if too expensive and find an alternative.
Apparently, some Fedex Drivers believe they're entitled to behave like disrespectful teenagers when they're actually supposed to be carefully screened, hyper responsible adults. One driver just blocked my driveway and was about to leave his truck there, while he ran in to deliver his package. I asked him to move and instead of apologizing, he decided to play the race card and called me KAREN. He was in the wrong and decided to double down and be especially in the wrong. I snapped a picture of his license and immedialtely lodged a complaint with Fedex. Stay tuned..
Their delivery man trashed my sister's porch...broke flower pots...dirt and mess all the way to the sidewalk. And my sister is disabled. She called me crying and upset. The driver didn't even bother to leave a note to apologize. What an awful company.

Fedex seems to be unable to give an accurate time of arrival for parcels. I understand that an international shipment can take a long time, but I don't understand how the delivery of a parcel can be delayed by a day every day for three days. Maybe Fedex expects us to take a week's holiday to receive a parcel? Please don't use this incompetent company that doesn't respect its customers.
Special thanks to Fedex customer service, which is almost entirely robotised and makes it very difficult to obtain even the slightest bit of information. Fedex's attempt at moderation is clearly a complete failure.
