My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Great tracking right up to the time it said the package was delivered, but no package. Luckily an individual who found the package on his door step 3 miles from where it was supposed to be delivered dropped it off a the correct address.
I hope this company leaves earth. I truly hate them from the bottom of my heart. We need better carrier companies that truly care and take care of customers and their orders. Please petition to get rid of FedEx. They can't knock doors properly and can't help customers from their own mistakes. My order is now 1 week late and I have been trying to get them to just give me my package. I wish I can just no star them, because that's what they truly are, unworthy.

I have a firm belief that an organizations employees and their performances are a direct reflection of their leadership. The leadership for this dog and pony show don't deserve any title other that time watchers and oxygen thief. I'm not even going to go into the hoops these clowns expected me to jump through to solve an elementary issue. CHANGE AN ADDRESS. With some extreme and lengthy training, Fed Ex managers could possibly, some day become semi-competent. Those I dealt with today, well, no hope. I will go the extra 4 miles to the UPS STORE in the future. Indeed it's sad that the few performers are associated with such a substandard organization. The young FedEx man that delivers here is outstanding. I'm coaching him to move to UPS! He shouldn't be labeled among your 1.4 stars of 5 stars in performance ratings. Good riddance to this circus act.

Packages go to other states when they are few miles away. Then travel around several days back and forth back and forth!
And up where they started and finally come to my house only to be dropped off at the street!
Give ur package a world tour 1st use FedEx. Cannot meet their delivery window ever. Gave my package a tour of Germany then the USA. I did call FedEx to find out why their service is so bad their response is logistics. So, in my honest opinion do not use FedEx, unless u want ur package to see the world and arrive a month after the date they gave for delivery. It's logistics

I made an online purchase on 2/1. Paid 2 day express shipping and was guaranteed to receive it by 2/4.
I requested my package be held at a location near me since I was not going to be home to sign for it. I was informed that I would be able to pick it up by the end of the day 2/7. I have been on the phone with someone from Fedex every day since (2/7) it is now (2/10) and every day they've been telling me something different. That I would be available to pick up the same day, not enough information or that I would be able to pick up the next day. This has been extremely frustrating as I paid additional money for shipping and have had to waste hours of my week trying to locate my package.
There delivery drivers are lucky they can find their way home at night, because they sure can't find the right address for my last 2 deliveries and then costumer service tells you your claim has been denied because they never went to get the package back so you get screwed out of the package and your money don't ever ship FedEx

I will no longer order products from companies that ship with FedEx. Last 3 out of 5 orders that were shipped by FedEx never showed up and were canceled. How are they still in business? I can't even add the proof of purchase to this review because the packages never show up!
Fedex has my house address yet everytime they have lazy drivers that just take it to the post office. I don't have a PO Box and am home everytime they supposedly try to deliver (which they never even drive by my house). Don't use FedEx unless you don't want your packages!

Ordered part for a machine that is broke down. Supplier of parts 5 hours away. Fedx said they could have them here 3 to 5 days. Parts shipped got to the hub in Montgomery, AL in two days. From there nothing hub has no idea where the Parts are. Fedx suggested I purchase the parts again and have them shipped a second time while they try to find the parts that was supposed to be here no later than today. 5 days after being paid for and picked up. They also want me to pay the shipping fee again. Fedx does not care about customers, only their money. They have lousy customer service. Advised it would be up to a week to get a status update. Meanwhile I'm out $500.00 worth of parts and a $80,000 piece of machinery not making money because of Fedx and their sloppy management of packages.

Fedex has to be the worst and most TV comercialized company in the world. Their shipping is almost never on time. Bad weather they say. Pretty sure UPS and USPS delivers in the same places. I will avoid companies using Fedex as a shipping carrier.
Whenever I see a package arrive at this location (Hutchins, Texas) there are concern details the I know for concern; my package will be delay, I will stop receiving notifications and 7 out of 10 ten times my package will be lost or stolen. Customer Service promise you one thing and drop the ball every single time without following through or keeping you informed. I understand that people will never completely stop using FedEx but when you package reaches this location, don't say that you haven't been warned.
I order constantly offline, this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, i called 4 times today to get snotty representatives! I paid $140 for an expedited parcel to be shipped and delivered Friday January 7th and they give you a complete run around. "The driver left, have to switch to Canada post etc". Now they tell me I have service and duty fees and my parcel won't be shipped till Monday fedex and another 5 days delivery through Canada post, if I woulda known I woulda spent the cash and drove to the city! FedEx your company is garbage, you need to pick up your game and do your job the way you're suppose to! I will never be ordering anything shipped through this company again! Absolute trash! Fedex account representatives for businesses in the Houston Tx are the worst. They are do not respond back to calls in a timely manner. If you can avoid this company for business purposes please do so.
I have literally never received a package from fedex on time or when they say it'll be delivered. Everytime it gets "delayed" when its already scheduled for "by end of day" and is literally within 15 min of my house. I could go pick it up myself faster than they could get it here, but apparently thatd not possible. Miraculously when end of day rolls around... package never arrives and is "delayed" once again. You'll get it when you get it should be their company slogan

This is a company where thier only job is to deliver packages! I have important medical supplies that were supposed to be overnighted and that my life depends on that are now 2 days late? It's absolutely ridiculous that I can get a package from Amazon the same day for free but I can't get the supplies I need to live when paying over $20 for shipping! Get your $#*! together!
Don't send anything over 10$ through Fed Ex, it'll get stolen. They've become that unreliable. If you send anything of value, dont be surprised if it mysteriously becomes "undeliverable" ie someone who works for Fed Ex is walking around with it. Perishable deliveries are delayed continually without explanation or apology! These left their destination with plenty of time. I suspect the local hub is either too lazy or too understaffed to process these or load the truck.

They delivered sensitive and valuable company banking information to the wrong address. I tried to reach out to FedEx to resolve the issue and find out where they had actually delivered it and all I could get was an automated machine which could not get any of the information correct. Please never trust FedEx, I understand mistakes happen but they need to have some type of customer service and they need to have live individuals as part of their customer service - not automated computers.
The most appalling customer service. Delayed at every stage of the shipment, originally supposed to arrive on 7th February nonsense requests for documents (including proof that my taxes were paid) then to top it off now scheduled to arrive on 10th March. After paying $255 for urgent shipping, this is what i have received. DISGRACE

2nd time now I've ordered a scooter and both times they were not delivered on day it shows. Very frustrating waiting all day just to be disappointed. Also I hate that you can never chat with a LIVE person with fedex. Everytime I try it's just the stupid virtual chat bot. Trying to call is also frustrating because it takes forever to speak to a real person. Fedex needs to do a lot of improvements with delivery and customer service. Also anytime I try to get updates on a delivery using the website or app it never works.
We purchased a 65" TV online and chose to have it delivered because I am an elderly customer and do not drive. It did not say delivery would be made by FedEx until after the payment had been made. I would have purchased from Amazon if I had known it was going to be shipped by FedEx. The delivery was made 2 days after Walmart said it would be delivered and a full 9 days after the order was placed and payment was made. Signature was supposed to be required upon delivery but the delivery person did not bother to get a signature. The FedEx delivery person did not deliver to or near my door. They left the 65" TV just inside the door of the lobby of the apartment building. It is a public place, not a secure location at all. FedEx delivers small packages to customers' doors in our building all the time, but the 75 lb, 65" TV they just left for anyone walking past to grab. No, I certainly would not recommend shipping by FedEx to my friends.
So this is about the 3rd time in a row when fedex claims to have delivered a package to my front door but then i open my door to an empty hallway. I check other apartments surrounding mine to no avail. FedEx is the worst when it comes to delivering in the correct spot. UPS is way better. Never once had an issue with them. Even the USPS is better than FEDEX.
I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistent failure of FedEx to deliver packages directly to the front door of my home.
Over the past few months, I have encountered several instances in which the delivery driver opted to leave packages at an inconvenient and unauthorized location. Despite having a clear and accessible front porch, FedEx personnel have repeatedly left my packages on the sidewalk, the side of the house, in front of my garage door, waiting for me to drive over my package. For some reason, they refuse to deliver the package to the front door. I do not have this problem with UPS, Amazon, or the Postal Service.
