My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
This company is insane. They handle your items with no respect and when they loose it (which they do a lot), they are not even sorry. They have no information on where the package is coming from, where or who lost it, they just told me they cant they cant track it anymore and basically, I am on my own. Save your money and never ever deal with this absurdity
Workers are stealing at fedex they open boxes and etc they need a better system how do they let others sign for a package that is not there's. It not right for people to spend they hard working money to receive nothing. And when you file a claim first thing they say is contact the seller. It's easy to get had with these guys. I am building an truck ordered parts and never received. Fedex says it was delivered and sign by BBB but my name is Tony and I watch the FedEx truck drive by my business and didn't stop. I ask the fedex guy the following day did he deliver a package yesterday for Tony to any of the surrounding businesses he tells me that they said something about that package but he didn't have that route yesterday but they said something because I made a claim but where is my package. 24 hours later claim closed 400 dollars down the drain. Be careful with these guys
I ordered a packet from Walmart, and FedEx delivered it. I am a single parent and currently pregnant. I was at home when they delivered my package, and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. They left my box not even close to the door. What happened to letting a customer know or making it know your packet is on here? My computer will not let me post a picture, but my order number is **************.

I could write a book with now many horror stories I have from FedEx deliveries. This entire company, from top to bottom, is an absolute joke. The vids of them damaging packages from $#*! drivers is real. The tracking is trash. The customer service on the phone is garbage. FedEx should hire DHL to teach them how to deliver packages on time.
I give NO stars! They had lost my package with medication for my baby and the people answering just over talk you and don't have a clue! Then I get another overnight replacement sent & the driver takes it to my next door neighbors house- even though it's as clear as day my house #'s are on my mailbox@ the street & on my house...it was bad enough they delivered our last package and had the nerve to pull that big truck onto our driveway...UPS would NEVER! This why I ONLY use UPS!

They do not deliver on time like ever. They also give you no updates and try to fool you. They only are the worst shippin company i have ever shipped or received packages with. I ordered 2 weeks ago with fast delivery and still have not gotten it. Ups is so much better they deliver on the date they say they will
I recently wanted to mail a cheque to Puerto Rico through their International First in a emergency situation, which costs over 200 dollars on 19th.
Here is thing, I prepared documents to their custom brokerage on the same day to clear customs. There were no response since then.
Today, 25th, I finally get response. They claim that custom clearance failed and my package will be either destroyed or returned. It will cost me 60 dollars to get my package back.
300 dollars are wasted. I will admit my mistake if there's anything I am doing wrong. However, when I asked them if there are any problems with my documents. There is no response or someone told me to wait. After 7 days, they tell me they can't do it. What's wrong with you? What did you do in a whole week? What did you do when I ask you if there's anything else I can do?
Attitude matters. Well done Fedex and keep going.
I have a package that they have to deliver to me and it has been stopped for 10 days despite constant requests for delivery... Incompetence, unprofessional, non-existent customer service (they don't respond).
Everytime when I'm expecting a delivery from FedEx, I have to make an extra trip to Post office to get the package. They never deliver it to the address, and never do it on time. It happened to me more than 10 times with in past 3 years. Everytime they left the orange slip in the mailbox even without ringing the bell or knocking the door of my apartment. Sometimes they say the address is wrong and driver couldn't find the address. However UPS and USPS deliver mail and packages to the same address with no problems. I wonder those FedEx drivers know how to use the GPS or google maps. Very poor service.
I am so disappointed in FedEx right now! My pharmacy sent a package out to me on December 13,2022 and I have yet to receive that package. I spoke with the pharmacy and they said that there has been a label made by FedEx for that package, which means they picked it up, but no one knows where that package is right now. I just spoke with a representative that told me that they never picked the package up but my question is how do you make a label for a package that you don't have? Shame on you FedEx. I have received broken packages (which were labeled fragile) and I've had packages thrown on my porch but now we're at the point of just not getting it at all? You must do better.

I ordered something to be delivered for my daughter's birthday. I got a message on 5/8 saying that there was an attempt to deliver my package but they could not because "the business was closed for a holiday". It was going to my residence and it's not a holiday. I called the following morning to make sure they were delivering to the correct address and the agent assured me they were. Said she made notes "this is a residence". I get notification that the package has been delivered and I look at the picture, it's not my house. Now I have to talk to the company who sent it for a resolution because FedEx won't do anything. Now that company has me dinged because FedEx can't do their job. You have one job FedEx! The photos are my house vs the delivery photo.
Awful customer service. Package left at wrong building, street, and apt number. No help from company. They told me to just tell the sender they lost it. Wouldn't try to find out where it was. I had to walk around the homes around me to find it. I'm a small woman doing this alone. Going up to strange doors. Because they wouldn't help at all. Not virtually, not in their stupid automated customer service, not even a real person helped. Ridiculous.

I have 2 shipments stuck in Kentucky. I have tried for 1 week to get information on these. One person told me they had a bad sticker and that is why they haven't been delivered. I tried to get help was transfered to leave a message. Called today they can't tell me when it will be delivered. I explained the first time it was an air conditioner for an elderly person who has no ac. No help from anyone. Today they told me they can't tell me. Try tomorrow. Never again. For 6 days it left there facility for delivery. For 6 days it was returned no delivery. No one is concerned. No one knows what is wrong except the sticker won't scan. Ridiculous
Scheduled a product to be delivered today. Even paid extra money. Website said attempted delivery. They lied. Nobody been to my house to attempt anything. When I checked the website and noticed the update, I went to my ring camera to see if I missed them which I knew I didn't because I wasn't far from the door. Plus my dogs ALWAYS bark when someone knock on the door, ring the bell or drop off a package. My dogs can hear the truck when it pulls up. After checking my camera, nothing. Nobody attempted to deliver ANYTHING! I will never pay Fed Ex again. Go UPS or another service.
FedEx said I had to order sent out at 3:45 a.m. in transit be there by the end of the day never received it now it's saying pending delivery terrible customer service and once it's returned three times it's sent back to where I bought it from very disappointed in this FedEx location. Customer service Couldn't even track my package. Said it would be here by the end of the day I live less than an hour away from where their warehouse is in Batavia Ohio absolutely horrible.
I live in an apartment on the 4th floor. We have mail boxes right at the gate door when you enter. I ordered desk from Walmart with a DELIVERY to my door so i dont have to carry it myself from the car etc. Received email saying its been delivered, opened the door, no package. Going downstairs here my 100lb box by the gate door. Oh well WTH lazy workers! You have a dolly to push it with! How freaking hard it is?!? Not only its heavy for a woman to carry it but also anyone can steal it since its just laying in the middle. And its not the first time Fedex leaves heavy packages in the "middle of the street ".
I waited all day for a package that we needed for the weekend. My husband paid the duties, so the package should have been able to have been safe-dropped. I had to leave at 3:55 to pick up my husband at work. The package arrived at 4:10 and was not safe-dropped, but returned to the depot across town because the delivery person didn't know or didn't care to check that the duty was already paid.
We phoned customer service, but after getting past their automated system (which does not work at all), and speaking to two agents (who didn't have the power to do anything), we were no further ahead. Now, we will not have our needed package for the weekend and there is nothing we can do about it, except to complain.
Just spoke with a CSR about my package that was scheduled for a July 27,2022 delivery date. FedEx pushed the date til July 29,2022. As of last night, no package. FedEx website states that delivery is pending with no date. The CSR stated that it's due to e-commerce and sitting on the trailer. Out right contradiction to the website which states the package is out for delivery! Not sure what happened with this company, but it sucks! I personally wouldn't use them.

Shipper paid $480 for a overnight Friday delivery. This did not happen. FedX barley apologized and will deliver the package three days later stating "We don't work on weekends". Never-mind the $200 dollar per hours crew waiting for this package. Use FedX when you absolutely positively Don't need your package overnight.
You make your order for 1 box online but you still have to call in to get it picked up from your location? And it wont even be the same day that they pick up? I might as well just call them schedule it and have them email me the packing slip because it would save so much time in the long run
Ups might not be great but at least their service is online and picked up the same day.
It's a shame we as customers cannot choose delivery services.Fed ex is by far the worst out there. Very rude, unprofessional to the point of hostile deliverymen. I cannot use their services anymore as they knock loudly, hostile like when they come and it is at such a bad level that it really is not worth it.
Fedex needs to pay there employees more, or go out of business. Their model isn't working, and package delivery through them is in a huge snarl of bad actors, angry employees, and no follow through. A thoroughly broken business

There was a time when FedEx set the standard for quick delivery of important documents or items. Today that is no longer the case! Use UPS or the U.S. Postal Service for ease of tracking and guaranteed delivery. Try FedEx and you will be sorry!
Irresponsible couriers. Once I ordered a LG TV. They delivered as broken. Now I ordered a Samsung S21 ultra. They delivered somebody else's house and get the sign. I have solid proof. I have a ring camera, nobody comes to my house on that day from fedex. I lost my money and the supplier also have loss due to their delivery people. They close my claim file as per their wish.
Whenever I need domestic or international shipments for my office and personal use, I use Fedex - they are dependable and work well with automated shipping. Used to the "others" they are simply better. That said, switching some of the parcels to Amazon with great success!
