Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

UPS, Post Office and Amazon all drop packages off respectfully at the house. FedEx throws them in the snowbank at the end of the driveway. Disgusting. I would never pay to ship anything with this company.

On 3 different occasions I received email saying my package has been delivered and no one has come to my home. The delivery people are lazy my address is clear and correct. Customer service is the worst they are very rude and dismissive. Me personally I wouldn't EVER use this company EVER. The lazy $#*! delivery people gave my items to someone else instead of getting a signature or checking ID Terrible

There was a time when FedEx set the standard for quick delivery of important documents or items. Today that is no longer the case! Use UPS or the U.S. Postal Service for ease of tracking and guaranteed delivery. Try FedEx and you will be sorry!

It's a shame we as customers cannot choose delivery services.Fed ex is by far the worst out there. Very rude, unprofessional to the point of hostile deliverymen. I cannot use their services anymore as they knock loudly, hostile like when they come and it is at such a bad level that it really is not worth it.

I never received the Google Wifi system I ordered from Amazon. The seller said I needed to make a claim with FedEx. FedEx said I signed for the package. My name was spelled incorrectly and after reviewing my 2 cameras, not only wasn't there a package delivered at said time, there was no courier from any company that delivered a package to my house on said date. They denied my claim. I'm out $160. This is beyond frustrating!

A replacement Toshiba TV from Hisense has not shown up two days after promised delivery. Signature required.so I have waited at home for two days and still no TV despite their promises of delivery each day.

If it were possible, I would put zero! They sent me a package on July 3rd. Today is July 14, there is no parcel. Yesterday, the status was that estimate delivery till the end of day July 13, today this status was removed, there is no date for the receipt of the parcel. Terrible! Usually I receive pastels from Europe in one week or one and a half, but here, within the same country, it's the third week and it's not clear when it will come.

If it were possible to give FedEx less than one star, I would. We order a lot of merchandise for our home-based business and UPS is our go-to shipping company. Some of our suppliers use FedEx because they are cheaper, but they consistently damage things and the majority of orders are delayed for one reason or another. These problems were happening pre-Covid, so they need to stop using that as an excuse.

I wish I could give -5 stars. FedEx is the absolute worst shipping company to ever face this planet. The customer service reps lie and lie and lie and $#*! never gets delivered. I spoke with 4 different reps and got 4 different answers regarding my package. My package will be at least a week late if I ever get it in the first place. $#*! you FedEx you can lick my non existent balls you stupid $#*!s. How the hell you going to have a job and not know how to do it? Put the package in your truck and drive the raggedy $#*! thing to my house and give me my $#*!. And while you're at it why don't you go ahead and close your business cause you're not worth a damn. Sincerely, someone that's tired of the bull$#*!

We deal with Real Estate and our packages are date sensitive, so far the month of March they managed to lose 2 packages and were delayed on 3 others with no explanations. They are by far the worst with communication and delivery. I will be looking for other methods of business for deliveries and shipments

Ordered and paid for expedited shipping. The package didn't make it on time. They claimed it was because of delays in Memphis (my package was in California going to Oregon). It has been in the shipping facility for 3 days and now it's Friday. They said the type of shipping I paid for won't ship on the weekend so "I'm so sorry but I cannot honor your request, I do not believe you will have this suitcase for your trip Monday". I asked if they can make an exception and deliver on weekends because this is their problem. They said no they cannot. I asked to talk to a supervisor - they said no. I asked them to tell the supervisor my concerns — they said no. I asked for the supervisors name — no. They just blocked me from any resolution saying they were too busy trying to fix all of the delayed shipments and get things out on time (ok just not mine I guess). It's been a snowy week I'll admit, but they made it clear they'd be able to deliver on the two clear days I knew we'd have. UPS has had no problems with estimates or deliveries — at worst maybe one day delay due to weather (which has been acceptable). Why does FedEx get to behave like this? They have no value for their customers and they are clearly stealing. I'd hedge they might be worse than USPS since USPS doesn't make false promises at least.

Put shipment out along busy rd. Instead of bringing it to the house 500ft away. Driver lied and said my driveway is gated,not never this been ups Amazon uses all deliver to my door. Shipment gone before I got home they said tuff luck call the company that shipped it. FedEx was the ones that's put the products out by the road! I out 200.00. FedEx is not the way to ship any thing.

Worst service EVER

FedEx customer service is dismal at best. They could care less about you. They have outsourced their customer service to the obvious low bidder who will tell you that they are trained... trained to brush you off. If you do have a problem with your shipment... its your fault for selecting the shipping method you did. What I was unaware of was their economy service gives FedEx the option to deliver themselves or pass it to USPS. My package arrived at my local hub, and then got shipped out of my state to be dropped off at a USPS facility where it got lost in the suffel. They could have at least dropped it at a local USPS facility. So what was supposed to be 5 ti 7 day delivery, took nearly a month to get my package. It is very clear that if you do not use the most expensive method, THEY DON'T CARE. Wish I could rate 0 star.

Please don't send parcels and receive them through FedEx. They would delay your parcel. They would destroy your parcel like anything. Very unprofessional, stupid and dumb people. I wonder how this company even exist on Earth. I think FedEx is recruiting all dumb people in this world. They deserve just 0 stars or even negative.

Address clearly marked on mailbox but yet FedEx drivers cannot find my address! Took a whole week to reschedule a delivery this is unacceptable UPS and the post office has no problem finding my address

My parcels have been damaged on a few occasions because the drivers neglected to handle them with care. Drivers need to be more patient with the delivery packages. At times my packages are left outside in the elements. I have signs up where to put them but it doesn't seem to matter. Their deleivery times are pretty good and the drivers when I see them are usually pretty nice. Having said all that, FedEx is much better than UPS and the don't lose parcels like UPS.

Tip for consumers:
I have had my share of good and bad with this comp[any. Sometimes, they deliver when they promise and other times, they don't.

I was supposed to receive a package 1week ago. I have spoken to customer service 3 times with no resolution. It has been in Austell Georgia for 6 days now (which apparently is a black hole where things just disappear). Every day I would show that it was on a truck on way to be delivered at end of the day. Now it has no delivery date.

One of WORST delivery company I've never seen. I don't know what they are doing but shouldn't be delivering people Items. If you really want to have a good headache, exciting and waist your precious time; request fedex to shipped your packages.

Tip for consumers:
Just don’t request FedEx to deliver your packages.and if by any inconvenience you have them with your package….well pray for your mental health cuz they will stress you af.

I ordered my medication, like I always do, with 2 day shipping, well we're on day 6 now of no medication! I got told friday. Not friday. I got told monday. Not monday. Im getting told tomorrow now and I have a feeling it won't be here tomorrow either. I needed these pills ASAP hence why I ordered 2 day! So unbelievable. They didn't even offer my money back, which has gone up to nearly $10 now. Ridiculous.

Wish i could give negative stars. To begin with they dont give you ANY idea on when to expect your package their website and app are vauge to send the least. So unless you want to waste your ONE day off waiting like i did. Do everything in your power not to use them. They need to get up to speed with their competitors or sell out

I've placed several orders online that are shipped to us by FedEx. For some reason, they decide to ship items out of NJ to UT or MO before coming to PA. It takes almost a week for anything to show up. I could drive to NJ and be back home in 2 days! Amazon ships to us from NJ and we have it next day!
They still have better rates for shippers then UPS though.

I was waiting on a dresser that I brought from Walmart that was shipped through FedEx it was suppose to take 3 days to get delivered to my address and it took a whole week before I received it...no updates on where the package was or anything...after I called and went off on them they finally decided to deliver it 2 days later... SMH...I hate FedEx home delivery service...I dread ordering things and find out they are using FedEx it's so disappointing!

FedEx tracking indicated that a package was delivered to the customer (me) at a specific time. This is dishonest. I was not home at the time indicated. The package is nowhere to be found and there isn't any note offering a pick up option. UPS at least will provide the option of picking up at a local facility. In the past I have had more than one package at my door or sent to me that were NOT delivered to customer as the tracking information indicated.

Once again, My package is missing. I paid for 2 day shipping on a very important idem. But they lost it, never made it to the local hub, but yet the drive showed up to deliver the package that is not even on the truck wow. I spent like $58. On two day because I needed it today. Every time I have a problem FedEx is the carrier. I needed the Super Spacer today. Now they want me to wait 24 to 48 hours and if it is not found then reorder. 4 to 5 days of my time and mean while for all this time I have a window out of my RV.
