My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Every single time I receive a package through fedex my package is destroyed. I mean it's like somebody is purposely checking my merchandise the package I received today it's a wonder how my items where still inside. I held it upside down on my bed and everything just tumble out. You have to be kidding me if this is they way their employees are handling peoples things. I'm located in East Texas check these business and employees Jesus! Also I should add the driver didn't even deliver my packages to my door if so I would have posted a picture of the driver but unfortunately they dropped both boxes at my mailbox for anyone to pick up as you can see in the picture with the mailbox the damaged side was facing the street so when I did pick them up I wasnt really pay attention

Monday: Delayed. I call customer service 3 times. Tell them the package contains a live tree. It'll die. I beg them. I offer to pick it up from their facility. They say they can't do that. Rude agent keeps interrupting me.
Monday night: Still not delivered. Not even an estimated delivery date.
Folks, if you don't want to have the same experience, use UPS instead.
So - Fedex is Bad. Received several emails saying package would be delivered by 8:00 PM 3/15 ( message on 3/13,3/14 and 3/15). Waited for 11 hours as signature required. Got message from Fedex says Sorry been delayed. Really? Go pound sand you sorry $#*! company,
Not much to say so disappointed. First time I've ever talked myself into paying $20 shipping for priority overnight it's been 4 days later and still no package there's been some sort of delay at every single facility that it stopped by. Refused to give me credit or my money back it makes me sick to my stomach thinking I gave my money to a business like this. I hope their business fails.

Awful, awful experience. Paid for expedited shipping/Saturday delivery. Ordered item 8 days ago. Delivery date has been kicked back 3 times. The warehouse my package is at is 25 minutes away. In trying to call customer service to speak to an agent, the automated system won't let me even do that.
Take my money for an expedited shipping & then do as little as possible to see thru that obligation. That's what I'm getting here.
I will go out of my way to never use Fed Ex again.

I am not sure why company's continue to use this service they are always behind on there deliveries and constantly having problems I have had 8 packages in the last few month come 4 days later than originally posted.Ups never had these issues and actually usually is early with there deliveries company's please stop using the company!
Package was left in wet grass instead of my dry porch! Instructions not followed, at leased it was inside the gate instead of where someone can drive by & steal it! Only positive thing about this delivery that's why I gave a 2. Other then that they are the worst delivery service here in Otis Oregon!

Firstly I paid for expedited shipping but it was anything but. An Amish man with a horse and buggy would have been faster.

Phone call to change my receiving address because they don't deliver to post office boxes (ridiculous).
I'm starting to think that my other package has been lost in their system and I need to file a claim.
Package tracking on web site works about 50% of the time. Notorious for holding shipments in warehouses until they have a full truck, regardless of the ship date. I have waited over 2 weeks to receive orders in the past. They don't care one whit about the end customer.
Personally, if I have a choice, I will NEVER choose FedEx. I do my best to avoid companies that insist on using them as well and will gladly pay a dollar or two more to get my product within a few days versus whenever FedEx feels like it.
Since moving to this area (un-named) i have not had a single fedex delivery come through as promised. Recently the driver has taken to paint photos of deliveries that do not show the package and are taken inside someplace i have never seen. Reaching out to FedEx has resulted in nothing but elevated blood pressure and heartburn.
I cannot understand why any vendor would choose to risk their reputation by allowing fedex to be involved with them at all.
Fed ex is by far the worst! I don't know if they even update the tracking info. My Package is over a week late and has been In Transit at some location for that week. No scheduled delivery time after they clearly did not deliver it on time. & Their employees have the same useless information as online tracking. They need to do better! They act as if it's a free service!
My driver tried to make a delivery at 6 am...Sunday morning really? Then when l call customer service My door tag number is not available & you can't talk to a live person without it. Horrible service.
Drivers lie about attempts to deliver. The company won't even let drivers call customers for assistance. Their telephone support is, at best, worthless and frequently hostile.
We need MINUS stars to rate what used to be the gold standard of delivery services.

I didn't receive my shipment ************** yet. It is unbelievable that a shipment stays 18 days in the DUBAI Arab Emirates customs for any reason. FedEx was one day the best carrier on earth but now the worst one. They deliberately leave shipments to accumulate and pick them altogether. I hope you convey my message to them.

Bought a brand new work/school pc that's over six days late! Absolute disaster mistake using FedEx. Horrible company that has not made a timely delivery once in the last year. The most frustrating part is it's been stuck in the same town as me for the last two days and I haven't been able to get it delivered or pick it up. Would've been better off paying a hitch hiker to deliver.

My package has been sitting in a warehouse 30 min from my house for 4 days now. I call with no resolution. Its pathetic because it isn't even the holidays. When I hear a package is being shipped using FedEx, i feel complete dread. Please start using ups, because they don't have any of these problems & you get the package when your supposed to.
I didn't know you can run a business in the US like this. If this is legal then I am opening a new courier service tomorrow!

Rate if 1 given because at least they had the correct house. During the Christmas Holidays when packages are constantly being stolen, I was very diligent about checking the status. Saturday morning it stated expect package Monday by the end of the day. I leave and go out of town only to get a text message stating that it was delivered. I drive an hour back home because they are large packages (bicycles) and I don't want anyone to take them. I pull in the driveway only to see two large packages leaning up against the garage door, in plain view of everyone passing by. Which means they didn't even go to the front door and ring the bell. Can you please just leave the package at the front door?
FedEx has become the worse company to ship with ground deliveries. 4 packages of mine show delivered by the driver and not one showed up at my door between Nov 25 - Nov 29. FedEx has done nothing to retrieve them and I am sure the driver still has a job. When does this end? When does the drivers start being held accountable for missing packages due to miss delivery to wrong locations or theft at that? UPS delivers perfectly fine and I have not had to ever put in a case with them. Accountability will go a long way and change how these drivers are careless for FedEx.

I have plants near my front door and Friday 12/10/21 at around 4pm there was a delivery, where the person literally put the packages in front of the screen door where if I open it they will fall. They also broke my flower pot and stacked them together so nobody would notice. This is unacceptable and explains why people don't recommend using FedEx but I had no choice this time.

Fedex service has gone bad to worse these days. I am having constant problem where all of my packages are loaded in truck for delivery but end of the day it is returned with out making delivery attempt. When contacted the customer service, they have no clue what's going on and they do not have any direct contact number or resolve the problem. This is happening to every single package that I get it through FedEx not with any other service provider. Due to this back and forth loading and unloading damages the products many times.
Orders from walgreens are shipped via fedex home/ground. Not a good thing if you live in an apartment building. Their delivery personnel are too lazy to bring packages to the delivery apartment. Instead, they leave them in the lobby. This means that there is a likelihood that packages will be pilfered, opened with contents stolen. Luckily, walgreens will reimburse me for my shipment.
However, if you are a small business, or ship items that are irreplaceable or expensive. You might have to kiss the income you make good bye.
Just a cautionary notice for anyone who will be shipping and is consider using Fedex. Sad to know that they have gone so downhill.

3 items were missing from the delivery. 2 boxes were delivered in the lobby. Thieves can see what is in the lobby through the glass doors, that are unlocked. Walgreens reordered the missing items.
All this because Fedex Home/ground delivery personnel will not deliver packages to the apartments, rather, they leave them out in the open in an unlocked, unprotected lobby.
The last 10 shipments to me via FedEx have been delayed, sometimes twice including refrigerated medicine. I receive a text saying it is on the truck for delivery then a few hours later I get a text that it's been rescheduled. They've even delivered my medicine to the wrong address. My current delivery was today, now tomorrow if I'm lucky. Amazing they are still in business considering they used to be the Premier shipping company.
I am so fed up with FedEx.
What good are tracking numbers if you still lose half your packages at their facilities and all they tell you is "wait" until the warranty timeframe is over?!
And packages that do by some miracle get delivered get chucked on the road for anyone to take. I kid on a bike can do a better job
