Second delivery by this company - the first took a week and a half to deliver from their local depot as so say the address was incomplete - certainly there was nothing wrong with the address on the label once it was delivered. Second parcel - same excuse but already 3 days late with further excuses for non delivery- my advice is don't use this company and indeed I shall be asking companies not to use them for my deliveries in the future - they are too much hassle!
I paid a big fee for 2-day shipping. It came on day 3 (missed the event for which i needed it), the dsy after the website stated I would receive it by, and they refused to refund the shipping fee. They claimed the computer doesn't allow them to. They use VistaPrint on the backend so do yourself a favor and just cut out the middle man. They probably meant it would be 2 days for Vista Print after VP gets the order. They need to fix their website or stop offering "2 day" shipping!
I would advised anyone not to use FedEX! This is my second time around with them. The first time my brother never received the package and the second time my cousin never received the package that I Iinsured and the claim was denied! They ran some dumb story by me that although I insured it that doesn't mean anything! Run as far as you can from FedEx just a bunch of scammers! UPS All the way!
Had a package scheduled for 4:30 pm. Then an update for by "end of day" as they could not make it by 4:30. Then at 7:00 pm another update saying package was attempted to be delivered but no one was available to take package. This is a plain lie as i waited around until "end of day" ( 8pm on fedex site) and no one ever showed. Not even fresh tracks in the snow. Dissapointed with fedex.
This is the third time FedEx delay my shipment for days because it was shipped to a wrong state and even when I contacted customer service they seem to be of no help to determine when I will receive my package
They are the worst by far! Will NEVER use them again! My daughter needed very IMPORTANT documents overnighted from Illinois to Iowa so she can fly out of the country for her trip which was still a week away. Well its been over a week and we still havent received the package. Her package has been bouncing around all over the world! First time she checked the tracking and saw that it was in France(we thought it was an honest mistake) she called them right away, they apologized and assured her they would get the package to her. Package did make it back to the States and yet they still managed to make the mistake a SECOND time! Package was shipped to Ireland. So because of all this, my daughter had to cancel her trip(everything already paid flights, hotels etc).
I was supposed to get a car part on the 24th of March. I scheduled a service for my mechanic that night. I signed up for updates and everytime I checked it was to be at my house by 8pm the 24th. I never received any update and there was no change on the website. It kept on saying delivery by the end of the day on the 24th. I ended up having to stay up late waiting for a package that never arrived and could only fix one issue with my vehicle... At least let me know that the package would not arrive on the 24th. Im going to ask all my vendors to use a different delivery service.

I have a sign at my door requesting they ring the bell when leaving a package. Either they can't read or don't care. I think it is the latter. They leave packages on the porch in PLAIN SIGHT FOR ANYONE TO GET. Try filing a claim. If there is a secure spot, why not just leave it there. I saw on my Ring camera the driver left this package on the top of the steps. Of all places. Inviting thieves to steal.
We had 2 critical deliveries that were ordered from the same location. One order was through Fed Ex and the other order was through UPS. The orders were expedited and guess what? UPS was early and Fed Ex was 2 days late. Fed Ex is not dependable.

I ordered almost $300 in cabinet handles from Home Depot. I received a message saying FedEx delivered my package to my door. My package wasn't there and I opened a case with FedEx. FedEx swore they delivered it and I was told by Home Depot to dispute with my credit card. Today a random person stopped by my house to tell me it was delivered to his house by mistake. He was kind enough to bring it over vs throwing it out/keeping it.
Every customer service person is unhelpful, uninformed and lacking any skills to help the customer. FedEx's phone routing system is ridiculous. Getting the right person on the phone to help is nearly impossible. If possible use any other shipping company other than FedEx!
For over 2 months I have been waiting for my shipment. I have had another shipment come through from DHL which was shipped 3 days after the shipment sent via fedex and I have received my DHL shipment but I'm still waiting on fedex.
I have a agent called Carla who does absolutely nothing and she has yet to contact even though there's been several attempts to contact her.
This company is the worst and I would advise person who aren't white not to use this company.
I placed an order. There was a problem where the merchant missent an item. No one has gotten back to me. I emailed them several times & no one handled it. I even called but the phone just rings. *******849 The email address bounces after I messaged them once. *******@bongous.com

My wife sent important papers priority we dropped of a t a fedx site and had everything done on the 21st and was told would be to it's destination by Friday here we are 24th it still shows at the place we dropped it off can't get to talk with a live agent there virtual help sucks
So we don't know where the package is or when it will arrive so we just have to pray I guess and hope it arrive some day
Fedex is one of the worst in the world.on November 24 th 2022, I sent a package about 5 kg to Germany vis FeDEX, according to estimation time,the staff of this company,told the delivery is on November 28. I asked them,it must be delivered to my family before the first of December.because my family moving Germany on second of December. It was a gift for a new born baby,but today is third of December,and my family left Germany, I don't where is my Package, when I called FEDEX, they told me it is on the way,and before 12 pm it delivered,but after 12 pm, the schedule time changing to end of day,and the changing to pending, I was calling again, they changed the schedule time to (tomorrow before 12 pm) and then changing to end of day,and the changing to pending again. Unfortunately, nobody answer your question, they told apologize.I gave FeDEX $ 500 for Delivery.It was 25 percent of my salary.

There was a query on confirmation, regarding delivery address. I emailed to make sure the delivery was going to the correct address. I received a reply within 2 hrs, confirming the correct address. Very pleased with the contact service.
Delivered my furniture to the wrong house thank goodness the people they delivered our furniture were honest people and they drove to our home to tell us that fedex delivered our furniture to there house! Not only did we have to get a truck to move the furniture to our home but have someone lift it for us! Then they delivered a rug to the wrong house I don't know if they do not know how to read or what the issue is but I will never ever use fedex for anything they are horrible!

To start the responses from customer service takes way too long to even call it a service and calling in gives no resolution. As a commercial customer got VAT charged when shouldn't have been. Fair enough a supplier will cover the issue but now i get a letter controlaccounts wants money too since the issue been on going for a long time? Terrible business fedex terrible business

They say i have no account yet i log in. After logging in it tells me to create an account so i try. After creating account it tells me i already have account. Automated phone call could not understand a damn word i was saying neither could the chat. What the hell do i need to do to contact a real person
My package was lost. As soon as they stated that my package was delivered I went down to check there was $#*!ing no $#*!. I try calling them but they will never answer, I had to contact Amazon to contact them. There speed of work is slow as $#*! takes them forever to trace my package, I had to call back multiple times before they could even get to the work. They also state that they will contact me if they had any new info but apparently not, I had to call them back for them to tell me. If I had not had call back I would had been waiting my $#*! off.
Item shipped on the 8/4/22 to be delivered on the 12/4/22, Today is the 14/04/22 and still no delivery and their ridiculous customer service department is completely useless as they can't assis with anything but tell you the exact same information as you see on the tracking page. Worst service ever. Go with DHL

Is that normal for FedEx to be delay from UK to Ireland 11 days?. Full time when my package is in transit is already 20 days!. I repeat - from UK to Ireland!. That is second time. Why from DPD packages coming in 2 days?. They are same busy like FedEx.

Don't use fedex worst $#*!ing shipper ever Couldn't find my package for 38 hours it hours then they finally find it and attempted at delivery and the delivery driver doesn't even knock on my door leaves a sticker and left where worst company in the world
Fedex use to be the most reliable and now I have had an issue everytime I use them. I canceled my account and have gone with ups. Fedex has gotten too big to care about customer service and delivery dates. It's a oh well additude now.
