My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I wasn't even going to give them 1 star but it's required to leave a review. Fedex has the slowest package delivery and when you sign up for updates you don't get them. I'm waiting on 3 boxes and have no idea where they are or when they will be here. Due here yesterday! And no one knows where they are!
Waited all day to sign for a package. At 7pm I was advised that I would not receive my package. They don't know when they'll deliver. This is the second time they pull this on me. Waiting all day because I have to sign. Sorry service
When your order ships with fedex, expect to either get it 5 days late, or not at all. You'll see your order "in transit" IN YOUR CITY for DAYS. Want to switch to hold at location because they can't handle delivering anywhere near the estimated date? Sorry, your package is now "delayed", with no further explanation.

Evidently it is a thing now with FedEx to schedule a delivery, not have it delivered, not get a call, but have to call them and have scheduled again and again until they feel like delivering it. What a joke. The worst!
Too often they just throw my packages at the front door. I have a door cam that records every thing at my front door. They have also delivered my packages to the wrong address. I avoid FedEx every time I can.
1. They do not deliver during time they say they will deliver.
2. They don't fill out door tags-if they leave them at all.
3. If you call to arrange a different delivery time, they will tell you they will deliver at the new time, but keep delivering at the old time.
Stick with UPS.

FedEx will lose your package, not tell you it is lost, and then give you the runaround after you file a claim. I filed a claim and it has been over a month and it is still not resolved. I call and every time they request something new, or say that they will call me in 5 days and they never call. Save your money and your time and send your package with another carrier.
The FedEx drivers are supposed to leave my packages at my door at the side of my house but instead they seem to want leave them in the middle of the walk way around the front of the house or in front of the garage, that is also located at the front of the house. Not to happy with this. This is being lazy and not caring about the customer. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Train the drivers better. Make them responsible for any deliveries that are not left at designated spot.
I know I will cancel anything else I order that will be delivered by FedEx. It is a shame because I use to like this company.

I made an order in Europe for shipment to Hong Kong, and still have not received my package. Key issues I have faced are:
1) Actual shipment cost was almost double their online shipment cost estimator.
2) Customer service is very difficult to contact (nobody picks up the phone and they use a no-reply e-mail address).
3) Very non-customer friendly payment verification procedures that involve you having to ring up your credit card provider multiple times to verify payment amounts.
Best avoid this service at all costs.
My package went to fedex on the 8th in ohio. Then it went to Indiana and say at that facility for 7 days. They indicated delivery would be by end of day on the the 16th (Wyoming). They didn't deliver my package, said it was pending delivery. They updated it and now the package is in aurora colorado with a delivery date of the 21st. They need to fire their logistics manager and get someone new. If i have a choice of not using fedex, I'll take it. I'll ship with anybody else even if it costs me more.
I bought something and I paid $21,97 for delivery on July 21 for my package to receive it on tomorrow July 22 but I have waited to July 25 my package still pending. I have not received my package yet.

My package left the FED/EX distibution center on a truck, yesterday morning. The distribution center is 5 miles from my house. My delivery window was from 1:12 to 3:12. They pushed it back to 5 PM. Then 7 PM. Then 9 PM. Then today, from 11:12 AM-3:12 PM. And, it still has not arrived. I did contact their customer service department today, and she blamed the weather. Mind you, it was 70 degrees, and dry yesterday; we had no weather issues. After she hung up on me, I was offered a survey of FED/EX customer service. Did you know that FED/EX doesn't accept a 1 star review? They claim to be having trouble receiving your review, and also hanging up on you. Since I can't leave a 1 star rating directly with FED/EX, I wanted to make sure they got 1 star on other review sites.
Spent a good bit of time every time I get a delivery from FedEx. Where will they deliver the package to this time?
They have put it under the overhang of my back stairs.
They have put it by the back sliding door.
They have put it in front of my garage.
They have put it INTO my garage.
They have put it by my front door.
They have put it on the stone wall by the driveway.
They have put it 1/2 way down the driveway, sitting in the grass.
They have put it on top of, under, in my mailbox.
Today the app said that my packages were delivered to the front door. NOPE.
They were at the top of the driveway (which I can not see from my house) by the mailboxes. UGH! If you leave them by the mailbox, state that on your delivery email.
The service is seamless and efficient throughout the entire process - the customer is fully informed from the point when the goods have been received at the Bongo site to the point where the goods have been shipped out to the customer. In addition the photographic evidence of the goods on arrival at your site is reassuring to the customer in identifying that the correct goods have been posted/shipped by the supplier.
The other night a package was delivered when I came home from work thr next morning they put the package at the end of my driveway I could not pull into my driveway I am disabled don't they deliver it to your door step any more? I do not want to completely rag out FedEx, as in the past, they have been fairly reliable. But today, I have been the victim of what I consider a lazy, ignorant driver. It is raining. Not hard, but raining. Instead of doing what every driver before him did, this guy decides he does not want to get out of the truck and walk the 20 feet back and leave my pkg. In the plastic bag as all other drivers before him have done. This pkg. Was not to be signed for. I am livid, as I have waited for the pkg. For 10 days.
Sent a package to a client, fed ex couldn't deliver Since client didn't put her apt number. Tracking said return to sender, and then delivered except i never received the package back. When I called them they said well mam we cannot deliver to a PO box,
Ok I said... if you cannot deliver to a po box, why does it say deliver in the tracking
To which they respond because it WAS delivered.
So if you can't deliver to a P. O. Boxes, where exactly did you deliver my package because it's not in my po box and you confirm that you don't deliver to po boxes.
I asked them to enquire with their driver, they apparently cannot do this
The package was marked release by driver- delivered
But no one at FEdex seems to know who the driver is or where it was delivered
I then filed a claim to which I am still waiting on a resolution
No one, no business should use fed ex. I should have trusted my gut and never use their services. All their reviews are crap

I left my Envelope to be picked up by FedEx at a Dollar General in the small town in Georgia where I live. It's was a notarized signature for a real estate transaction. I was told it would go out the next day.
A week later I was informed that it was never received by the addressee. We called Fedex customer service and gave them the info. That was 3 days ago and have received no call back. I tracked the package down at the Dollar General and had never been picked up and I was never notified. I have now picked up the package and left it at another pickup location. I was informed my Dollar General that Fedex Express has not picked up there for 3 weeks. Never again will I ever use Fedex.
My package was due on May 3rd and was delayed to the 4th, then the 5th. I called and the support person told me it would definetly arrive on the 5th. The package is in my home town, but I can't pick it up due to restrictions. Will never use their service again or buy from anyone that does.

They actually sent me to pick up my package at 9 PM at a location that closed at 8 PM and then even though I could see people inside through the windows and the gates told me they "couldn't get in touch with anyone at the location" to help me. So I drove 30 minutes each way for nothing? And they refused to reattempt delivery. "The only thing" they could do was have me try to pick up the package the next day. Are you kidding me?
With no way to get in touch with each other and such horrible time management it's a miracle they're still in business.
The worst company. I will never use them. They keep changing my delivery date. The package was supposed to be delivered today before 8pm. I waited again all day and it is already after 8pm and package is still hot here but on their tracking site it still says it will be delivered today before 8PM. What a joke. This is the worst company.
I got a bill and couldn't figure out, no matter how I tried, and who I contacted, to figure out what it was for. Something Amazon? Of course, I had to pay the stupid thing anyway, because the invoices wouldn't stop until I did. Also, who checks their actual physical mailbox for these things?! LOL. Nobody ever contacted me back, or was able to answer my question. WHAT WAS THIS BILL FOR? Crappy customer service = business out of business. I wish people would remember that. My Bongo Order Number: Order-Customer | *******.
I placed an order for items to be shipped from Bongo on 15 May 2015. Expected shipment was due on the 18th and delivery date 25 May 2015.
My items stayed put on processing order and no tracking number or updates were availed. I tried to contact Bongo using their instructions on their My Bongo Order Number: Order-Customer | *******.
Those instructions don't work. They result in an infinity loop. Essentially there is no way to contact Bongo or raise a ticket.
Today 26 May 2015 got a suprise email from *******@bongous.com to the effect that my shipment was cancelled. There is no reason attached for cancellation. There is no information of way forward or how my goods could be retrieved.
I tried to reply to the email and got an error. "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages..."
There is no way to reach customer services or to know the status of my goods which were hanging on processsing shipment for 10 days+
How is it that FedEx lost a Large Motivational Wall Poster "TEAMWORK" w/ 29" X 23" Black Framed bought off eBay? We are not talking a tiny package here! I'm missing another package today! The FedEx tracking site says it's still in Ohio, their automated phone system says it has left Ohio. The FedEx agent in Mexico says it's in Ohio. Who's correct. The agent in Mexico refused to let me speak with a supervisor and then hung up on me after 30 minutes on the phone!

I never use FedEx, especially on Ebay. Items get lost in the mail quite frequently.
I came to the conclusion that FedEx hires thieves that open people's mail.
They are not USPS, so they get away with it, since FedEx is their own entity.
