My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Shipped a package from Wisconsin to Kentucky. The package said delivery on Wed the 13th before 250pm. I called, and was told it was scanned into Nashville, which serves my area. Now I got an update saying my package has left and was checked in 2 hours south of Nashville, 3 hours south of me. I call back and was told, there is already an inquiry, and was hung up on.
If I wanted a package 6 or 7 days late, I would of used the postal service. NEVER again will I trust FedEx to ship anything. I'll ise UPS

I don't know what's happened to FedEx in 2021, but I now avoid using them wherever I can, and will cringe if I see that something has gone FedEx. Their packages are constantly late with no warning, and there has never been a time that they aren't "experiencing high delays" where I can't even talk to a representative to see if there is a chance of getting my package. In the latest incident, my package was scheduled for July 3rd EOD and was a large furniture item. Waited all day for it only for the tracking to update at 10 PM that night that it was now pending and had no delivery date. Told maybe by the 7th. I now will have no one to help me put this pretty large and cumbersome chair together, so it might work out that it looks like I'm never going to get it.
Drivers have no idea how to locate a rural address, even when you provide written driving directions and your phone number. My package has shown on vehicle for delivery the last 4 days. Stunning incompetence.
I live on a white rock road and I get plenty of dust but when FedEx drives down the road it is as fast as they can in a 1\4 mile road. You can't see for at least 5 minutes after they drive by. SLOW DOWN!
Horrible. 1st off this has been goin on for months. If there are several packages due to come to you they hold them untill all are there. Will lie about delivery attempt that never happens. Their latest excuse is war on ukraine to not deliver are you kidding how dare you use that to not do your job on phone with corporate and area manager or driver for battle creek michigan use vulger language toward the costomer so what else us going on in the shady company. Do not use fedex. I have made so many complaints about holding of packages and non delivery claiming they tried but business closed or no one there then to be called a $#*! by corporate like really way to represent your company its all a joke stay far away if you can. Confronted a drive a couple months back about throwing the neighbors package out of his truck and now he did not deliver my package but he said he did i had 2 different packages that were suppose to be delivered but he only but 1 on the porch this is the second time fedex has done this to me they need to hire professional drivers i dont have ant problems with u. Fedex abdicated from the core business and passing over the package delivery to the US Mail. This would be a good improvement if it worked. The US Mail is very quick to declare a recipient unknown/moved, it is enough you are away a few weeks and not emptying the useless junk they are cramming into your mailbox, and they mark your mailbox as not served. On the Fedex page I can track the repeated attempts to deliver the package, but there is no way to correct the derailed process. I am a registered user at Fedex at the address they claim as incorrect. I hope the genius who implemented this "improvement" gets the boot. This happened in Sarasota FL, but I guess the same system is about to be introduced everywhere. No I must fight with the firm I purchased the electronics from to get my money back or do a chargeback on my credit card. What an unnecessary waste!
FedEx's management is garbage when your your package is supposed to show up count on it be in another week because they make excuses and dumb decisions on top of that there's no one to answer the phone so you can actually talk to a representative to make sure everything's OK with your package even if that package is very expensive you can talk to a computer
You know the movie scenes where everyone is scrambling to shred documents? Well, I assume that's what every FedEx hub resembles; just a veritable sh*tshow. Every freaking package gets lost or broken or whatever the heck is happening since there is zero transparency on why I wait all day for a delivery, to just be "informed" around 10pm in the tracking there's been a delay and will be receiving my package a week later... or however long it takes to order a new one, right? Get your poop together, FedEx. It's not like you're brand new smh

I was suppose to get my package today(03/05/2022) at 8:30am in the morning that delay till 12:00pm. Driver came and didn't deliver the package. I was home, driver didn't both to call us. I got message stating deliver was attempted unsuccessful. I called customer service, no help they said I have to wait for next business day. Why should I wait? It wasn't my fault that driver did bother to call or look for the apartment door. I was calling fedex every single day. Everyone in CS was giving me answer that I will receive my package. Still I haven't receive my package. Such a bad service.
A stolen iPhone where the package was opened, the contents emptied and re-taped and no one notices that they are delivering an empty box? Automatic tellers have a weight recognition. Even if you put your plastic bag it detects and warns you. Surely FedEx has the capacity to stop its employees from stealing. But this is intentional. This is negligence and NO WONDER THEIR SHARES ARE PLUMMETING when online commerce is booming. A dying company. The cost of shipping was $45. They insure your contents for $100 (if they even return your calls.) What a corrupt company FedEx is
Had a package sit at a facility less than 2 miles away from my home for over a week and was told I can't come pick it up. Every day, I was promised the package would be delivered by 9am the next morning. I was hung up on by rep and Lied to numerous times about the status of my package. I look up on day 6 of the package sitting only to find out they mailed it from the facility two miles away in Philadelphia to Maryland! Meanwhile I ordered and received packages from Taiwan, California, and Canada through USPS all while my package sat in my city in a FedEx facility.
You would think with a 300$ order they wouldn't just hoop it at the door and leave without a knock. Or worse yet drive by@ 60mph and tell me i wasn't home... they need to have cameras on the drivers if there this untrustworthy

Packed items in stiff sided box for shipping, everything was with multiple thickness of bubble wrap and packing paper roll. When the package arrived to it, the sides were damaged all the glasswares were broken, fedex attittitude is basically tough, not there problem nor did they try to appologize.
Will not use them ever again cancelling my account, and will not support them as a busines.
Had left behind meds fedxed Priority Overnight, to the tune of $52, guaranteed delivery, with seasonal/covid adjustments, business delivery by 11:30 AM residence by 1:00 PM, to business (hotel). It is now 10pm... 10 hours pat due and fedx has no clue when I'll get them?! Insult to injury, they refuse to reimburse even though they are clearly in breech of contract!

I never expected this! I received a package that was not for me. It was sent to the wrong address. I tried to call 1-800 goFedEx. I was then sent to the automated response, I tried desperately to get a representative to no avail I did this for about 25 minutes. It kept asking for a tracking number but the package had seven different numbers. The numbers I entered were obviously not the tracking number, by the time I tried the other number, the Automated AI replied please try your call another time. It would not allow me to get to a representative! I had to call one of their stores to have them try to put me through to someone live and then the connection was horrible I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. This is absolutely pathetic for such a large business. By now my blood pressure is very high.
Fedex dont deserve any single star they lost my shimpment to canada last dec 13 2022 until now they dont give me a single sent for the trouble they cost me even my shipment fee. Asking me for compensation of 100$ but i spend 400$ for my shipment. Shiping fee not included but unfortunately until now i dont have any updates from.them

An Exception notice usually means that they have sent your item to the wrong place.
This order shipped from Michigan to Alabama. It made it to Georgia and then shipped to Illiinois. Then shipped to Missippi where it is stalled yet again.
This is becoming a repetitive trend with shipping companies.

Too numerous to mention occurrences of deliveries not arriving where they are supposed to. Latest is an order that was place 29 March 2021 and according to Fedex tracker going from Hagerstown, Md to Frederick, Md. On 1 April 2021, the tracker states it is in Greensboro, NC since yesterday awaiting to be given to the local post office. Why would the package which should be traveling in state, be 3 states away? I give 2 stars because about 50 percent of the time, my packages actually arrive where they are supposed to, on-time or early. 2 to 1odds aren't bad for Vegas.
I ordered couple of products from Mypillow.com on 2/20. Mypillow shipped the order on 3/16, and it was delivered to Fedex facility in OSSEO, MN on 3/17. I have been monitoring the package tracking for 8 straight days without any further info. Today I called Fedex, and they said it was considered lost since it was not delivered in 7 days. I urged the operator to call that OSSEO facility to enquire about it, and she would not. That Fedex organization became like a governmental organization. They only give those cliche answers and wouldn't think outside the box.

Sent a package internationally (items for my granddaughter who celebrated her birthday recently). The package is presently still at the port because they are requesting access to a credit card to clear it. I was not told beforehand that this would be the case and my daughter does not have a credit card. I asked them to send the amount that will be charged to the credit card and to date there's not reply. My daughter does not have a credit card. Its like I sent the package with 2 separate company... Fedex in USA and exfed in international country... NEVER AGAIN!
I have never had a good experience with FE. Recently when my package wasn't delivered by day 4 after paying $60 for 2 day ship, was told that they would not reimburse because there is a COVID clause which means that they don't have to deliver on time. Signed up for application and left instructions to deliver after 5. Tried to deliver 2 days in a row in the a.m. called and got a call center in another country, No Americans work there. Couldn't understand. The level of poor service and incompetence is astounding. I complained to the shipper. Got nowhere. Can't understand why companies use.
I was expecting a small package from a custom pharmacy online and FEDEX couldn't even manage to deliver the package and when you attempt to speak to someone, you'll get the runaround from a computer chat bot. This is an American company at it's best. What a sorry piece of S##T!
