Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

I was expecting a small package from a custom pharmacy online and FEDEX couldn't even manage to deliver the package and when you attempt to speak to someone, you'll get the runaround from a computer chat bot. This is an American company at it's best. What a sorry piece of S##T!

Tip for consumers:
Please do not use FEDEX at all cost !!!!!!

Put a order in to a company November 26,2021. Was told it would arrive Dec 3rd. Here it is Dec 4th. FedEx can't give me an ETA. No reason why! It sat in willow springs IL for 6 hours. Sat in Chicago for another 6 hours. Now it went right past Ohio and its sitting in GA WHY?. If they flew my package here it would have taken 1 hour. I'm sure they send multiple freight by air daily! Where's my package? I don't want my $400.00 unaccounted for. Should have went UPS! SMH! If I don't hear from Co. I ordered from their name will be revailed too.

Two weeks ago I had to chase the FedEx driver down in front of my house because he had marked my package delivered when it wasn't and it was still on his truck. Last week I had ordered some items from Walmart and they were shipped by FedEx. They came in four different shipments. My first package FedEx driver literally delivers my package to a wrong address, never verified it. The very next day the same driver delivers my next package to the same place without verifying my address. So I've called the FedEx company and they are investigating. Obviously they know which driver it is and I highly recommend they should be fired because they're obviously not verifying the packages addresses. That being said I didn't get any of the items that I have ordered and had to get a refund which is total bs because of the FedEx driver!

I moved about a month ago and someone sent something to my old address. I tried to go through the online portal to make it so I can pick the package up or change the address and the website doesnt work enough to let me get into my profile to edit and put shipments on hold. Then I try chat support and it says I have to call. Then I call and get the automated help that doesnt help. Tells me my package is scheudled for delivery Wednesday then hangs up on my.

Fedex support and system is trash.

I sent 25kg parcel on 17th and they delivered on 21st of August but they changed me another £35 from my credit card. They said you had 15kg extra. Before I send i weighted. Cheating company. Don't use parcel compare websites.

Only over night package is delivering on time.
Future Customers please review my points before selecting the different type of delivery
It is not good for the customers who are using 2nday delivery and paying extra charge.
2nd ay delivery taking one week to deliver the destination.
Ground shipping is taking more time but the charge is less

I arranged to have items picked up on Wednesday - Apr 06 22, I was told that a Fed Ex driver would pick up the items between 9 am and 6 pm. I received a phone call around 11 30 am from the Fed Ex driver telling me to let him in. He was at my old address, the 3rd party had given him the wrong address and although it was only 11 30 am I was told that I would need to reschedule for the next day. Even though this was not my mistake and I had given the correct address, I was told there was nothing they could do. I am beyond frustrated and would never choose to use Fed Ex. Because this is a refund there is nothing can do.

We used fedex for intenational shipping. Used plastic "expensive" box to assure safe arrival od goods. That plastic box arrived destroyed... so be aware, fedex treats your goods like $#*! and without any regards to the goods inside. BEWARE.

This isn't the first time this has happened. We don't know when out package will arrive, and it's not something I want to chance leaving on my door step. First was promised to be delivered on the 17th. Then it reads pending, later in the evening it read delivery on the 19th. Woke up this morning to find it has been pushed to the 20th. Fingers crossed it actually shows up at my door on the 20th. Even if they deliver it to my neighbors again I would be fine with that this time. JUST WANT MY $#*!! I would rather drive cross country, then use fed-ex again.

If you are a business and need to ship something and only have fedex to use you are better of delivering it yourself i hate when i order something and see it's coming fedex essentially if its a pressing item with UPS you could at least count on your package being delivered on time if not 1-2 days early with fedex expect 1-2 days late never even on time also it's irritating when you see your package is in your town then the next minute they send it 4 hours north justvto send it back the next day or the day after. I can see why they have such a low rating

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 19th if November, then was changed to the 20 th then the 21st and even said it was delivered, dropped of at the front door. There was no delivery, can you believe it, how embarrassing this must be for fedex... Shame Shame!

FedEx Ground is like the USPS, Your package may never get delivered. I would put the USPS ahead of FedEx now on service. FedEx Ground employees are like "We don't care" all the time. It's sad that FedEx will not do something to fix the problem. That is what happens when you get too big. Good service stops.

FedEx has proofed to be not caring to improve it's customer service by not being in position to help customers when they have losed their packages band the same time allowing it's drivers to still packages.

I'm not one to write or type a complaint but this was ridiculous. I waited two full months for a package that I ordered from summit racing and after those two months I finally got the notification that it arrived when I went outside to get it I was expecting it be up against my fence that other delivery drivers have done when I order something. When I walked a bit more I saw it dumped on my lawn for my dog to pee on it. I got a bit upset and went inside to finally open it, once I open it I find the package bent, torn, and open, Unbelievable.

Amazing service I honestly can't companion about this courier, I shipped my things from Scotland to South Africa. It took a matter of 4 days to arrive, box wasn't damaged, it cleared at the airport with no problems and within 40mins it was delivered to my house. Delivery guy was friendly and even carried the large box inside for me. No extra charges applied. I was worried my parcel wouldn't get here within a week but they definitely surprised me. Great job!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. They royally screwed me over because they failed to contact me on all 3 attempts to deliver to me despite me subscribing to the text notifications. Due to this incompetence, I lost my chance for a ps5 I was so fortunate to be able to buy after being selected by a lottery. Now I am being told that I will have to apply to the lottery again and cross my fingers. If you are notorious for not being able to coordinate with your customers, you better make sure that your tracking notifications work.

For one when my package arrived it looked like Lionel Messi scored 5 goals with it before it reached my front porch as well as obvious cut marks. It was obviously preopened before arrival, I will never use fedex again because of this incident because personally I don't like a package that looks like it just went 8 rounds with Floyd Mayweather. This is my personal experience and I warn everyone to stay as far away from fedex because I got lucky they didn't steal my items due to the fact that there stolen package rates are higher than any other moving platform.

No I’m to emotionally damaged after what fedex did to me to say anything else

I have used these guys for several years for my business but lately they promise to deliver by a certain day... right up until the end of the day and then change the delivery date... then I have to call my customers and apologize.
Today was the last time I will give them the opportunity to lie to me for profit... UPS tells you when it will take two days and deliver when they say they will... no lying. I'm Fedup with Fedex and they can Fedoff.

You would think the type of company this is there would be better service. So many orders have been delayed for no reason, no update on my order even when their website says the delievery date but that date has come and gone with no new delivery date. Go to their main hub (Tracy CA) to pick up an order that was supposed to be delivered but wasn't and that is the biggest nightmare of all to get any customer service. Waited 2 hours for my order and had 3 people come to the door after ringing the bell multiple times. Nobody knows what was going on. Sad looking at thier reivews is only 1 you would think they would try to improve thier quality of work.
I guess with people always using them they have no desire to improve. I refuse to use fedex and will no longer shop with vendors who use fedex if at all possible. The delivery drivers who deliver have always been pleasant.

Tip for consumers:
better customer service (deliveries, hub pick up customer services) to increase your ratings!!!!!
Refuse to come back to a location (school) which is closed on weekends or after hours.

I ordered a tv for my elderly father's birthday on 3/27/21. It was supposed to be delivered 4/1, plenty of time before his birthday. Fedex processed the order 3/28. As I am tracking the item most of the time it says pending or it will be delivered the next day by the end of the day. When I can track the item, it has been as close as 20 miles from my dad. It's gone from FL to AL to GA to TN to now TN. He lives in the panhandle of FL. Now the tv will not be there for his birthday.

It's one excuse for the other! I live on a street with most houses having the house number right next to the front doors yet packages are constantly being missed delivered! There's work being done on my street and depending who the driver is they'll say they can't deliver the package but I received something the day before and the day after so I really don't understand. The excuse was it was a substitute driver but I was never notified they delivered to the local office and I found out when I was out of town and the package was Return to Sender by the time I returned home. This is not acceptable for a service that was paid for! And if a "FedEx partner" delivers they claim no responsibility and can't help you. Services gone from the top of the list to the bottom since Covid.

Tip for consumers:
FedEx is to the point where you need to have a signature upon delivery to make sure they get the right address.

Products used:
Package returned was work promotional materials. Package missed delivered and they can't help me was an $80 toy that I'm sure somebody else is enjoying.

I ordered 2 expensive phones from Verizon they used fedex 2day shipping signature required. I stayed up to receive the phones to see on my camera they just plopped my package on my porch and took a picture and dipped, opened the door q bit later to find thr package was re_taped and my package empty besides my Verizon paper work and popped bubble wrapp. Wasted a whole day visiting Verizon to make a claim and can't even get a human to talk to at fedex but filed a claim online sucks they won't let you attach a video, but now I'm going to have to wait a week before I get a replacement order for the phones. This isn't my first experience with them also order a motorcycle head light and it was thrown at my house breaking it. The seller resent it and gave it extra bubble wrap.

Avoid places that use fedex at your own peril

I ordered an item at the beginning of this month.The item was picked up from the shipper by Fedex on 11th April 2017. On 12th April after being in the hands of Fedex something happened to my package, not sure what but they put weather delay on the tracking number. I was told that I needed to contact the shipper as FedEx was not accountable to me, and you guessed it, the shipper said its FedEx 's responsibility. Today is 26 April 2017 apparently we are still having bad weather in Illinois and I have no resolution. Shame on you Fedex.

On 9/11/2023 I sent a few urgent docs thru FedEx from Phoenix AZ to Los Angeles CA, Tracking Number: **************. It was a two-days delivery, supposed to be arriving at its destination on 9/14/2023. However, it has not been delivered and FedEx Customer Service is not able to give me a final date for its delivery.
On tracking the package, it is revealed that the package arrived at FedEx Bloomington CA facility on 9/12/2023, and kept sitting there till 9/16/2023. On tracking it again on 9/18/2023, it was revealed that instead og going to Los Angeles CA, it was now sitting at Perrysburg OH, travelling from west coast to east coast. Can you believe it. FedEx Customer Service has no answer for this and they are not able to give me a final date for its delivery. I spent $34.00, wasted valuable time, and most likely lost my time-sensitive docs.
