My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

What good are tracking numbers if you still lose half your packages at their facilities and all they tell you is "wait" until the warranty timeframe is over?!
And packages that do by some miracle get delivered get chucked on the road for anyone to take. I kid on a bike can do a better job
I need to speak with someone who can do something more than someone in customer service over seas. My couch was delivered to the wrong address. This person who is living at the wrong address then accepted my couch.
I haven't heard anything back from fedex other then that they have filed a claim and are looking into it? It's been 24 hours! Why didn't the driver go back and pick up my couch, I notified them right away. I'm 7 months pregnant and I have 2 young kids and the 3 of us have to sit on the cold hardwood. Why is this not being resolved? I am absolutely furious. I want my couch and I want it by the end of today!

Don’t use fedex. Use UPS or literally anything else. A donkey would have been more reliable.

This is the saddest excuse for a delivery company I have ever seen. They have held up 2 deliveries now for claiming my address isn't valid. I get mail and packages from every other carrier with no issues. Don't even bother trying to call them. You will be connected to an offshore call center who can do nothing for you but give a worthless apology. I asked for a supervisor twice only to be sent to a phone survey and hung up on. I would never recommend them to anyone you actually like. The incompetence was abundant, the service was pitiful and rude. Nothing more frustrating then having to spend hours on the phone to finish the job Fedex is paid for. My one delivery I ended up have to travel 30 miles to pick it up myself. I can not believe this company is used by anyone anymore. They need to shut down and let the real delivery companies actually get the job done.
FedEx used to be a reliable service that delivered goods in relatively good condition on a time schedule. Over the past few years its service has deteriorated until now we cringe when we hear that someone has shipped through them. Apparently, the process at the warehouses is so destructive that the boxes either fall onto or off the conveyor belts, leaving customers with the repetitive, unpleasant task of having to return product after product. Please see the condition of two boxes that arrived by FedEx today.

All four shipments with them were late, we were not given an option of using another shipping service through Wayfair. All of the deliveries were rescheduled at least 3 times. Two deliveries came on separate trucks on the same day 6 hours apart. Customer service is horrible and it's obvious when you speak with them that they don't care about their customers. We asked for a package to be held at a local fedex facility after having it rescheduled 4 times and they still put it on a truck for delivery until the next business day holding up the package over the weekend and had us waiting around for 8 hours at the wrong location that it never arrived at because they don't know you can't pick up at did location over the weekend. We will not use fedex again or Wayfair if this is the only shipping option available.
I purchased a new Apple Watch 7 from Best Buy. No delivery to store so came to house. Or it was supposed to. They showed it was delivered but not to me! Item costs $450 and no signature required. So stupid. Also called Best Buy. Both opened investigation tickets they will work on next week. Wow! Just get your incompetent drivers to slow down and take them to right place. Now go back and find it!

I don't think I should have to research and understand what weather is going on across the nation that might disrupt FedEx's transit hubs and result in them not being able to deliver by the guaranteed time quoted on their website.
Had we known they were already having weather issues, we could have arranged another way to get the passport to its destination on time. But they didn't disclose it, so the entire trip ended up forfeited.
Their response cited their cutting edge technology. They sure don't use it to avoid putting their customers in jams. They don't use it to avoid promising guaranteed services they probably won't be able to deliver. I'll actually never trust this company again.

Know that you can't rely on the timeframes cited nor the guaranteed delivery they advertise.
Their website should note that they are experiencing weather so timeframes may not be accurate and guarantees are waived during the weather period. They can't predict future weather, but once weather has started disrupting operations they should disclose that the quoted delivery timeframes are being impacted by weather.

My 3-4 day delivery package was shipped 2/9. Therefore, it should have arrived 2/12 or 2/13. It didn't even leave its origin facility by those dates.
Today is 3/1. My package status hasn't been updated since 2/23. It shows there is no estimated delivery date at this time.
I have called FedEx multiple times. Their reps are apparently reading from a script, telling me that packages are delayed due to a severe winter storm and will be delivered as soon as possible.
The storm was 2/13 - 2/17.
Everything has been melted for well over a week but my package still hasn't moved.
The package should have been delivered before the storm.
The package was coming to Florida, which was not affected by the storm.

Twice in a week they faked a first delivery, for two different items. I was home both types. The first one was then delivered the next say, though they just tossed it outside my apartment door where it could have been stolen, rather than let me open the door and accept it. Today they faked the second delivery of the second item. It just so happens that they don't leave notices at the doors of first sand second deliveries, meaning they don't have to actually make an attempt to say that they did, as no proof eis expected to be left behind. If I'm not home on their actual first attempt they will now call it a final delivery, put up a "Final" delivery attempt notice, and stop delivering. They're liars. Companies need to switch to USPS. Ask when you order items if they deliver using FedEx and then if they do cancel your order. It's not worth it. I lost a large shipment in 2019 due to this nonsense racket.

I have really bad experience with this shipping company, 2 out 5 shipping either delay or never show up. The latest shipment I had is took over 2 weeks and have no date confirmed on delivery. Imagine if you own a online store and shipping daily to your customers and using this company for shipping. How much damage will do to your business. Take a look at the image the destination to Tracy but it didn't deliver and continue going around the world...

I have been missing packages being delivered to my address in East orange nj for the past months. Status says delivered but nowhere to be found. Call FedEx customer service no help, have customer rep that barely speaks English. Started claim nothing. There is no accountability nor no true customer service infant the representative that called from fedex hang up the call without listening to my concerns. I am being blocked from buying from curtain sellers because they think I'm lying and this is not right. Fedex needs to do better. I am highly dissatisfied and upset
Not only did he kill her, he sped up on purpose with her directly in front of him. He hit her and left her for dead. She crawled off the road and died next to my driveway. I put him in blast on social media. He should be ashamed of himself. She is 9 years old and a member of a family. I will never know if she could have been helped. I saw him speed up with her on front of him. I hope that video goes viral and gets all the hate in my heart for him.

Always have has problems with FedEx deliveries. From destroyed packaging due to their carelessness, to not receiving packages they claim are "delivered". This time the package I was supposed to receive is no where to be found. The delivery photo is just a blur like some other reviewers have experienced. Claimed to have been delivered to my apartment leasing office but they have no record of it being delivered (and the apartment office has been great at tracking deliveries) It's been bad for years, this is a terrible business that doesn't deserve to stay around.
They delivered one of two Christmas wreaths to my house. The other one has been stuck in Illinois for over a week. It was shipped from the same place at the same time. When you call customer service, you get a robotic recording that refuses to send you to a person. They basically told me they have no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered. Then hung up on me. I've stopped shopping with businesses that use FedEx for delivery.
My package says delivered and the delivery person even took a photo of the delivery. But the photo is just a blurry pic with no package in it or even anything that looks like/ signifies its my apartment (see attachment). So they either lost or stole it. Address is confirmed correct. I called them and FedEX is refusing to help even though they are the ones who lost/stole it and telling me i can only call the shipper. When i asked to speak with a higher up they put me on a 20 minute hold and then hung up. Unreliable. Cruel. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. A terrible company that does not care if you receive your package.
I used FedEx globally and find they are the worst courier company. There is zero customer service. No email address. The "customer service" number is a robotic answer machine. After answering a load of inane questions it just disconnects the call.
Any time there is an issue. FedEx expects you to chase them to resolve the issue. Often you have to go to a store to get put through to a customer service representative. They will often not be able to resolve the issue. The current issues is a change of address. Been on the phone twice a day for a week and they still have the wrong address.
If you want the service you pay for to be competent and professional use DHL and UPS. Fedex will leave you frustrated and out of pocket.
I have two packages of perishables oranges not moving through their system. One has sat there for 4 days not moving in Wisconsin. Has to go to Tacoma Washington. The other was supposed to be deliver today and they said it was due to weather. Went into pending status! It was one of the best days we have had all winter! FedEx is bad news. Use UPS if you need to ship an item!

Ordered 3D printing materials from Prague on 11/26/21. Shipped 11/30 for deliver in Virginia on 12/7/21. Materials have been sitting in Frankfurt for 7 days! It's now 12/13/21... no package. Customer service says delayed due to bad weather in Frankfurt and unable to provide a revised delivery date. I checked the weather... it's been fine... just some snow. FedEx is the worst company to deal with!

Never deliver on your due date, called customer service and gave me a bs excuse why it's late. Also, lied about weather issues and the facility it's at is 30 mins from me and it's clear as daylight. How does it go from Texas to Indiana to Louisiana (which where I live) back to Indiana saying it's a delay? Then they never send updates for notifications.
I ordered a new mattress while on maternity leave, and my Fed Ex driver didn't bring it up to my apartment door. Leaving it three floors down by the parking lot - expecting me to grab it myself. He proceeded to leave a "sorry we missed you notice" on my door (we saw on our ring camera), and when my roommate chased him down the stairs he said your box is down here and drove off. Completely inconsiderate, and their customer service line hasn't done a thing to make the situation right.

Absolutely the worst among all US carriers. Fedex continuously delays shipments, provides almost no information in their automated tracking, and the customer service does nothing to help.
I've tried to let businesses know I will pay more to use other carriers. Sadly, most of the customer service reps for those businesses don't care, either.
From now on, if FedEx is the only choice, I will no longer purchase from that business.
I've had multiple packages delayed this month with no explanations. Meanwhile I'm sitting in my home waiting to sign for important item's and watching my delivery date change from today to multiple days in the future. If you have something important to send use another company.
