My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
When my package has arrived in the country of destination, they didn't contact me about the clearence documents i need to submit, they called me and asked for my email, i spelled it out to them twice (to two different people) and i didn't get any email still. I had to spend three days keep contacting them with no response, and when i finally reached someone to submit my clearance documents to, the package was still in delay at clearance many days. I am still waiting for the package to finish clearence and i am still trying to contact them about it. Do not ship with them.
How is this company still in business? I have a perishable package that was supposed to be here yesterday!? I will refuse it. I have 3 other deliveries that were supposed to be here today, but now delayed. Bye bye fedsux
I sent a letter FedEx because I needed it delivered by the next day. The package was delivered a day late even though I chose the next day option. When I looked at the email I noticed they put in the wrong weight for the envelop. It should have been 1.83 pounds and they charged me for 18.3 pounds. I tried to get to their customer service to get this fixed and tthey wouldn't let me talk to someone. I tried to get a credit for the late deliver but since I paid with credit card they wouldn't process the credit because I didn't have the invoice number. I would recommend no one use FedEx until they implement reasonable customer service policies. They even made entering the review difficult
This is the absolute worst company to have deliver your products. They say they delivered my product on the 22nd and it's now the 25th and I still have not received it and they keep blowing me off like it's no big deal. Of course they're not the ones out the money. They have the worst drivers any company could ever higher I hope the place burns down.
I ordered a replacement furnace core online and it was shipped FedEx address was correct but they shipped it to another address and said the package was delivered my video surveillance cameras and neighbors said FedEx wasn't even in the area. So if you want a package delivered correctly don't use FedEx use another shipping service or just lose out on your money.
I have a package that took two days to get out of north carolina, another two days to get to texas, and now another two days to ger to tucson, az. I am a retired truck driver, and i know it doesn't take seven days to do this, this company is just as bad as ups. I am extremely dissappointed with there service.
I now how to call any company I plan on ordering with and ask if they use FedEx for delivery If so, I cannot order from them as the delivery people are complete morons who cannot read the note on the front door that says not to leave packages on the front porch as they will be stolen. They just throw them from the sidewalk without even attempting to contact homeowner by at least ringing a doorbell. When you call the company to discuss, they say they will have a manager get back to you but never happens. I have no trouble with UPS or USPS putting them on the back porch, but FedEx just can't get the job done correctly. Done with any company that uses FedEx for shipping.
Words shipping to use, so hard to speak with customer service, normally dint deliver when they said, I do have a shop and I do have to wait late because they say they bring package late and I wait and just dint shop up till day after! One of the times driver just troll the box in front of my shop and I have tell that was an expensive instrument inside $3k bass guitar and hi just troll to the floor
I had bought a xbox design lab controller and since it was saying it was the wrong address (it wasn't) I said for the controller to be sent to an office. And then, the controller sat at the destination place for 4 days and then they decided to send it back.

Fed-ex continues to deliver to wrong door/entrance, thus making a couple orders disappear. Even though they took a picture of my "GATE", it was NOT MY DOOR. Because they did not follow instructions, I never got my package. I have called, several times, and they refuse to follow my instructions on deliveries, or give me a refund of my item lost. They keep saying to "call the seller", but I can not, as it was on EBAY, and they closed the case, saying Fed-ex showed delivery. Last Saturday, they left a package OF FOOD AT THE WRONG ENTRANCE, Which i never use! Thank Goodness I decided to check that door. The package was all wet from ice melting from the roof onto it! I would NEVER RECOMMEND FED-EX FOR ANYTHING, and if I had a choice, would not order from a seller using it.

Fed EX has lost a $305 pkg and miss-delivered a $ 320 package in the last 2 weeks, I have time stamped video footage that shows no fed ex truck came to my building, the entire day of the so called delivery, submitted it to fed ex and they denied the claim 3 times, continue saying it was delivered to the correct address even though my video shows no truck even going by my building that entire day, lost a pkg full of binders and chains, it just "disappeared" from a terminal...2 weeks later they're still " Investigating" never call back when they say they will, have done absolutely nothing to solve either issue they created. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again
I rarely leave reviews. I was expecting a package, I tracked for a few days and saw that it was delayed and stuck in PA. I called and opened a case. I was told someone would contact me and nobody did. I called a few days later and was told that someone would contact me that day. Of course they didn't. I called the next day and they told me to contact the shipper to begin lost package proceedings. At that point I told the rep that I paid for the shipping and that I had a couple of questions. She ignored me and simply read from her script about how sorry she is. Every time I have ever had to contact Fedex with an issue it has been handled poorly. I do not get this kind of treatment from other carriers. From now on I will not purchase an item on eBay or elsewhere unless the sellers agree not to use Fedex. I reccomend you do the same.
I called FedEx customer Service for a pickup on Wednesday. The FedEx Customer Service said it would be pickup before 2:00pm that day. No one show up. I called again and told customer service of FedEx no one show up. Just a huge waste of time.
I canceled my FedEx account a year ago unfortunately from time to time when you order from companies who still useless, worthless service, you're stuck with their horrific service. On multiple occasions, they have failed to deliver packages and then will lie about it and say they attempted to deliver a package which is a complete lie.I have multiple cameras and they NEVER attempted delivery.
TERRIBLE! If I could have given no stars. Liars! Thieves! Fedex promised scheduled delivery on 1/20th but it arrived on 1/25th. FedEx is trying to blame 'no guarantee' on Covid 19 since March 2020. They abuse the policy by putting their interest before the client. They choose the worst route for the cargo from Beverly Hills to Memphis to Koeln in Germany to Cologne back to Koeln and then to Israel. There was no delay in custom. There was a delay in delivery just bc the route that was selected by FedEx making it cheaper for them knowing Consumers can make no claims for a refund. Well, I am going to dispute the charge and file a claim in Court. They are terrible!
If you are using Fed Ex delivery for any package do not select 2-day or overnight shipping. The representative just told me that Fed Ex doesn't guarantee delivery in that time frame and they don't refund money. I asked that not right because if that the case people should only select regular ground shipping. I order something for Christmas and select 2-day shipping and the item two days after Christmas. I paid an extra $26.00, but now they don't refund for a service that they advertise. A least UPS and USPS will give a refund if the shipping wasn't honored. Be aware.
Two days of dealing with this - tried to schedule a pickup. Day one: Driver had apparently reported that the package was not there. I had told the person on the phone I was leaving the package in the mailbox. Called for another pickup. Told them EXLPICIT INSTRUCTIONS on where my mailbox was and to OPEN it. Day two: Arrived home after picking up and dropping off my mom for an appointment. FEDEX truck was there. Drove off. Checked my mailbox.

Called AGAIN. Instead of scheduling another pickup, I just asked for the nearest drop off location.

Absolutely useless trying to talk to someone to help dispute a charge, for whatever reason the company continues to send me letters for a charge for something I never received, when speaking to representative they told me to dispute it through email, third time recieving this letter and still nobody has answered my email to help dispute this charge, this final letter is threatening to take it to a third party collection agency that I will be charged for.
I haad an exchange package, the first package was delivered to the correct address. The second address was delivered to the wrong address, there was no change of address in the system, so I don't understand why or how they made this mistake. I spoken with 4&5 different CSR they all act like its my fault
Had the worst experience ever as time ordered items of eBay and expected to be charged for the country tax & custom only. To find myself in a trap with fedex where I have to pay extra $100 or they will (DESTROY) my item as they stated, and I will have to deal with the seller for the refund. What a rip off!
Fedex has the WORST shipping service ever.
First of all they are extremely slow at delivering packages.
Then, they LOST my $80 worth package that I shipped to the recipient almost 3 weeks ago.
They have poor customer service as well.
I called their customer service, and they weren't apologetic at all about the package that they lost in transit.
USPS is much better, I haven't had any issues with them before.
I do NOT recommend FEDEX at all.
Pathetic full harassment feeling approx waiting 15 days in Hyderabad. I am from delhi. Day to day change delivery date, first delivery date 2 july, 4 july, 16 july, 18 july, 19 july, 20 july received. Customer service many confused, first time asking for KYC, 2nd time GST, valu for invoice, which type goods, how many items, Letter pad, after some day account Statment, etc. I am send approx 70 mail, call 40 within 20 days.

Don't have a fedex account? Shipments are automatically charged an extra $10 (plus tax!) on top of any duty or taxes you may have needed to pay. NO OTHER SHIPPERS CHARGE THIS. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING!
Additionally, I inquired on these charges and the reply took over 2 months! Sent inquiry 1/24/23, reply received 3/30/23!
Absolute trash company. And the couriers know it too. Last courier I had here said I could contest the fees, but TO NOT MENTION HE TOLD ME.
AND! If you add a credit card, you can't remove it. So the only thing you can do is not use them.
Do yourself a favor and ship with anyone else. Literally anyone else.

I purchased a product on Amazon and paid for shipping with the seller. I then received a bill from Fedex. A call to customer service said that I was being billed for a lift gate charge ($122.25) and that I had signed accepting the charge. Hidden charge! I was not told up front that if the driver used the lift gate I would be charged for it. I signed for "receipt of the package". Final response from FedEx, take it up with the seller. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never purchase anything that uses FedEx for shipping. And I will contact the seller and Amazon to file a complaint. Obviously a complaint to FedEx lands on deaf ears!
