FedEx is staffed by incompetent liars. Our order for business materials, which we desperately need, was supposed to be delivered on 1/20/22. By 1/24/22, we were starting to get concerned, so we called. FedEx promised that the packaged would be delivered that day. Nope. Everyday thereafter, we called, everyday they promised it would be delivered. It is now 1/31/22, no package, and again lies and false promises were song of the day. FedEx is a TERRIBLE company.
UPS never failed to find my residence. I've even received calls for guidance. If fedex can't find it they'll report back to shipper that it's a wrong address when it's not. No calls, no notification, no anything except WRONG ADDRESS because the driver can't find his@$$ with both hands. And apparently their management will back them.
I bought two pairs of shoes through BongoUS and have been overcharged (double-charged) for shipping.
I queried the shipping quote before by shipment was sent because it seemed a little high ($160 for two pairs of shoes from the US to Australia). They told me the box was 15x11x11 inches and this is what they used to calculate their shipping fee.
When the box arrived it was half the size: 13x11x9 inches, which should have cost about $90 (based on their own shipping calculator).
I have complained and the keep promising me that management will get back to me 'tomorrow'. I've been trying to get a response for 2 months.
I guess that's how they make their money - by double-charing for shipping and then refusing to deal with complaints.
Since the pandemic I've been ordering online out of abundance of caution. FedEx does not deliver your packages to the address on the box or follow the instructions on your FedEx account so they send you a message stating your package has been delivered and it not at your Resident you call they take no accountability for their actions they say that it wont happen again and they do the same thing over and over again it's so irritating because you can't get the items you order and need
Have been waiting all day for a package, updates all afternoon and this evening have said will be here by the end of day today, they have until 8pm to get it here and now we just received a notice that it will not be here today and there is no ship date available, what a scam this company is, would seem to be easier to tell the truth instead of lying to your customers, what a waste of time.
Whenever I put an order and that company decides to use FedEx. I know my package will be delayed at least a day and I won't find out that my package will be delayed until the very next day. FedEx is very unreliable and if a company wants to have a good customer feedback, that company should avoid using FedEx for any of their shipping.
FedEx left a new JBL stereo amp on a wet dirt driveway 3 houses away from my house... I was at home expecting the delivery at the time... One of my neighbors found it on the wet ground beside a street side garbage can as it was getting dark that evening... She saw the delivery lady down the street and confronted her about it and the lady blabbed something about her boss that my neighbor couldn't understand and jumped in her van and sped off... Lucky me again I guess...

Didn't have an issue before but today was great disappointment when I stayed home all day expecting the package which never arrived. ETA was by 2:30pm & at 4:14pm FedEx claimed the customer was not home. I've been at home all day keeping an eye for FedEx truck which never arrived! Nobody showed at the door, no truck ever came, no notice on the door... in the past the package was always left at the door, it's only pet supplies!

Every time I see my package is being delivered by FEDEX I cringe. Why? Because I have had my packages delivered to the wrong address so many times AND have had other people's packages delivered to my front steps. I do not think I should have to do their jobs for them. I confronted a driver one day about this right after he delivered someone elses package to me and he said they use GPS and do not read the label. Well you cant use GPS for that you morons. GPS will NOT lead you to my or anyone elses front door it only gives you an area. And your tracking numbers? Wow you might as well not have them because your info is NEVER correct. Please go out of business so we can have a chance at getting our own packages and on time.
It was received by FedEx on 2-3-20. I was told I could not pick it up till the 3-5-20. As the shipper had paid for an express service. In me picking it up would have saved FedEx the dollars of delivering it.

On 11-14-21 I received 2 packages from chewy.com. I was in the garage and heard a huge noise thought it was a car accident. I went out and the FedEx truck was leaving. Called for him to stop but he ignored or didn't see me. The driver broke my porch chair in at least 8 pieces. Couldn't count the smaller ones too smashed up. I called both chewy and fed ex to complain. Nothing was done. I called again in January fed ex would do absolutely nothing because I couldn't find my complaint number. Chewy wouldn't do anything they resent a complaint to FedEx but nothing happened. I tried online to complain but they needed the tracking number from the box which I used for gifts. Here's my question. If they are a worldwide delivery company. How come I have to furnish numbers to them. Don't they know where they were. I bought a new chair but FedEx should have paid for it. For 25 dollars they made an enemy. When they're worth millions. I don't deal with FedEx or chewy either anymore.
What a disaster! Fed Ex driver delivers 4 packages - 3 were correct. The 4th was not. I call to have them pick up the wrong package delivered. They do, but I have yet to receive the right package. And yet the website says the right package was delivered even though it was the wrong package and they have not corrected the error! Wonder if the driver stole it!
Our company was expecting a check to be delivered by FedEx, upon checking the tracking it said it was delivered at 11:50 AM and signed for by A.BF, there is no one at our company with those initials and no envelope. It was a windy rainy day, upon looking the next day at our ring cameras, the driver just left an envelope at a door - no box to put it in just laid it on the ground - after searching the storage facility propoerty we found the envelope soaked!
When we called to file a complaint against the driver if we didn't have his name or license # they couldn't do anything! I would not use FedEx if you are shipping anything important.
FedEx is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Two days in a row I have taken off work to recieve my packages and both days their driver lies saying they attempted delivery. I live in an apartment building and we have both an office and security who both testify that FedEx never attempted the delivery. I paid for delivery and on Thursday Sep. 16 2021 I had to Uber to go get my package that should have been delivered. Now today Friday the 17th I have to go back up to Fedex to get my second package because their driver refuses to do his job. That is two full days off from work i cannot make up for Fedex being both incompitent and unprofessional. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
Dropped off my prepaid overnight parcel at a Fed Ex designated Dollar General drop off. And Fed Ex never picked it up! Sitting there 2 days later. Tried to reach Fed Ex through online representative and they are zero help. So now I have to go back to DG, pick it up, and drive it the whole way to a main Fed Ex location. Never again.
