I have to say that I literally cringe whenever I see something is being delivered by FedEx. Nine times out of ten the package(s) are late in arriving. Usually be a number of days if not a week or more. My most recent order had an original delivery date of 4/26. I got an email saying that it was early & I'd get it by 4/24. This actually made me laugh. I told my husband it would never happen. Well today is 4/26. I haven't gotten an email or a text but the FedEx tracking page now says delivery by 4/27. It also shows that the package has been sitting in Charlotte NC (5 hours away) since the 23rd.

Chewy box of cat litter was thrown near an unused and labeled entrance while it was raining. The box and litter inside was soaked. Thanks FedEx. I think this was done out of spite because the gate and porch are so very close. Chewy replaced it but FedEx cost them money while FedEx had to pay a driver and fuel for a second trip. FedEx's drivers need to be trained and need to understand English.

I tried to change delivery address on a shipment because it had to be signed for and I wasn't going to be home. Their app is worthless. Doesn't let you sign for a package on the app or change address. Can't even pick up from a fed ex location. Zero stars if possible.

I used this company a year ago I was not happy with service I gave them another chance, they are fraud. I get overnight shipping I sent package on Thursday after 2 days on Saturday they didn't deliver because no one is home even I didn't ask for signature, they just say sorry we will deliver on Monday so if you pay overnight shipping your package will arrive in 4 days, if arrive, still didn't arrive. Even my son went to office at 1:15 PM still was not there as well.
My friend used Fedex she said to me, go pray they didn't lost your package because mostly they do, be careful don't used them, they have to go out of business as soon as possible.
They sent it to the wrong address. No help from the shipping office at all. No help from the 800 number.
You can have a problem with any shipper but, UPS will help with it.

I ordered a book from Routledge, US to Canada. They shipped with right information of my home address. The book was scheduled to arrive in my Canadian address within three days. But, they delayed one day in the US facility without any reason. Then, they delayed one day in Canada. Then, the tracking information showed that the item was out for delivery and will be delivered within 3 hours. I waited at home to grab the book for five hours. Nothing appeared on sight.
Then, after 7 hours, the tracking information showed that the item could not be delivered due to incorrect address (though the address I provided to the book publisher was 100% correct.) Then, I contacted the customer service twice. Both times, the service agents could do nothing except begging apologies. They said the delivery item was returned because there was no street number. It was so funny because without having proper address why did they pick up the item to deliver and where were they trying to deliver.
The book was so important for an event, but it was missed. On the other hand, they did not allow me to pick up the item at the FedEx facility nearby my place (15 min drive). I never used FedEx before, and I will never use it's service again. I never recommend its service to anyone. Just live it, and use Canada Post that's way better and responsive. Very frustrating experience.
The delivery services I am reviewing is in Surrey BC. The delivery driver will not even bother to buzz. It happened on the first delivery. On " re attempted" delivery the following day, they didn't even bother to stop in the building. I saw them passed by the highway when I was in building lobby. The tracking still say that the customer is not available. I don't feel bad when this driver will be out of work honestly. He earned it. Bad service... Btw, the package I ordered are heavy furniture. If it was just a light ones, I wouldn't even bother using this delivery service. Poor performance!
I order my dog food from chewy because I can not physically carry the heavy dog food. I have the food delivered to my door, at least I usually do.
My mailbox is a block away from my house in a wooded lot. Fed ex took it upon themselves to deliver my dog food to the mailbox and not my house. By the time I figured where it was, it was full of ants inside and our. I then pulled my back trying to get it in my car and ended up with about 30 fire ant bites.
Chewy then sent a replacement and they did the same thing. I called to complain to fed ex and it's a complete joke to get someone to understand what happened. Horrible horrible horrible
Not sure what is with this FedEx company or it's just in my area, but this isn't the first time. Several several several times have I had an important package with perishable foods or even today where my delivery for the same item came into different packages and some how ended up on two different tricks. Long story short this has happened on multiple times where my package will not arrive on time and the food will end up spoiling and I will have to toss it out, a few times where my package was dropped off at a completely different house, every single time something is shipped by them there is an issue, I have no clue what's going on with this company, never have this issue with ups
While we have no choice in using FedEx- they know and abuse their customers. I've had multiple packages with thousands of dollars in equipment set for delivery- each time it's marked right off the get go as undeliverable- no one at address- without even coming to address where we see the street and all traffic pass (except any FedEx truck) delivery drivers in Florida need to be retrained - and everyone should cease using FedEx for expensive goods delivery as 4 weeks late on an express package is worse than USPS regular mail!

This is the third time FedEx delay my shipment for days because it was shipped to a wrong state and even when I contacted customer service they seem to be of no help to determine when I will receive my package
They mixed up the labels on my packages and my cat's urgent medication arrived weeks after it was supposed to - they admitted they had put the wrong label on for someone else's package and the delay was because of that. My cat died because of them and all they did was ignore and insult me when I informed them of what had happened. I will be contacting all media and press interested with proof.

A horrible company! It is a mystery to me as to how they stay in business with the choices the consumer has in competition. I will never use them again; I'm telling my friends and their businesses to avoid this service entirely. I paid extra for my package and since April/14 my daughter is waiting for the envelope I sent her and they told me it will take 48 hours to my daughter to receive it and still nothing. Lied about it for a weeks and strung me along with a multitude of different stories from one customer service agent to another, never telling the same tale. Fedex should be ashamed of the quality of service they provide, but they are without ethics, never use them. From France went to Netherlands and back to France
This company is disgusting! Everytime i get stuck with them my deliveries are lost or they say that they showed up and "i wasn't there to pick it up" AND ITS A LIE THEY LITERALLY NEVER SHOWED UP. No text updates, nothing! Companies stop using this delivery service you will lose your customers! Worst delivery service in the business- if i could give negative 2000 stars i would.
Shipped one item ground. Per FedEx, it would arrive in 5-7 business days. It was shipped 4 WEEKS ago and still has not made it to its destination. Current tracking status says:
"No scheduled delivery date available at this time."
"Scheduled delivery: Pending"
Second item shipped as Next Day. For the past 3 days, the status gets updated in the morning with:
"On FedEx vehicle delivery"
Then, later in the day a new status is added saying:
"Delivery exception"
"Future delivery requested"
I contacted FedEx about both of these. In both cases they have been unable to explain why the packages are not being delivered. They say they are "investigating" the shipment, but give no updates on why the packages are not getting delivered.
What a waste of my time and what an inconvenience! Very disappointed and upset.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
Answer: FedEx left one of my packages sent by express in Las Vegas, Nevada for three (3) days, then delivered it to a total stranger in another town, 20 miles from where I live. Memphis, Tennessee is an air hub. If your package was shipped by air for some or all of its journey, it likely was sent to Memphis.
