Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

While traveling out of state I found my credit card to be compromised. My bank cancelled that card and agreed to "overnight" me another on a Thursday. FedEx "SUPPOSEDLY" delivered it to a friend's address near by, finally, on Monday. My friends were home ALL DAY. IT was NOT delivered. FedEx "opened a case" but never talked to the driver. Today, Thursday, after I had already left that area, it was delivered. My friend asked the driver, why did you say you delivered it to the front of my house when you didn't? Answer: Had your address but not your name. Don't LIE and tell me you delivered something when you didn't and what kind of investigation doesn't involve asking the person who would know? Really shotty job all the way around.

Since COVID, I only shop online. I have a lot of packages arriving which is new for me. I have the most wonderful driver imaginable. Her name is Melissa. She is helpful and polite. She is fast and efficient. I love seeing her and saying hi, asking how every thing is going! She is a treasure.

Over the last two years, I have had at least three experiences where FedEx gave me a delivery date, and did not bother to correct it when they didn't meet that date, then delivered a day or two later. I have had several experiences where I receive a message that the item is on a delivery truck and will be delivered that day, and it doesn't show up for a day or two more. FedEx is the most incompetent and inconsiderate delivery service I have ever had to deal with. USPS, UPS, DHL--you name it, they are all miles better!

This is the third time that I placed a order with Walmart and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and I'm sick of it. They actually don't care either. I was told to walk my neighborhood and ask a few neighbors if they had my package by mistake. Are you serious! Very unprofessional. Walmart doesn't give you any options about the carriers for shipping your packages but I wish they would because I would NEVER USE FEDERAL EXPRESS ( FedEx). Thank goodness for Walmart refund policy or I would constantly be ripped off by drivers that can't read street signs.

They have delivered 2 packages to someone else and refused to admit it. Now I will have to ask any merchans if they send their goods with fedex and if they do, I will shop somewhere else. I am going to boycott the company until they improve their service.

FedEx Customer Service number is a nightmare. You go round and round with the recording and there is no way to get to a live person. My package has been sitting in the same facility for a week but the system refuses to get me to a live person, it simply states "that is the most current information we have". Also my sister lives there and there have been FedEx trucks out everyday so the weather is NOT an issue. Certainly not getting my business any longer #FedEx #FedExisAWFUL.

Use a different shipping company!

I want to give 0 stars for the horrible experience i had. The delivery wasn't even attempted and switched to pickup but it wasn't there in the specified location. I couldn't login after registering to manage delivery, even after verifying email.

Big name bad service. There is no coustomer service person. Just wast of time on click and click and click only. My parcel is not delivered. But no one listens. Again very bad service by you. My phone number is *******576

Its really sad you cant get past their automated system to resolve a probem, I received a call from a business that my package was delivered to them and I could not get past the system to get my package re-delivered. Very poor service

It is a good service but there is one seal compond missing of my last shipmnt.
Not sure if it is the seller's mistake or lost by the re-packaging in bongo.
It will be better if I can email a contact person at the bongo's warehose to check this issue.

I am sending an Amazon Firestick to a friend in Haslett, TX. I sent it on 11/14/22, due to arrive 11/17/22. It's 11/23/22 and still no delivery. Package is still in Ellenwood Georgia. I need a $100 insurance payout for a lost item. I will never use this service again.

So, no one advised that they required a buzzer code for shipment to my condo. Fedex tried 3 times without getting out of their truck to press a button that clearly had my name on it. They claim that it takes too long to scroll for name? But it apparently doesnt take too long to come back twice to try to deliver. If they need buzzer, why didnt driver leave a note of attempted delivery saying "NEED BUZZER"... what a waste of time..

FedEx lost my package but claimed to have delivered it. Then they said a claim had been filed and when I asked by whom, they said by the shipper. IM THE SHIPPER, and why would I file a claim if I didn't even know my package was lost?!
I've just been given the runaround. No real answers and I paid way too much money to $#*! my package anyway!

If I pay for my package and I choose to pick my package up after a failed attempt to my residence. I should be able to pick it up, not have to wait until the next business day at end of day this has happened multiple times. I guess if there is a Gate wherever they are delivering, they "have issues" (even knowing the entry code per delivery instructions and contact info)ups never has an issue delivering my packages or entering nor does Amazon or any other delivery service, ONLY FEDEX, worst delivery service ever.

They lost my package that was worth more than $1000! When I call to ask what had happened they gave me different answers each time I call. They first said it was lost. Then that I was misplaced. Then that it was delivered to the wrong address. And THEN when I told them I was going to file a police report that's when they said that they had left it in the right addressed and that if I lost my package then it was my FUALT and not theirs. Zero care for customers and their money. FedEx is seriously the worst. They make bull$#*! excuses and they really just waste your time and loss your stuff.

Drive and truck blocking the road and drive outside truck taking to someone looked at me and still didn't move called Fedx to complain but that's a big waist of time gave lic and truck no to rep on the first call received a call back requesting the same info gave the case number assigned only to have the rep say it was a invalid number and gave me the correct case number but you know it was the same case number customer service at fedx is zero or less if that's possible

Local fedex got my package 5 days before it was supposed to be delivered so they held my package until the due date. Then, of course, they don't even deliver the package on the date they are supposed to deliver it. They had the chance to deliver it on time for FIVE DAYS and are still late.

I am astonished with the delivery people. They argued with me that I refused a package when I am the only one working in the office, when I would never refuse a package. The "supervisors" are so very unprofessional and argued with me and wouldn't even leave the package so at that point they are refusing to drop off and has nothing to do with us. I am astonished with this company.

The guy in our area or really any fed ex delivery person, If you have to sign for a package, If this man has to walk up to your door and wait for you to open it, They will lie and say they attempted delivery. I work from home and watch this man and he lies! 4th time this has happen. They are the absolute worst at this! No problems with any other company. And everytime I AM PAYING TO HAVE IT NEXT DAY! Y'all have the worst delivery people!

Is Fedex a delivery company or a custom duty collection agency? Because I haven't received any delivery from Fedex during the last few encounters, the only thing I got from them is billing from custom duties.
Wouldn't recommend...

Paid extra money just to get overnight shipping and fed ex did not honor that and delayed me all the way till Thursday so a whole week I have to wait if they would have sent it when they were supposed to I would have already had my package worse delivery service I have ever had to work with do not recommend for any reason this company

I chose FedEx Express Saver since it guaranteed that I RECEIVED the package on time but I did not even receive my package at all. The package was supposed to be delivered from Katy Texas to Minneapolis, MN in 5-7 business days but now it is more than two weeks and I have not received anything. I contacted back to their customer service and they said that they might lose my package in Georgia. It is quite messed up since the package contains important documents and my IDs and now I have to register all those papers again which cost a lot. The attitude of their representatives is bad too. Very unlikely that I will ever use any FedEx service again.

I have been expecting a package that was supposed to be delivered 12/26, it is now 1/3 and I still dont have the package and the reps dont have any additional information. Fedex just keeps changing the projected delivery date to the next day then the next day when it doesnt arrive it changes it to the next day again. This has been going on for 8 days now. The tracking shows that its out for delivery on a truck for 8 days now but never shows. I am glad Amazon surpassed them in deliveries and will be grateful to know when they go out of business so they aren't an option anymore for sellers to send through Fedex.

I buy lots of rare diecast trucks. The shipper packs them in secured containers. But when it arrives at bongo, they take them off and take a picture and put them back into a new Bongo box loose. They are now loose and bounce around and often arrive here to me with broken parts or the paint is all scratched. Leave the trucks in original box and leave all twist tie on. Also, at several occasions, sealed envelope of personal letters were opened. DO NOT TOUCH SEALED ENVELOPE.

Everytime something is ordered via FedEx the delivery truck people ALWAYS deliver packages to the wrong address. The delivery truck people are stupid to say the less and puting it nicely, we live next door to an small airport with different zip codes and different numbers for street addresses don't know why we have different zips but still you would think these delivery people can see this but still deliver to the wrong address. The airport people never tell us that we have packages over there and hoard pks.

Tip for consumers:
A tip would be, if placing an order online check to see who will be dropping package off, any company other than FedEx. I know I will from now on.
