My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Aggravation... I occasionally receive packages destined for a neighbor further up my street and 2 years ago, I had quite a few I had to re- deliver to his house which is set 100 ft or so back from the roadway, and has a old fashioned porch along the side and part of the back of his house.
I live only 30 ft from the road and my R. S. M. Box clearly states 200, whereas his R. S. M. Box states 220
Awaiting my pkge from overseas, I was happy that my neighbor just delivered it to me, from it being left on his porch.
Last year I made a fuss to the "fedex/"? Office when a pkge was not delivered only to receive a reply stating that pkge was delivered, " left on the porch"?
Only one thing wrong with that; I DON'T HAVE A PORCH.!
Wondering now why that Cajun delivered my Marmite maybe he got to taste some last year.!?

They lost my first package which I'm not sure how you even lose a 60 pound steel anvil in the mail. The second one that came looked like an animal tried to tear it open. Terrible company
Anything fragile is damaged 99% of the time. Customer service is ridiculous. They always have issues. Seriously cant believe they're open for business.
Idk y businesses use FedEx! They are so slow! I'm sitting here waiting on a package from them that was promised to me yesterday. Every carrier has delivered in my area today BUT FedEx. I hate using them. Unfortunately sometimes we gotta go through them but I try to advoid at ALL COST! Considering my packsage was promised to me yesterday it should already be here! I see ALOT of bad reviews abt this company but yet nothings being done to make them do one's job! Horrible. FedEx you guys really need to get it together! Why I'm the heavens gate ALL shipping carriers has delivered to my area BUT you?Come on now! Y'all not that popular! UPS is always here early on time! DHL works great! Amazon does too but when it comes to this company they suck!
I'd give this company a zero if I could. Rarely do I receive my packages from companies on time (I've actually gotten a few to never ship via FedEx anymore due to problems). Their website is never working and never updates, nor does the company believe in transparency with those they are delivering to. Too many instances of "delivered" packages only to have them show up weeks and months later proving they were never actually delivered. Often times it will be "delivered" and then actually be "delivered" two-three days later. After a terrible continual experience of FedEx in my area (I'm not the only one), I sought out to talk to customer service who proceeded to hang up on me after asking them to further investigate why they're not only not delivering things, but also do not have up to date or working tracking sites that continually to report errors. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages probably going into the thousands of dollars form them over the last 5 years. I wish I could report a complaint instead of writing this stupid review as this is essentially equating to theft and negligence of a company to deliver services without incident. I've never been more frustrated with a company before in my life.

FedEx was the shipper being used from the companies shipping my products to me. I didn't reach out to have them ship for me because of bad experiences with them as they are responsible for the shipping from where I'm shopping or getting services.
I needed to get a laptop battery to Grenada in a rush and BongoUS looked like the solution. The cost was high but it would be quick. I checked their list of prohibited items and there was no problem. After Fedexing the battery to them overnight for $30 they told me they don't ship batteries of any kind. I asked why this wasn't on their website before I spent the money and they had no answer. They claim it is a Fedex policy however Fedex is the company that delivered it to them overnight. Now I have to pay to have it returned and then pay Fedex again to deliver it direct to Grenada. Bongo does ship laptops with batteries.
I have received 2 packages from Amazon and am still waiting after 2 delivery changes. There's no excuse why an item should sit for 4 days. I think there OverFed!
Three attempts of not ringing the doorbell and not delivering when they were supposed to and now I'm supposed to drive 100+ miles to pick it up myself? DO NOT USE FEDEX! You are better off with USPS. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
Terrible service, no communication within company members, lots of different stories coming from FedEx about a package. Nobody has accurate information.My package was supposed to come on the 13th. After five attempts I finally got it on the 18th. I had to walk to the entrance of my condo to make sure I met the driver of truck or I would have wait another day. I gave FedEx the way to get in the gate, but guess what, FedEx did not give the driver my instructions.
Fed Ex is the worst company EVER. They lost my package but kept sending me emails that my package would be delivered the next day. I called the company I bought from and they are replacing my order free of charge and refunding my money for the order that these jerks lost. They said that I probably won't ever get the order because they were informed by Fed Ex that my package was either lost or damaged. They are shipping my new order via UPS. I told them I don't want them to use Fed Ex for my orders anymore. They were speechless when I told them that Fed Ex always mis delivers and told me once when they delivered my package to my neighbor that I could go to my neighbor and get the package myself. This after I told them I couldn't because I was handicapped and couldn't walk over there. This company does not know what good customer service is.

This is the worst delivery service. I have been waiting at home all day for a package to be delivered. I literally did not leave the house because I was waiting for the package. Originally supposed to be here by 4:30pm. Then by end of day. At 10pm, I get a notification that a delivery attempt was just made and no one was home. I was literally sitting on the couch by the front door. No one knocked or ran the doorbell. There was no delivery truck outside. Nothing. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do and I just have to wait till tomorrow for them to "try again". I have never had a good delivery with FedEx and will be avoiding them at all costs in the future. Ridiculous!
Absolute dogsh*t of a delivery service. Gave me the wrong delivery date, tried to deliver the day before expected date with no warning, tried again with no warning, as I was at work. Tried twice and gave up as they "reached the maximum amount of times they could attempt the delivery." They couldn't switch my address to my work address, couldn't leave it at a hold location, and couldn't deliver on the weekends. So after three extremely unhelpful phone calls, I got a message stating that they will in fact leave it at a hold location, but have no date in mind, no eta, and just said they will "let me know when it's on its way." It's been a week since their last attempt at delivering my package. It's been a painful experience and will not be ordering from any place of business that uses fedex.
It's alway FedEx that has this problem. They say they cannot find my house but they use my driveway to turn around. Then I have to drive 3 hours to pick up my package. This happens ever time I is FedEx. UPS and USPS don't have this problem.
Literally was standing outside for a package that had to be sighned for told me they made an attempt but they just drove past twice! Customer service tried to tell me I wasnt their I just watcbed your truck drive past my house no attempt was made then tried to tell me the date was wrong you all are liers ups is the way to go I'm over it
We had a coffee table delivered by fed ex. It was never left at the door they left this heavy pkg outside no where near our door. It was so heavy & we are elderly & had to drag in this HEAVY PKG inside our condo. This is the worse company ever, should go out of business.
I was charged 60.00 for a package that was sent back saying no PO Box deliverers! Then they would not do a refund…. Why charge me if you didn't deliver to that address (Camp Lejeune)

So my package was left with FedEx from the seller on the 9th of February. It's arrival was suppose to be the 15th. It arrived an hour and a half from me at a facility on the 15th instead and was missing for 2 days before reappearing at that same facility the 17th. Here we are the 21st and still no package. Called customer service and asked to speak with a manager and lady transferred me to USPS "who apparently has the package now to finish transport" and could not provide me with a new tracking code to track it. So as of now it's still sitting in the FedEx warehouse...absolute garbage company and even worse costumer service.
Keep saying on the app they went at certain time but never knocked or gave a call and the worst thing I was home for the whole 3 days. And won't even tell me where I can pick it up

I've now had the following happen 5 times in my past 10 deliveries.
And initial delivery window was provided of 9:35-11:45am for the current day
At 11:45am to delivery window changed to "by end of day"
And at the end of day "pending"
And sometime later the process repeats for a day that might be the next day or a few days out
So if the package requires a signature then I'm literally housebound for at least two days waiting for FedEx.
Which means FedEx really can't track their packages

I've never had big issues with these transportation companies, but FedEx has to be the worst. I've gotten plenty of delivery exceptions, but those packages would turn up later that day or the next day. I ordered a storage ottoman from Walmart that I was supposed to receive Wednesday. But it didn't show up. So, I waited the next day. The same thing happened. I contacted FedEx about this delivery exception and told them no one made an attempt both days. So, they told me to wait Friday. I contacted Walmart, who've been pretty helpful. They told me to wait until tomorrow evening, then they will send a replacement, or I get a refund. FedEx's representatives haven't been much help. Two hung up on me, while the others keep saying the same recycled things. They won't update my tracking information. I'm starting to believe they lost my package or they just holding it. Not one attempt to deliver it. So unprofessional. At least the representatives at Walmart helped me as best as they could. I wish you could pick a delivery service when ordering from retailers. I would just do store pickup. Tomorrow evening, I will contact Walmart for my refund and just get the storage ottoman from one of their locations at a later date.

FedEx is the worst shipping company to use. Packages do not arrive on time, the tracking is not up to date, and customer service is horrible. I ordered a package on December 7th that had an arrival date of December 14th and as of December 20th, they do not know where it is. I was told they will contact me within 72 hours and if I do not have my package by December 26th, after Christmas and 12 days late, I should call them. I attempted to contact corporate and was unable to get an email address or phone number. This company may be long standing but is currently a joke. My suggestion, use another shipping company if you would like your items delivered. FedEx does not even take responsibility or apologize.
Second time using FEDEX express and getting burned paying for a service I didn't get! Writing this review so others don't get burned too! I've attached a photo to show how it takes 2 days instead of the one day I paid for! FEDEX IS A RIP OFF! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
