Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

FedEx is the worst delivery company ever. They misdelivered my package, sent me an email stating it was delivered and if I had not received it, I should contact the shipper. If they followed up after my call, their picture clearly shows it's not my home. So just admit your mistake and stop asking me if I've received the package and for me to contact the shipper. They're a HORRIBLE COMPANY!

If you have time sensitive documents do not TRUST FED EX. My company sends hundreds of thousands of contracts daily and has a recurring pick up time of 4-6 daily. The Fedex driver slips in the back door (LIKE A NINJA -It is funny but it's not) at 2:30. Bank packages are not normally complete until later in the day. I attempted to contact FEDEX, when you FINALLY get to a human they ship you to different people and hang up. If you are the decision maker, PICK UPS!

If I could rate zero it would be below that. Third time I tried to lodge a complaint against the delivery person. Call taker spoke English but had an accent. I wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager. The name given was foreign but I was not able to clearly understand it. I was transferred only to get disconnected from their end. Called back and had to explain my request again. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager. Call taker said she needed to ask permission. I asked her were this call was originating from. Guatemala really? I requested a US customer service number to call. FedEx does not have one. I researched online and obtained corporate number out of Memphis TN. Called there and placed on hold for 1 hour 1 minute and disconnected 10 minutes before the corporate office closed on Friday 10/29/2021. I will be calling back on Monday. All I want to know is how do you correct poor business practices starting from the customer service representatives to the delivery drivers. FedEx developed a tool for delivery instructions why are drivers not accountable for following those instructions. The customer goes the extra mile and signs up for the delivery manager special instructions only for it to fail each delivery time. Why is it so difficult for customers to report a complaint. Obviously there has been an intentional failure to communicate obstacle set by FedEx. No wonder a billion dollar company dropped FedEx contract.

They gave me and estimated date and never delivered on that date when said they didn't recieved it from seller after I have contacted my seller she said fedex lost my parcel they still doing investigation and when I go back to fedex Tracking my parcel they changed my order status to pending

I1) I 76 years old and handicapped, at the end of a long corridor on the far side of a security door, and the entry buzzer doesn't work. I was not told that Fedex needed a signature for me to get my package, but it does.

Friday night I tried to call Fedex to change the rules or at least call me so I can open the door. It took 90 minutes before I could reach a human (the fedex robo kept asking stupid questions.) " Call your shipper!" the human said. Shipper said fedex makes those decisions and shipper can't change them. Yikes!

2) Fedex robo called me to say I would get the package today, Saturday. It is now 9:35 pm Saturday and no package. Apparently it hasn't even reached the couny line.

I will never, ever, ever deal with Fedex again! Before you do, look at their customer service ratings!

I am astounded at the cost of shipping that they are charging me. I ordered 4 knit hats. And when I went on the site to look at what they were charging me to ship it ($5.00 box fee, $67.35 shipping, $7.07 fuel surcharge, $4.26 loss & damage, plus $33.80 duty & taxes) a total of $117.48. I couldn't believe it. So I called customer service, and was told by a very unhelpful Ismael that they have a formula they use so they can charge me a 10 pound weight for 4 knit hats. He had nothing to say when I said I will never use this service again. He just said that if the box was that big, than that was the charge. By the way the box is not large it is apparently 12"x12"x9.5". So before you use the service - decide whether it is worth it to pay HUGE shipping costs. My shipping is going to cost more than the actual product! Not happy, and won't use them again.

FedEx is awesome! They always deliver to my address on time! The guy that delivers to me today on 2-10-23 at 12:08pm was very nice! He was very professional and took care of my package well! My package wasn't torn or dented anywhere! It was in great shape when he delivered it! I was very pleased with this delivery guy! He delivered to me at 1056 Asbury Rd. In Pacolet SC.

FedEx is absolutely the worst delivery service when compared to USPS and UPS. How is it 2022 and they can't provide a delivery window? How is it that my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, was home all day and nada. Tracking never updated. How is it that tracking for today still states "out for delivery today, expected arrival before 8pm, currently on a truck", come home and there is a tag on my door stating I missed the deliver. When I call into customer support, they inform me that I can pick up my package at their hub, 40 mins away when there is a Fedex location less than a mile from my house... How is this even acceptable!? Outdated tracking systems, untrained customer service representatives, and a waste of everyone's time. Corporate desperately needs to get with the times, all major logistics companies, USPS, UPS, XPO, DLA, etc all have systems in place to provide customers with 2-3 hour delivery windows.

I am calling FedEx, I am put on hold by a machine. After 7 minutes and 21 seconds the machine says: "On a scale of 1 to 5 please tell us how you would rate your FedEx representative, taking care of your problems."
Since we took care of absolutely NOTHING, I pressed 1. Now the machine says: "Thank you for improving our service by rating us. Goodbye!"
And the machine hang up on me.
I called two more times, the same scenario, I was on hold for up to 10 (TEN) minutes and then came the rating game and then "Goodbye" and the machine hangs up.
The WORST EVER business in the history of mankind!
Choose any other courier company OTHER than FedEx!

I had a package delivered, when I wasn't home. I called FedEd to make arrangements to bring the package back out tomorrow. They said I have to click it up myself. Normally, I wouldn't have a problem with that but I don't have any transportation, I have health issues & will have a problem lifting the box; also I'm a senior citizen. I never did like FedEx when I was younger because of their messed up policies & now they even give me more reasons not to like them. I asked the customer service representative to send it back to the company since I don't have any way to get the package. She told me I have to call the company for them to send it back. I don't know how they stayed in business after all these years. But they're are a poor excuse for a delivery company.

FedEx needs to change their policies!!!

I will never, never again ship anything important via FedEx. Ever. Their failure to get a priority overnight letter (for which I paid premium money) containing legal documents delivered at all today, let alone by 9:30 am as GUARANTEED, has screwed my family and another one so horribly I will never give that whole company one more dime of my money.

I needed a part for a refrigerator for my rental condo. Had to get it delivered next day. Finally found a dealer with the part and had it shipped out next day air. Part was needed to save renters their food or I am responsible to pay for all soiled food. Also, if part can't be delivered renters would need another place to stay. Part was not delivered. Tracking said business closed for holiday. The Origin at Seahaven is open 24/7 with staff at front. I called and talked with a Rep. She said "oh, the Fedex business was closed for holiday. I asked which holiday and she then told me the store does not have the staff to deliver the package and that it was closed today. What!? So they don't prioitize Air shipment from ground shipments. Now I'm on the hook to pay for my quest's food and other accommodations. Fedex should pay and not me. Fedex just sucks at delivery.

Someone said to me that I $#*! you give her money, but then I quiet about it and you telling me I've got to pay 150 Amazon cart that is ridiculous. I'm not paying 150 or Amazon gift card for when someone says I could get it for free I worked that one out

I called September 8 to rescheduled delivery to September 15,2022 I was given confirmation #, apparently no one cares at all two boxes wooden cabinets were delivered on September 10,2022 and thrown on the drive way under the rain. This the results when you use shipping company such, FEDEX who franchise the delivery routes, where customers services get ignored and get lost!

Tip for consumers:
I was given confirmation # for rescheduling delivery to September 15, 2022 I clearly stated that my house at the delivery address is vacant, apparently no one cares!!

Packages we're supposed to be sent over night and promised delivery by Saturday by 4pm here it Sunday and nobody can answer why it went from pompano beach to Memphis tn to my city and it says now no delivery date WTH they are not going to like me tomorrow I'm not going to stop calling till they find the damn package! Don't use FedEx they lie about when it'll be delivered

Terrible customer support. You get a rep from India that when you tell them that FedEx.com tells you that tracking your item shows it's delivered to you and it wasn't... They say check your tracking AGAIN ON FEDEX.COM! What?!

I talk to the delivery person right at the time my package was supposedly delivered. I was told they did not have a package for me. Yet I get a delivered on my tracking. I also asked the driver is there a nother truck coming by and was told yes (nope no truck no delivery nothing. FedEx does not have customer service at least I wouldn't call it customer service

My delivery was going to be late because of a wrong address. The address was never wrong. I checked and my address is correct everywhere. Then Fed Ex posts that the address was updated at 5:02pm yet it was only 4:25pm... ultimately i dont get my gift in time and i canceled my order from the company because of fed ex... I think the fed ex guys are just lazy and they don't want to deliver everything in the truck because I can't believe they are this stupid.

Had a package shipped from Colorado to Canada and Fedex lost track of it in Perrysburg OH. Called Fedex mulitple times and they opened a case file, which meant nothing. The representatives were very difficult to understand, had no knowledge of anything, and kept repeating the same information, that the package last scan was in Perrysburg on 15 July 2023. Today, July 25 2023, still the same void of information other than that "they are investigating". I had to provide a description of the package, which they could have gotten of the bill of lading, but hey, some meatsack in the Phillipines probably can't read that anyway.

Fedex refuses to admit the lost the package and have no idea what happened to it, so they provide a bunch of lies for the clients to consume hoping they will go away.

They are about to lose our account. I would rather ship with UPS than with these amateurs.

Worst company ever, worst representatives ever.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid Fedex. Use UPS, DHL or any other direct shipper. Fedex loses too much stuff.

If there is possibility to give to negative reviews I would go with the maximum negative rating. I sent a courier of Iphone13 from Calgary to Montreal on Jan 19th and they said it will deliver by 24th January. I was tracking the package and the last update I could see on jan 24 is that 'the package is in truck for delivery' and later the order is missing. I have been calling them everyday and they are continuously saying that the packing is missing it takes weeks to find. It is totally clear that the FedEx employees are stealing the customers valuable things.

Tip for consumers:
Never send value items with FedEx. These guys are good for shipping old cloths, food items.

I shipped a package with FedEx July 15,2021 it never reached its destination, after receiving several embarrassing call from my Financial services about my payment never received I contacted FedEx via 800 number that miss led me several weeks before they finally told me it was lost.

On Wed Jan 22 I was sent a tracker by FEDEX informing me that my package would arrive Friday by 8PM. This fit into the 2 day shipping which I had paid for so I was OK. Friday Jan 24NO PACKAGE. I checked the tracker and the delivery dated was moved back to Monday by 8PM. This I was not OK with, especially since their tracker indicated that my package was 45 min from my house. I offered to pick it up myself, to which I was informed that they would not relinquish the package while "in transit". Maybe it was just a bad employee. I tried another two times once nicely the second with the promise of a bad review. No cooperation. FEDEX politics dictate that employees have no common sense. I will give them credit though; they were very polite as they informed me they are useless. I pray my package arrives on Monday.

For the last 6 months Fedex shipment in Salt Lake City always late even with a 2 days shipping it will arrive after more than a week. If you track always pending. Most of the time after if you track it it will say in the vehicle for delivery and expected delivery today at the end of the day.
GOOD LUCK! At the end of the day it always change to Pending and your 2 days package will be back in their facility. Not until couples days later or more than a week after they receive your shipment then if you are lucky you will get your packages. I get it when its only happen once, BUT NOT EVERY TIME! Especially when you pay for a 2 days deliveries

DO NOT EVER USE FEDEX

When I think of a fast and reliable delivery service I think of Fedex.
It's a pity it's not available anywhere in the world so I have to apply for other deliveries.

Recently FedEx showed a package as being delivered to my house but it was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS IN THE DEVELOPMENT 2 MILES AWAY. I quickly double checked my order and confirmed that it had the correct address on it from Blinds.com...it did. The picture the driver took was proof that it was NOT left on my front porch. When I reported the "missing" package to FedEx said they would backtrack and find the package. Two days later I received an email simply stating that FedEx "CLOSED" the missing package complaint without any further explanation. The honest person who received the wrong delivery contacted me by letter and she met me to give me the package this morning. There are honest people in the world. It is now quite apparent that FedEx does NOTHING to really try and resolve a missing package. Instead, they expect the shipper to send out a replacement to make up for their mistakes. I hope Blinds.com gets their shipping charges refunded.
