My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Do not use FedEx International. If your parcel is not deliverable or misplaced in another country it will be a nightmare to get it back. I had to talk to every lazy, non-caring, minimum wage employee and lazy managers from a foreign country in hopes of getting my very expensive package back to the United States after they could not find a secondary delivery address. I will spare you the details but heed my warning, USE THEIR SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I did get a refund and that is why I am not giving them only one star.
I only use their self-service photocopy machines because they are conveniently located next to my house.

FedEx charges RM181, a letter of not even 300gm of weight, from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 13th Jan 2021 to arrive Suessau, Germany within 2 days which is on 15th Jan. It did not arrive as scheduled, but arrived 3 days later which is on 18th Jan. FedEx price is so exorbitant & disproportionate to their service offered. It took them more than double the time to arrive, not as scheduled. We have complained, but till date no refund. They are not only cheating poor Malaysian people, but also other customers world wide. Please do not choose FedEx for your deliveries, as they are cheaters & liars! I pray Karma will get to them & will go bankrupt for cheating customers!

FedEx should re-brand as FedUp!... Waited all morning for a package to be delivered. Based on previous lousy experiences, I asked for proof of signature this time (along with providing my cell number). No package was ever delivered but I did received delivery conformation, which displayed a made up FAKE signature name, used by the driver. I can only assume the driver STOLE the package?! I must now, (yet again) go through the pain of dealing with customer service. I never have this issue with UPS. BUSINESSES, STOP USING FEDEX! They are consistently unreliable!
I have and the shipper has done many shipments from USA to Canada. The package was sent back to shipper 6 days before Fedex asked me to fill out paper work. Me nor the shipper have ever seen this paper work. I filled it out and sent it to Fedex only to find out the package was sent back a week earlier. This was the worst shipping experience I have ever had. After looking at the ratings here it will forever be ANYBODY BUT FEDEX

You really need to filter people you hire for the phone customer support. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND their accents! This is ridiculous, they sound like a joke! It makes it really hard to get help, so either make them do online chat support only, or else, it DOESN'T WORK!
Again, within 2 weeks, I have to deal with another delivery company without ethic. This time is Fedex. I'm happy at least we have company like UPS in America. I ordered the club jerseys for my son and he has game this Sunday. We suppose to get our package last Friday. My home's entry point is a little bit hard to find out. The delivery guy didn't give a good try and mark my address wrong address. I gave them a call and leave the detail notes. At Saturday, I didn't see my package again. When I called this morning, they are saying I didn't leave my unit #. I told them there is only one unit and everybody else can deliver stuff to my address. Now, my son will miss his game. This is crazy, How come a delivery guy can delay the delivery again and again just because he doesn't want to walk a couple of more steps. Fedex please improve your service. You can't let your employee make a decision to delay the delivery. It is an issue we have a monopoly business here. Less competence cause less care to customers.

Not one shipment this year has been on time and most shipment dates are inaccurately reported. We now avoid using FedEx... USPS is actually faster and more reliable.
In the last few weeks I have received two packages from Fed Ex. Each time they neglected to knock on the door, to send me a text, or to give me a call or even an email to say they had just dropped off the package at my door, taken a pic of it, and left - leaving the package sitting out in the wide open and easily ripped off. Both companies that sent the packages - Hewlett-Packard and Balance of Nature - told me they were going to lodge a complaint for me and that this happens all the time and they are getting ready to switch carriers. FED EX: IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAY IN THE DELIVERY BUSINESS THEN YOU HAVE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THE DELIVERY DUH DUH DUUUUUUUUUH! You are the worst delivery company on the planet and I hope you go bankrupt soon and put me out of my misery...

I am waiting for package that requires a signature. The update that I signed up for said it would be delivered yesterday. (Out for Delivery it said). So, I took the day off of work to stay home and wait for it. Late in the day the update said they tried delivering at 2:07PM. That is a DOWNRIGHT LIE! I can see the front door, plus I put a note on the door. NOBODY came here at 2:07pm. The update now says it will deliver today. Well you know what Fed Ex, thanks or wasting my entire day. I can't imagine lying to your customers like that. You are a disgrace and should be held accountable for lying to your customers and toying with their trust in you. I spent ALL DAY waiting for you and then you lie about coming here to deliver. $#*! YOU FED EX! Piece of $#*! of a company. I hope the CEO of Fed Ex sees this. What a discgrace to be associated with this company in any way at all.

STAY AWAY
Charged $390 for four small light items to Australia that had a value of $230. They put them into two huge boxes with 90% free space and refused to put them in one box because of "customer policy"

FedEx used to be the gold standard of shipping, but somewhere along the line they have turned into a completely inept operation.
I set up a vacation hold on my account using the delivery manager on their site. Two days after the vacation hold date started, they delivered a package. (We could see the package on our step via the security camera.) When contacted they said they had not made any deliveries to my address in 6 days. I had an email that arrived prior to my calling them that advised the delivery was made the day before I called. The agent also denied seeing any vacation hold placed on my account or for my address, although when I went on line, the hold was still in place. They also have been delivering packages with damage even worse than UPS (and that says a lot!) I started using Amazon prime because I read that they have their contract shippers dedicated to Amazon and what a difference. Timely, no damage. So it is clear it can be done. FedEx needs to figure out how Amazon's shipper does it.
I am beyond frustrated with fedex drivers, My 7 year old is smarter than most that come to my door. Is it seriously that difficult to ring a doorbell? If you knock like a girl do us a favor and RING THE DOORBELL! WE CANNOT SIGN FOR A PACKAGE IF WE CAN'T HEAR YOUR GIRLY KNOCK. I was informed that it would be re-delivered the following day... Guessing they don't know what "the next day" means either. I HATE BEING LIED TO. Get your $#*! together FEDEX!
I bought something from Walmart online, and it was sent over to FedEx for the delivery. FedEx gave me a delivery date and all of a sudden that they had no clue what happened to my order. I signed up for FedEx text message, FedEx manager to keep track of my order. My 6 year old nephew said to me that they must be stupid. I had to laugh, that a 6 year old can say that a delivery service are stupid. I'm supposed to go into the hospital on Friday the 10th of June for knee surgery. I'm am going to sue the hell out of FedEx for misinformation on delivery. The CEO is going to have to retire if I sue FedEx. So they better hope my item shows up on Wednesday the 8th of June or before I go into the hospital I will contact my lawyer and will sue FedEx for a lot of money.

I opened a case with the police who has videos, pictures, serial number of the stolen iPad, or with FedEx who doesn't give any solution and bestbuy who doesn't protect their customers so de they still charging me $1200 for an empty box!

Just be careful either buying from bestbuy who doesn’t protect their customers since I’m still dealing with them to get off that charge from my account or hiring FedEx services who first give solutions when their employers deliver empty boxes THAT EASY!!

It's Monday night at 2034 - I have had a package schedule since Saturday to be picked up. Just spoke to FedEx again, and they said "we will pick it up tomorrow". What a POS company!
On Feb 14th at 4 pm a fed ex driver refused to drive on I 78, and Instead took a local road d rt 22, created a 30 mile back up, driving 30miles per hour from shartlesville to allentown, pa. A 1 hour trip took me 2.5 hours because of this jackoff, and I missed valentines day dinner.
Absolutely appalling delivery service. Pathetic website. Constantly getting rescheduled delivery dates (5 of them till now) over half a month, and still no sign of the package.

Once again I have not received any packages. Then I found out that about 1 mile from my house in North Carolina the local FEDEX driver dumped all his packages in the woods in the Hawks Nest area, there were tons of packages in the woods. Of course FEDEX is trying to keep it hush hush. They actually fired the bum.
Fed ex is the worst company in America! They don't even have people in their call center who speak English. They don't care! The drivers are rouge worriers who disrespect white people in an overt way. They pile packaged against my door so I can't open it they leave packages out in the rain when all they have to do is walk couple of more steps to leave it under the porch. TERRIBLE PEOPLE! This company is a RACIST ANTI AMERICAN business run by diabolical haters of White America! STAY AWAY! We need to put these Chinese Communist out of business!

Just Horrible company. Now, ALL you get is someone you never spoke with apologizing for something they did not do. Or they know nothing about, I was issued pick up number, It was scheduled, and no one ever showed, It was a Friday, package to be there Monday, And yes, Was not picked up, They know nothing about it, But They are sorry, When I ask them about the pick up number and what happened, Again, "I am sorry but show nothing on my end," I am told, So they schedule it for 3 days later and give me a pick up number one digit off from the first pick up number. Years ago they would have looked into it, figured out what happened and then apologized, Now, "Sorry, We make a lot of money, We grew off your backs, TOO BAD SUCKERS, I AM SORRY," EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO UPS OR DHL, Getting to be cheaper and more dependable!
