My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
My experience with Bongo International has just been amazing.
I stumbled upon a site called Autopartswarehouse.com and tried to place an order for parts for my Ford Explorer and BMW760.
However since I was ordering from outside the USA I was redirected to place my order through Bongo International because they are the ones that handle international deliveries.
My first reaction was that of concern at the prospect of being swindled by online fraud stars.
I went ahead anyway and placed my order on Saturday 10th August 2013, received my confirmation and my spares were delivered to my door step on Tuesday 20th August 2013 in Lusaka, Zambia; that's 10 days later.
I now have so much comfort dealing with Bongo and never worry when I place an order through them.
I highly recommend anyone to try their service.
I waited home for a package. I received several updates that stated my package was arriving. For whatever reason my package was rescheduled and notes stated that I was not home. NOT TRUE! I attempted to contact a supervisor but was given the runaround. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They lied and didn't deliver when they should've.
All I can say is they need to learn North from South I've had 2 packages this week that said it was delivered here neither was one was delivered to the same house address as mine but on the north side we are on the south. We do not get along so well with those people they returned the first package to the POST OFFICE and it was perishable! I bet the same thing happened to my second package!
I tried another site (Shipito) and found them to just be giving me a run around and had HORRIBLE customer service! Bongo is the complete OPPOSITE! They are very prompt, professional and had great customer service! Bingo has gained another loyal customer!
Never on time running days behind if not weeks, sadly it's nothing new been this was for years I wished I could use other companies when I order online but sometimes I get stuck with this company... If you have the option to used another sender I would, if you are stuck with FED EX my apologies in advance someday you will get your package.
I paid my duties and taxes online as requested 2 days before delivery. Delivery woman came but would not leave the package saying it was not paid. Tried calling customer service, could not hear the other party, customer service took forever to connect, automated voice took me down a maze, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I ship very important document to india on dec 1,2021 (tracking **************) which FedEx said we will deliver on Tuesday dec 6,2021, it was very important document for me which cot a lot money to make them, i paid 127.00 to make this happen on time but can you believe that FedEx deliver those on next year January 1,2022 i made some request to please deliver those documents but then i have to have make another same document and mailed by usps they charge me a lot less money and deliver on time, I went back to fedex to just tell them i don't need these document any more, they said we are sorry we will refund the money but you have to wait untail we deliver these, ok i wait then i called to January 4th to get refund but the lady shock me we don't have money back guarantee and argue with me, what a joke.

I ordered a toaster from Bed Bath and Beyond. They shipped it on October 19th. It arrived in Oak Park, Michigan on October 20th. The tracking system says it was put on a truck for delivery to Grosse Ile, Michigan that same day. It is 9 days later and I still don't have the package. After many calls to many different numbers (none in Oak Park) nobody could tell me anything. They suggested calling Bed Bath and Beyond. That made no sense. The FedEx tracking system said it was in Oak Park. No one I talked to at FedEx could tell me anymore than the automated system. Further, there was no way to call the FedEx office in Oak Park. No one in the entire FedEx system could provide me with a phone number or transfer the call. If this is customer service than I am Santa Claus. I wouldn't ship a jar of dog poop with FedEx.
Was suppose to receive my package via FedEx Nov 12,2022. Instead it was dropped off at another resident where I doh't know but text showed it was dropped off at my residence. Same day a pkg was dropped off at my residence but it was not addressed to me. I live on SR 56 and the address on pkg was Kingston Pike. Called FedEx and they are looking into it but haven't heard anything yet. Expensive purchase but apparently someone else is enjoying my purchase. SO DISAPPOINTED IN FEX EX. How can a company do business this way. I remember yrs ago she you could depend on them but to now. Package said delivery tomorrow. Instead attempt was made today with no one home. No way to contact the driver despite being missed by minutes. Now next attempt not for four more days. UNACCEPTABLE.
1. The delivery manager feature does not work. Constant errors. Delivery instructions not saving.
2. Drivers do not follow delivery instructions and constantly leave packages in the wrong place. This happens because FedEx has nothing in place to hold drivers accountable. File a complaint every time a package is not left at your door, but you left instructions for it to be.
3. Drivers will refuse to deliver packages to certain apartments complexes. There is a driver in Berkeley CA that refuses to deliver packages to certain buildings. You will get a could not deliver one day after the other because the driver either doesn't know how to deliver to the Apt building or just refuses to. This happens on the weekends only and has consistently happened for 4 months. FedEx has no way to track this or hold drivers accountable. I have actually had to try and not have my packages delivered over the weekend because of this.
4. Customer service often does not know what they are doing and are providing the wrong information. Customer service cannot read your delivery notes, but many of them don't know this and will tell you you left no delivery notes. So frustrating.
5. "Opening an investigation" regarding your package is not an actual thing, but just a ways for customer service to temporarily make you feel better about multiple delays or delivery drivers refusing you deliver your packages. Don't believe them it's BS.
What happened to FedEx during the Pandemic? They have not been the same sense…
Terrible, Bessemer Al can't walk another 20 feet to my front door, these people shouldn't be working for anyone. They are too lazy and always deliver to my garage, like who's at my garage 10 feet from the road and walkers. LAZY WORKERS
Long story short - Rep from FedEx in Springfield, I'll called me on Friday to ask about an undeliverable address in Jacksonville, IL. I told her that it had been sent to Springfield by mistake - must have been a drop ship mixup between billing address and shipping address. I mentioned that it was a birthday present for a 9 year old. Guess what - she facilitated overnight shipping and it was in Bozeman MT the next day, right on time I might add! Thanks Springfield, IL FedEx!
I went to Fedex office and dropped off a package for overnight delivery on Saturday Sept. 9th. They said delivery already went out and it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday and charged me $155.17 for shipment. I was back at office on Monday Sept. 11th and picked up package and took it to the Orland Park Post Office. They charged me only $48.75 and it was delivered the next day. Fedex has yet to refund my charges for a package that was never delivered. When the CEO of a company makes over 13 million a year I guess $155.17 doesn't mean anything to them. To me it's theft as I picked up the package!

I didn't use fedex for a delivery but they sure did a good job backing into my brand new car (3000km on it)! Left me having to drive around for months with a dented car. How embarrassing!
Fed Ex are an absolute disgrace - they have a massive backlog and still taking customers parcels and money without informing them of the 10+ days wait. I had sent documents to enable our accountants in the USA to pay staff payroll for this week and instead of informing me that they had a 10 day+ delay and giving me the opportunity to use another carrier they took the docs and left them sitting at Stanstead AIRPORT for the last 5 days with a further 10 days delay - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - SERVICE IS APPALLING AND FED EX CANNOT IN MY VIEW BE TRUSTED WITH IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

This company used to be good but unfortunately I cannot get a package on time with them anymore. They have a bot that doesn't help one bit on the website and a phone line that constantly rings.
Worst service always, never deliver on time take week two weeks if u call them say we try deliver no one home lair I was home all day try don't use Fedex

Made the mistake of sending my holiday shopping there gearing up for Christmas. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I BEG OF YOU. Once they have your mail hostage they charge you a completely insane amount (over $600 USD in my case when the combined individual merchants shipping was half of that). They will charge you based on the volume of the boxes they receive, do not believe the misleading claim that you will save money because they consolidate your orders. This is FALSE. What in fact happens is they lower their own shipping costs by consolidating the order whilst charging you for shipping volume over and above what is sent. I have never had a good experience and usually stay away if something states FedEx is bringing it. I ordered a dresser that was supposed to come September 15th. That night when I checked up on my package it stated they tried to deliver but I wasn't home or the place was closed. That's a lie because my apartment is not gated nor did I receive a knock on my door or a sticky stating they tried. Then it stayed it should be delivered the 16th but it never came and stated the 17th. Get a text that it was delivered so I go outside and I have nothing once again. Decided to go to the main floor of the building and there the box was all banged up. I don't have an issue that it was just brought into the building BUT LET ME KNOW.
Just horrible customer service. Had a package that was suppose to be delivered. Was in the shower the 1st day they missed me 2nd day i was checking tracking information and at 9:30 am there was an event saying they missed me at 11:30 that afternoon. Which was 2 hours later. And i was watching the door untill all moring till i got that message. Didnt get it till tuesday because sunday and monday are non delivery days. They need boycoted till they can adjust their service model.
