My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
Paid extra for express shipping and when my package arrives in my own city in the morning they push back the delivery date. Garbage company would never recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible
I'm so overwhelmed about fedex o though was a responsible company but lately in dallas texaa everything get missing before they delivery I got exercise equipment got lost or stolen in fedex position and them I was so happy I got some shoes just got released and they got los or stolen in fedex position they need to find out what's going on with fedex I thought was responsible company never again gonna request my packages thru fedex

Been waiting for my medication since last week. I called fed-x so many times. First they don't know were it is then, story after story. If I don't get today I have to go to the E. R
Their on-line support is too complicated and unclear. And after waiting half an hour on the phone for a live person, I was given inaccurate information and then the guy hung up on me.
Schedule home delivery of 9-1 delayed to actually 9-6. The final leg was less than 300 miles and took 4 days. If the delivery time frame is not a factor use FedEx home delivery.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered the 8th of june in Belgium, but it was instead only delviered to the FedEx center at 10 minutes away from the delivery place; I was then told that the delivery would have been done the following day, but when I checked the tracking the day after I discovered that the parcel was shipped to France for reasons beyond my understanding and it is still there up to today (the 13th), with the customer service telling me that they have no control on it or telling me to "call them in the afternoon for updates" while they just wanted to get rid of my call. Worst service ever.

Driver speeding through development and driving through lawns with their trucks. Total lack of respect and the 800# didn't care! Needs to be addressed.
With Amazon's amazing same day and next day delivery setting the standard, the once mighty FEDEX can't even seem to get into the Game. My past horrible experience with "FEDEX Home" should have been warning enough BUT.
My sprinkler system failed (during a drought and 100°+ temperature). I ordered the part from a company that uses FEDEX Ground. The delivery was quoted at 6 days. Looking at FEDEX's tracker, I saw the package had arrived in just 3 days at the local FEDEX at 6:18 AM on Saturday.
It sat in that warehouse all day Saturday and all day Sunday (yes FEDEX claims to deliver in my area on weekends). It was picked up at 3:34 AM for delivery "before the end of the day"! I'm still waiting and really unhappy that they couldn't (like UPS and Amazon) give me a time of delivery.
I will never again order from anyone who ships with FEDEX.

These people are the absolute worst. I don't know what's happened to them as they used to be the best. They've gone from first place to last place in my book. I had a package shipped to me that I need it today Friday and it was scheduled for Friday. I called Fedex four times trying to get them to leave it at the distribution center so I could pick it up because I didn't trust your delivery after having bad experiences with Fedex. My package is scheduled for delivery between 10 and 2 o'clock. I had signed up for notifications in regards to my package. After the package didn't come around 2 o'clock I noticed they had change the time to end of day now. They never notified me like they were supposed to just sit in the day now a few minutes before 5 o'clock. I get a notification. My package won't be delivered today. It's gonna be delivered tomorrow. I called Fedex immediately. I called five times and I got five different answers. The reality of it is they took my package off the truck this morning at 9 AM and never notified me so I wasted entire day waiting for a package that I needed and it was sitting at their office that I could've gone and gotten they lie to you they have. Outsource their call Center to a foreign country and they have no problems lying to you. So now I am totally screwed because I need this package this evening and there's no guarantee I can get it tomorrow and now they tell me I can't even go pick it up please whatever you do stay the hell away from Fedex they are miserable. They are absolutely horrific. If I could give zero stars, I would. They don't even deserve one star.

Walked into their FedEx/Kinkos location and was greeted with a smile. Really helped me out with my printings. Overall pretty good experience. Would definitely come back.
I used Fedex services 11 July 2023, because I bought 2 Roof Boxxer helmets from the Dutch online marketplace chromeburner.com and they delivered my package to my country, Indonesia.
I am very disappointed with Fedex for being able to release my package despite my strong suspicions without proper export documents.
22 July 2023, I realized this after researching the package I received and it turned out that there were no documents: COMMERCIAL INVOICE, PACKING LIST & CERTIFICATE of ORIGIN. Even though these 3 documents can be requested directly from the seller/exporter when they pick up my package at their warehouse. These three documents are the forerunner to the issuance of Airway Bill (AWB#*******234) by Fedex.
In the end, because of this messy document, I, as a purchaser, was charged by customs in my country 220% -235% more than what I should have paid, without me being able to do anything about it.

I got a "Delivery Notification", that our $800 custom order was Delivered to another address!
They accepted a signature (required for it's importance) but FedEx has NOT EVEN BEEN ON OUR PROPERTY today!
So the driver blatantly ignored the NAME AND ADDRESS! How poorly can you do your job?!
We have to wait 24-48 hours for a call back, for something that can't be replaced.
I asked "WHERE TF IS IT?! SO I CAN JUST GO GET IT MYSELF" but "they can't give that information".
Absolute worst experience I've ever had with any delivery service, and looking at other reviews this is actually quite common. Our company fir one, will NEVER, EVER, use FedEx to ship ANYTHING after this. They cost well more than the $800 order cost, with absolutely no recourse or concern. NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!
I placed an order for items that it turns out weren't suitable to ship internationally. The money was back in my account and an email explaining the situation arrived within days. Good job.

FedEx is the most unreliable awful delivery company out there. Why do they still get business? I have a package coming that requires a signature and they told me the scheduled delivery date was a HOLIDAY ALL THEIR FACILITIES AND DEIVERS WERE NOT WORKING AT ALL. I gave up my holiday sitting at home waiting for a package and then when it didn't show up on time I had to navigate their awful phone tree until I spoke to a representative, who said he would patch me through to his manager who would call me back within an hour. Call never happened. Absolutely the worst service I've ever dealt with. Horrible business they should all be ashamed of themselves you can clearly tell no one at this company takes an ounce of pride in their work.

Saturday 24th Aug at 7:04am, sms message from FedEx states my parcel will be delivered "today".
The FedEx online tracker says "in transit, delivery before 6pm".
After 6pm I check Amazon, who are updated by the courier, which states "in transit, delivery before 8pm".
After 8pm I used the FedEx tracker on the phone, l which tells me, "in transit, delivery before 12am"
It is now Tuesday 27th and there's been no delivery so I called to speak to an advisor who didn't care in the slightest, in fact the exact response I got was "yes don't worry it will come today". When I asked how to formally complain she said "I will put note on system".
This is not good enough FedEx, you have a horrendous customer service and no reliability what so ever. I won't be using you again and nor will my friends, colleagues or business partners.
I recently moved to Texas and I have never successfully received any mail from FedEx (out of 3 packages). Only one did I have a tracking number for, and it says delivered when I did not receive anything. I've called to open an investigation and opened a claim, both of which were not followed up. I'm not sure why, but it seems all the recent reviews are negative, while I didn't have any issues from FedEx several years ago, but right now, I have 0 trust in them.
A coworker also said, "I just watched a FedEx delivery guy pull up to our driveway, take about three steps, then chuck the package into the gravel at the side of the driveway. No where even CLOSE to the front porch. The box was torn up," which is what finally lead me to post this negative review.
Edit: I have finally found my 3 packages. The fault actually lies with my apartment system as I'm supposed to get an email when something arrives in the package lockers (having entered my email incorrectly), but packages were delivered as expected at least. However customer service could still have been better in resolving this by simply following up the investigation and just telling me it was delivered to the lockers. 1 star updated to 3 stars since delivery is as expected.
My order was placed on a Friday didn't receive it till late on the following Monday even then I was estimated at 8-12 and didn't receive my package till 5 pm on next day delivery! They transferred my package to 2 different states before coming to my state instead of the Fed ex building close to my city I officially HATE Fed ex it's run by idiots go ups don't go Fed ex
