My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
These guys are running a fraud on their site. They will overcharge you through the nose once you ship with them. Don't walk away from them... RUN AWAY!
I received emails that a package I ordered was to be delivered 4/13 but they delayed shipment until 4/15 and then another delayed date! They screw customers over!

I am so upset that my medication didn't arrive at my apartment. Reach back out to FedEx n the the lady say that he took my package to the wrong address… I am beyond PISSED off! I prefer UPS over FedEx anytime n any day. FedEx customer service isn't great at ALL!
Worst service ever I've moved to my apartment and I've been here for one month now my packages my furniture that has came through FedEx has become missing, opened and lost in transit. Now I'm trying to return my furniture back to the seller since I now have an incomplete set since FedEx lost parts of my furniture, the driver comes to pick up the package but because FedEx messed up and did not give him all the details. The driver then leaves without saying anything did not take any of the package that was scheduled to be picked up. He says he will call manager and be right back in a second and then runs off as I close my door to wait for him to come back. This was at 1:42pm driver never came back and I contact FedEx customer service line since it was 2:30pm and driver has not come back and they basically did nothing. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. They're telling me that I just have to sit here and wait until the end of the day to see if the driver comes back and basically said forget me, and it is what it is because the driver is still within the estimated pick up window time even though the driver already came here did not pick up the scheduled items that should've been picked up and just left without saying anything.
Ordered on Costco Online in Mexico. Delivery is by Fedex, It shipped from Mexico City on 30 January and arrived PV on 2 February. So far I thought it good service but it has sat in PV now for 4 days and FedEx propose that they deliver on 15 February, 9 days from now. It has to travel 45 km, so 14 days to travel 45 km on a 2 day delivery service sounds like a service that doesn't care for the customer
The experience at the store was ok, however despite being provided supporting documents with the exact content, my package was not received until 4th Aug from July 24th.I paid $131 for a package which I couldn't benefit from due to the delayed delivery. What was most disappointing was the UK office sent a letter asking for details of content(where is the urgency).They then called days after to ask for the same information. They wrote a letter instead of calling. Adding to all this, the number provided in the letter does not allow me to provide the information, it sends me to the online portal. This service level was a total mess. I needed the content urgently that's why I sent it via FedEx and NOT mail. I had to spend extra to obtain the contents due to this delay. The online portal is also frustrating. It tells you you are #20 in queue, so I waited for 48 minutes with my last position at #9 for about 23 minutes. Disconnected and tried it again and the same thing happened. Don't use FedEx if you want something urgently. Back to UPS I go. I am still very upset with FedEx and until now I can't find anywhere to report my dissatisfaction.
DO NOT USE FEDEX! You will regret it. There customer service is atrocious! I believe there head office is located somewhere in Malaysia, even though you call a number saying it's in your local country, you get transferred over there. They didn't understand what questions I was asking and unfortunately they were completely useless at resolving my issue. Emailing fedex? Wouldn't waste your time. Tried to cancel my order but for some reason they sent my package without me giving final approval for it to be sent, they then slapped on all the customs, duties and taxes fees after they sent it. When I wanted to cancel my order they refused or didn't bother, they would reply saying 'its not our responsibility to inform you of the customs fees and we don't give you any pricing on how much it will cost', yet when they sent it from there facility they sent the fees straight away AFTER they sent it. Looks very dodgy to me and I think it is just a big scam $$$ for them to make some quick cash. I would question customer service on this and they deflected it or just talked nonsense about something else. I will never ever use fedex again! I have told everyone I know to stay away from this company, I know many people with big businesses that rely on sending packages, and have informed them about fedex miss trust and FRAUD, they will not be using there services ever again. Thank you for making me $300 out of pocket and I hope you get karma for the way you run your businesses and the way you treat your customers.

I ordered a book from Routledge, US to Canada. They shipped with right information of my home address. The book was scheduled to arrive in my Canadian address within three days. But, they delayed one day in the US facility without any reason. Then, they delayed one day in Canada. Then, the tracking information showed that the item was out for delivery and will be delivered within 3 hours. I waited at home to grab the book for five hours. Nothing appeared on sight.
Then, after 7 hours, the tracking information showed that the item could not be delivered due to incorrect address (though the address I provided to the book publisher was 100% correct.) Then, I contacted the customer service twice. Both times, the service agents could do nothing except begging apologies. They said the delivery item was returned because there was no street number. It was so funny because without having proper address why did they pick up the item to deliver and where were they trying to deliver.
The book was so important for an event, but it was missed. On the other hand, they did not allow me to pick up the item at the FedEx facility nearby my place (15 min drive). I never used FedEx before, and I will never use it's service again. I never recommend its service to anyone. Just live it, and use Canada Post that's way better and responsive. Very frustrating experience.

The woo look worse served ever I was waiting for a package since 7 am and they said they came at 8:59 am they never did I keep calling them all day they told me they were gonna deliver the package again at the end of the day it's 7:29 pm and nothing I can't go to get it because I'm a disabled person and I told them now I don't know where is the package they don't give me any updates and the documents I was waiting for are really important that's why they send it to me over night every time I call they just keeping telling the same thing so now I don't know what to do

I had a Minnie Minoso White Sox Charity Bobblehead shipped out to me on August 15th 2022. Now it has unnecessarily been shipped to Lake Forest, IL. And then to New Berlin, Wisconsin. And now I have to wait 24 more hours.
They are such a logistical BONER I would never ship with them. Maybe they can ship a package to Germany and the Germans will buy their "it's late because it's so far" BS but when you can't ship a 4lb shoe box across 4 states in 8 days, you're just an incompetent loser. I own the Duluth Candy Company and was expecting a delivery of chocolate on Thursday June 10th at my shop. The weather was 90 degrees outside, Fedex was going to deliver to my house, so we had to go through all the hoops of getting the address changed to the business, which FedEx did NOT want to do even though my business is 4 miles away from my home. Friday, no delivery, Saturday, no delivery. I checked the tracker for updates and it said expect delivery on Tuesday! Seriously? Tuesday! I attempted several calls to FedEx, there automated system is designed to keep you from talking to anyone! Finally the tracker update is saying expect delivery Monday. I have a considerable amount of money tied up in chocolate that has been sitting all weekend in there dam Warehouse in the heat!
DO NOT USE FEDEX, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE!
My item was shipped from London to the USA. The package left the facility and traveled to Memphis Tennessee, where it cleared international import. A day later, my shipment went from "will be delivered on X date" to "pending". "The package has no contents" so magically my box, which left the facility with a good amount of weight in it, got to fedex import where they probably open packages and all of a sudden it's empty? It's not only this, it is the fact that they didn't even bother updating the tracking to "package will not be delivered" or anything. Just sat and waited. Even better, we paid for international priority ($$$) which YOU CANNOT GET REIMBURSED by the company. So they know they cannot fulfill their promises but will charge you anyways! Now we will have to submit a claim, which will probably take weeks as Fedex doesn't seem to care about their business or their customers only to have my wife's custom-made gift to be late (if we will ever get it at all); absolute trash of a company.

I ordered a phone sim card for another service. Had it mailed 2day mail. Now it has been close to two weeks. Last I've found it chilling drinking a beer at the Bessemer Alabama facility for the last five days. I actually called them to check on it and they went straight to the package and said it has not been processed yet. Of coarse I said, YOUR STANDING RIGHT THERE BY IT. PROCESS IT. Every single time I get something through FedEx, it ALWAYS gets delayed. I never ship something with FedEx myself. Not to meantion this last time (today) I get a notification "incorrect address" it was 100% correct. I called up the 1-800 number and it took me forever to finally get to someone. Once I did I verified everything, then the guy said "okay I'll mark that it is correct and get it delivered." "So I should get it today?" "Nope, it's been rescheduled for tomorrow". So, not only did it get delayed two days, but it was already a replacement part from a warranty from an item FedEx delayed 3 days and threw it in the snow. The package is small enough to fit in my mailbox which was 20 feet in front of the driver, closer to them than my front door. Long story short I order an item, it gets delayed in Chicago 3 days, sits in snow and freezing cold for several hours because it got delivered while I was asleep and got the delivered notification hours later. The items battery was shot, and my replacement gets delayed 2 days in Chicago. And the driver didn't want to deliver it so he marked it "incorrect address", making me wait another day according to support, but my tracker now says Tuesday(today is Saturday). Originally shipped out of Oceanside California. If I could rate it a. 5 that would be my official rating. 0.5 stars.

I had home delivery, they left me a message where to pick up on the mailbox because they didn't want to go up to the 4th floor. This is not the first time.
Package shipped 2-day on Nov9th has been sitting in Flint MI since 7:35am Nov 11th and as of 11:35 Nov 14th still has not moved for delivery. Forget talking with a live agent. I will no longer purchase anything that will use Fedex as a shipper. Its UPS or USPS from now on.
