Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

I visited 7927 Forest Ln Suite A1, Dallas, TX ******* to have a package shipped to oster clipper company Aug 26th My package was never shipped or either lost the supervisor doesn't know but I wasn't notified in time to file a claim know I have to suffer the losses. I really believe one of the workers may have took instead of shipping the employees and staff all slack & lack professionalism & basic customer service skills, I warn you before using this location to handle your packages!

I work at a fortune 500 videogame company that requires weekly covid tests, which are ordered courtesy of the company to our front door with next day shipping through fedex. I have ordered 6 (SIX!) of them in the past week. All of them say they got delivered in the tracking info. None of them actually made it here, though, unless they're invisible. And so now I'm missing a week of work to try to get this s**t sorted out. My dream job may end up gone because I can't work the crunch hours that I need to because some idiot at fedex can't figure out where the packages need to end up. I thought they were being stolen at first (don't know why anyone would do this, these tests are worthless unless you have the barcode number required to send them back to the company that makes them so you can get your results). But no, One was due to be delivered today, on my day off, and I staked out the front door, looking through the peephole all morning. Lo and behold, I get an update that it was delivered at noon, but there I am, watching my front door, and nobody is there. Checked all around the building and no package anywhere.

I seriously, utterly, and with every fiber of my being, hate fedex, and if I lose my job over this will be hitting up my lawyer to see what can be done regarding the fact that this is fedex's fault. 1 star is too many. When I find out what caused these packages to go missing, and if it truly wasn't fedex's fault, I will delete this review. If it's still up in a week you'll know it WAS their fault.

If a package has duties due, The carrier has to call in advance and gain the charges.
Fed Ex leave the package and run then send an invoice much later, this is not right shame on you Fed Ex

Far too often "Scheduled Delivery Today" is a nice notion, but not a fact with regard to correct tracking status. Even "On Vehicle for Delivery Today" may not mean it will make it off of that vehicle today. Here in the Pacific Northwest anything that says your package is in Troutdale Oregon (suburb of Portland) really means that it will be delayed another day or two, that is if it didn't just go there to die.

It is a daily competition between USPS, UPS, and FedEx as to which service I have the greatest distain.

Tip for consumers:
If you can tell your shipper not to use FedEx, do it.

My brother in law sent a legal document from FEDEX Quezon City Philippines to our address in Calgary AB Canada on August 27,2022. I keep on checking the Tracking and its always "In Transit". It's been 3 weeks now and the package has not yet arrive.
When I called their 1-800 number, the reply was that my brother in law has to call FEDEX so the package can move from their facility in Ontario. Seven days ago prior to this, the driver conclude wrong address without communicating with me either by voice or text message or email.
The package has only 5 days to stay in Calgary facility and without anyone claiming it will be returned to Sender from Ontario. The package is now "detained" in Ontario and the sender has to pay for the package to return to him. This is the worst service FEDEX has. Please DONOT USE FEDEX SERVICE. It is a day light robbery of more than P2,000 pesos. DEFINITELY NO STAR RATING

Be carefull!

I didnt see at first, but there NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM. On their webpage, where is written contact you can click all you want, but it will only show you the frequently asked questions, you cannot get an email or phone number.

On friday I had received 4 parcels so I went on "Ship all" and shipped them to me. Surprise! They only shipped 2 parcels, and now probably I will have to pay again to ship the other two. I tried facebook and Twitter to see if they answer me, hopefully before the order is shipped and all products can be included on it

Also, they give you an option to post your order on facebook and get a discount, but they post it with all the pictures from your order!

Kentucky does have some antiquated laws regarding alcohol shipments due to the bourbon lobbyists in Frankfort; however the law does state that Kentucky residents may ship wine to themselves at their homes or businesses. Yet, despite this being legal there is someone in a position of power at the Jeffersonville, IN station (that happens to be the gatekeeper into Louisville area of Kentucky) that has a major issue with alcohol and will not allow it to be delivered through his station. This person has lied and said that the sending party (myself?) had recalled the package as it was shipped in error, then when sending a second time lied and said that the package was an "improper shipment" and returned again. When I pressed for the true detail of why this package could not be delivered to me this person lied and said a revised law went into effect last Thursday (if so then why did he refuse to deliver a package last Tuesday?) that prohibits any shipment of alcohol into Kentucky. There is not a "new law" nor was the package recalled. FedEx needs to get to the bottom of employees pushing personal views and vendettas based on personal and/or religious beliefs upon the paying clients of FedEx. I'm certain UPS will be happy to accept my business from now on.

In general, FedEx is not very reliable. When you look up the tracking number, they give you an estimated date that's sooner than you would expect. But then they change it to a later date. Then they change it again. And we're not talking Covid or recent supply chain/employee shortage issues, this has been happening for several years.

Last week I requested that my husband's prescription from Walgreens be mailed instead of picking it up (supposed to be delivered within 1-2 days). BIG mistake because the day after it was ordered the tracking showed it was in the neighboring town. Now, 7 days later, it's "delayed." The rep from Walgreens was very apologetic and said there was a whole batch of prescriptions that FedEx can't seem to find. They tried requesting a refill from the doctor's office, but the doctor didn't authorize it because it wasn't time. So I'm on the phone on hold waiting for the doctor's office. Then Walgreens will have to request an exception from the insurance company for a lost prescription. What a headache! I should have paid attention and never requested delivery since it was from FedEx.

It's true. I can't prove the Fed Ex driver made a mistake and delivered my package to someone else. I can't prove he took my package home and kept it. I can't even prove I didn't receive the package but I know (I didn't). I can however prove that he didn't ring my doorbell because he told me he didn't have time to ring doorbells. He has too much work. I do an unusual amount of business (on line). The companies I deal with use UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. I will no longer do business with a company who uses Fed Ex and I'll let them know why. It may take me three or four months to cost Fed Ex as much money as they cost me, (by myself). However, I have many friends and relatives. I'll make sure they all know what Fed Ex did to me. I'm sure Fed Ex thinks a company as big as theirs considers a million dollars to be insignificant and I wholeheartedly agree. Even if I could influence several hundred people to stop using Fed Ex, it would take years to cost this company that much. Please note, my goal is not to cost Fed Ex a million dollars. My goal is to put the company out of business. It's a worthy cause. I'm retired. What else do I have to do? Bob.

I consistently have issues with this company no matter what I am having delivered. My deliveries are constantly delayed. Recently we have a food delivery service that uses FedEx as their delivery company, and the packages continue to get delayed long enough that the cold packaged food has to be thrown out. I get updates in the middle of the day that the package that was already on the truck for delivery at 5am is now delayed for several (4) days. When I contact them I am told lies such as the driver attempted to deliver. When I have been home all day AND the tracking update specifically states that no attempt for delivery was made. One time I was told that because there was no one else near me with a package that my package was delayed 2 days to make the distance worth it. I do not live out in the country. I live in a town. I am often told that I need to make a chain of calls and waste my own time to find out what is going on with my package. When given a choice I would NEVER use Fedex if I could.

I was tracking my package. On Saturday it was out for delivery, but I get a message we were closed at 2:39 p.m., we were open till 8 p.m. that night. On Sunday they said they could not deliver because we were closed, ONLY PROBLEM IS FEDEX DON'T DELIVER OUT HERE ON THE WEEKENDS. Now on Monday my package is out for delivery and I watch the fed ex truck drive past the house, I call fed ex and get told that my package will now be delivered on Tuesday. STAY TUNE FOR THE UPDATES AND AVOID SHIPPING FEDEX AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT!

I paid for overnight shipping. My package was supposed to be delivered last night by 8 p.m. It was not. I called the 800 number and was told that they would contact the driver that it would be here today no later than 8 p.m. I insisted that I would meet the delivery driver to pick up my package because it is for a business that I am doing a repair on. However, the first representative I spoke to, lied and told me she would contact the driver and they would give me a call. After an hour and a half went by, I called the 800 number again to be told by the second representative, that the first lied to me, that they were not allowed to contact the delivery driver. So he reached out to my local service center. I was still told that it would be here by 8 p.m. I have been trying to get the local service centers phone number so I can call them. It is not posted online. There is no way for me to call the Distribution Center. This can cause me to lose a commercial account. This is not acceptable and I will never use FedEx again. The simple solution would have been to have this service center call me or allow me to call the service center so I could meet the delivery driver and pick up my package. So I could drive the two hours away to my commercial account incomplete my job. But FedEx is not accommodating my request

Tip for consumers:
Local phone numbers are not posted online and they are not allowed to give customers that information. You cannot call the delivery drivers, even if they failed to deliver on time. You will spend hours searching online for local center phone numbers to no avail.

Twice in 12 days
FedEx used to be the Gold Standard of shipping NOT anymore If you have a choice go Brown
As I stated, twice in 12 days they have blamed "High Volume" of Business to BS their way out of Delivering when the stated that they.
Useless Customer Service BS's their by saying that. What the ever living Fuk!
YOUR Website says that I will get my package TODAY. Yet you show it 25 hours away in another State. WTF FedEx? Seriously, if you cannot keep your promises get OUT of the delivery Business.
This is Twice in 12 Days YOUR website says that the Package will be delivered, when it's 1-5 States away. Stop the Lying.

I'm having problems with FedEx. I did express to get my package delivered may 13 or 14 on the May 13 it said it was on its way by the end of the day but it never came on May 14 it says pending. When we called customer service they're saying that they never shipped it they just created a label and so I called the shipper they said they already did. Customer service was not helpful at all this is important documents and now it's May 20 and I still haven't received my package it's still saying pending.

My sister had a delivery with the same company and they used FedEx to ship her package. But her situation she got her package but I never did and when I use her tracking number it says pending and then I called customer service about it and they're saying that the shipper never shipped it her item but they did and she received her package but it says pending. I asked about that and they were confused they had no questions no answer

I had to cancel my flight twice because I didn't get my papers on time and I really don't know what to do can somebody please help me what did you guys do to get your package back

I Paid for overnight shipping for next day delivery by 4:30 PM, the driver said he or she attempted to deliver the package@ 5:15 PM but was unable to because the car dealer was "closed" which is impossible because the dealership was open until 7:00 PM,

In the year 2021 when there was a lockdown and all the shops are closed in Germany, I decided to bring some of my needy things which included some dresses for my family
As you can find in the invoice list.

The price total amount of all the materials is sent is ******* INR (188.63 Euro today date) and paid 6685 INR (79.85) as shipping cost.

I was not informed regarding any extra cost which I need to pay after shipping the material here in Germany.

But in December 2021, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, I receive a Bill of 122.02 Euro to pay which is not expected.
The items are worth 188.63 euros but shipping (79.85 euros, paid in India) + extra payment + late payment charges come to 211 euros.
Had I any idea before that the shipment cost would be so much higher than items worth, I would never have thought to get items from India.

As a customer, I feel completely cheated and humiliated by FedEx Express Deutschland GmbH.
Being such a high-class service provider, I was not aware if this is what customer satisfaction in your terms means.

Tip for consumers:

Fed Ex conducts and supports Forgery and Insurance Fraud Don't Use.
Sent a computer, insured it with signature confirmation at the local FED EX on Broad and Libbie in Richmond, Va. Tracked it and saw was delivered. Called the recipient, my 70 year old mother; and she looked and found it outside. The tracking stated that a signature was taken. The driver signed her name. Called the store that directed me to customer service... 30 mins on hold and nowhere online to reach out. Called the Fed Ex store back Asst. Manager said they only take the money it goes into someone else's pocket. I then talked to the the manager who agreed this was serious and also agreed to meet me the next day to refund the cost of the insurance. Next day I called to make sure he was there and he gave me the run around saying he didn't have access to the records. BS. And told me to call Customer Service. It is Forgery and Insurance Fraud. If the package had been lost they would have claimed to have had a signature. The same thing happened a week before when we received a FED EX insured package. We got it but it was left outside and didn't sign for it. Please reach out to Consumer Affairs if this happens to you, I am.

We were gone and had our six ft. Fence locked. The driver ingeniously wrap our delivery in plastic and hung it on the highest point of fence. Greatly appreciated!

FedEx is the worst. Most of the time I receive my packages days after the initial delivery date. I am going to start boycotting any company that uses FedEx.

I have tried multiple times to submit a claim for a delayed delivery from Fed Ex. There has been absolutely no follow-up from Fed Ex. They simply ignore you. They ask you to submit a claim on-line, you do this and then do not hear anything from them for weeks on end. It is impossible to speak to a real person. They want you to do everything on-line which ensures you will not get any help whatsoever. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

With any other courier, mistakes and problems arise, but not too often. With Fedex it is the norm to the extent that I have never had a positive experience with them.
Their tracking is at best a guesstimation and their delivery options are apparently only for show as they are utterly unable to act on them. From being unwilling to hold packages at location, to holding packages on the other side of the city from the requested location, any time I have attempted make arrangements for deliveries when I was unavailable they have been beyond unhelpful. My worst experience was waiting at home for a package, sitting by the front window, and getting a notification that delivery was attempted when a fedex truck hadn't even driven down the street.
I've tried giving them multiple chances, but I am finally convinced that under no circumstance is using fedex as a courier worth the headache. I'd rather walk to the other side of the country and back to pick up a package than try having fedex deliver it.

Never use Fedex

Contacted FedEx to request a late delivery was informed that the late delivery request is not up to them but up to the asked if package could be left without signature being explained that was not allowed but informed me I could pay for a scheduled delivery or I can pick up but I would have to lift my Arcade by myself

Federal Express is the absolutely worse delivery service there is. They can not deliver packages in a timely manner. They are always delayed. They have to be extremely disorganized. When you do speak to a real person, they want you to contact the company you bought your merchandise from. WHAT! They did their part and shipped it. Fed Ex just can't deliver. I will no longer shop at companies that use Federal Express. I just called and cancelled an order from Vitacost. The first order packaged was damaged, so Vitacost reshipped. They have delayed this order now for the 3rd time. I explained what happened and Vitacost refunded my money and I suggested they consider using a different shipping company. As I stated, I will no longer shop at companies that use Federal Express. Had a experience a few months back with Walmart where package was delayed, delivered to wrong address in another state and I have not ordered from Walmart since then and will not. Federal Express sucks. Not worth the headache.
