Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

I had ordered a brand new phone and laptop that was supposed to be delivered on 6/6/2022 at 6pm 6 pm rolls around and its still not here 8pm rolls around and it says end of day end of day comes as im currently writing this post and guess what IT STILL ISNT HERE it shows it hit my city at 6am this morning it does not take 13 hours to deliver to my house so i called and they said oh it wont be here till the next day I PAID FOR OVER NIGHT SHIPPING NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE TO SEND IT BACK BECAUSE IT BROKE THEY CANT EVEN DELIVER ON TIME

Tip for consumers:
dont use fedex the usps or ups is far superior they keep contact and also deliver on promised times

Every time I have something shipped by FedEx it arrives late. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Not once have they ever delivered anything on time. The latest thing I ordered, the vendor only offered FedEx or else I would have chosen a different logistics company. 2nd class mail would have been faster and I paid for 2nd day air from FedEx. It's been sitting at the local center in Tucson for 5 days now. The website says every day that it will be delivered that day but it doesn't show up. I HATE FEDEX WITH A PASSION. They are the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

Tip for consumers:
Use USPS OR UPS. FedEx is a horrible company. It's a shame they call themselves an American company.

They continuously break well packaked items,do not honor insurance,do not refund shipping costs or insurance costs the company is a joke and should not be in business. Shameful

A purchase shipped FedEx on March 11,2022 was marked as received in GA, moved 3 times in GA, then has not moved again in GA since March 12,2022. Called customer service to reach one of the most rude agents they must have this morning. She told me because the seller chose Ground Economy this is why the package has not been delivered. Today is March 21. She didn't even make any kind of attempt to help locate this item. She told me to file a claim.
I tried to file a claim and the system won't allow me to file a claim. Only the seller can file a claim. Contacted seller and they don't file claims. They just start the order over again — and ship with FedEx again.

What a racket. FedEx has become unreliable, and less than helpful. The package was scanned in their facilities in GA 3 times within 24 hours. Yet they can't find it? Wouldn't there be a scan when delivered? Does anyone check scans that are open after so long?

And now, the item is in backorder status at the seller end with no known date for re-stocking. FedEx, please do your job. You were paid to deliver. So deliver. I paid. Seller shipped. FedEx failed. Again.

Tip for consumers:
Save yourself the headache. Use a different carrier. Even if it it carrier pigeon or pack mule. FedEx is not what they once were by a long shot.

Scanned into FedEx facility in Georgia 3 times in 24 hours. Then? NOTHING. No updates, no movement. No help from their customer service. What a waste of time, money and effort FedEx has become.

I was furious when I found out I had to pay $83.00 to return a picture that I bought from Wayfair. FedEx is such a ripoff and hopefully I don't have to use them.

The worst experience thus far. Faulty/ false advertisement website tracker. My sender sent out my tracking number. Within minutes I created a FedEx account online. Not knowing i would be in for a rude awakening. Day before delivery in the evening Nov 21st 2021, the website stated my package has officially arrive to the Newark Nj facility, and would be delivered next day Nov 22nd 2021 no later than 8pm. On Nov 22nd at 10am I checked the website to see if my package has left, the website stated for almost 11 hours that my package was being shipped to Memphis, TN lol when I live in NJ. 3 hours before delivery time website updates & says package is now in Newark. When I call fedex I was told that they were sorry for their mistake and my package won't be delivered today because of their mistakes. If this were Amazon or usps they would personally drive & correct their mistakes. I was on the phone for 53 mins and they didn't even know what to do. Just to tell me they'll try to have my package delivered in the morning, but was not a guarantee. Then told me to do a survey lol before I hang up. I promise you the worst experience & don't advise anyone to further use their services. I recommend walking thousands of miles to get your own package than to wait on them.

When I shipped my package out, one of the Fedex employee made the shipping label, address was incorrect, unfortunately I did not find out until the package was shipped out. The address on the ship label doesn't exist, but Fedex managed to deliver the package to some random address and random person for the signature required package after I corrected the address, after I saw online tracking showed that package was delivered. I called Fedex, Fedex opened a case to investigate the missing package, I made several follow up calls, I received different/conflict information regarding my package each time. We decide to post a note to nearby neighbors and luckily we found the package after three day the package was delivered. Even to this moment Fedex is still saying that investigation is still underway. I am very unsatisfied with this service, I am wondering if Fedex driver really look the address and names before delivery. In this case, the address on the shipping label doesn't exist, I totally understand if the package was returned to me due to the incorrect address. Please be cautious before you ship any valuable through Fedex.

Tip for consumers:
Fedex driver doesn't check address carefully, the signature required feature is not really help for if your package is missing, Fedex claims they will investigate the missing package, but from my experience they don't do anything.

I was expecting a package from FedEx. On the day it was scheduled to be delivered I didn't get it. The next day I got a notification that a deliver attempt was made but "Customer Not Available." Contacted FedEx because I was home and know for a fact the driver never came to my house. I was given the run around and told my package would be delivered the next day. I cancelled plans for the next day so I could be home to receive my package. Once again I got the same notification. And once again I know for a fact the driver never came to my house. Contacted FedEx once again and was assured the driver would be contacted and told to come back and deliver my package ASAP. I waited all day and still no package. Every time I contact FedEx I'm given the run around. Their customer service sucks. Each time I get the same cookie cutter response. They don't even address the fact that the driver states he tried to deliver my package when he didn't. Three days and still no package. I'm not sure if I will ever get my package at this point. If it were possible to give a negative review I would do so.

"Outrageous" is the heading because this is most people's response when I tell them Fedex charged me $1,668.35 to ship a VERY SMALL ONE POUND box containing a blood sample tube from a lab in Perth, Ontario, to a lab in Rockland MA, USA. And how does Fedex "justify" this? By "RATING" the weight from one pound to ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE POUNDS! No Fedex - one pound is one pound is one pound and you can misuse language in an attempt to justify your extortion but a scam by any other word is still a scam. (I see their slogan is "FEDEX CARES" What a load of *******)

Tip for consumers:
Don't use Fedex to ship across a border unless you are wealthy.

First I'd like to say my mailbox is next to the highway directly in front of my house. My mailbox has my address on both sides in big numbers. Also my garage is forty feet from the mailbox directly in front of my house. It also has my address on it in large numbers that can be seen from the highway. There is NO excuse for not seeing my address if the driver would just look for it. I had the garage door open and was waiting in the garage for the package to arrive. I knew there was a problem when I saw the FedEx driver go by my house, turn around and go back down the highway in the direction he came from, turn around again came back by my house and turned on the county road two houses down the highway. Then I received a notice saying my package was delivered. Well no it wasn't. There was a note saying the package was placed on the front porch and there was a dark picture of nothing that I will include. I knew that the package must have been delivered to the wrong address. So I got in my truck and drove down the highway stopping at each neighbors house checking to see if it was delivered at their houses. As I passed by the county road I saw the FedEx driver turn down, out of the corner of my eyes I noticed two stacked tires under a tree next to the county road off the highway about a hundred feet. I turned around and drove to the tree, stopped and looked at the new tires still bundled together with the address label with my name on it. There's my package. My almost four hundred dollars worth of new tires, sitting under a tree next to a county road, three hundred feet from my address.

This is the second time in one week that my package has gone to the wrong address, not to mention the wrong delivery address in the past. My address is so CLEAR on my mailbox, so i don't understand why this is a constant issue with the delivery drivers. I understand trying to deliver in a timely manner but what good is that when packages are continually going to the wrong address? PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS BETTER

I am absolutely apauled with this company. 4 times they claimed to have delivered my package, with various reasons why it was not delivered. Such as the company was closed, nobody was there to receive the package. After looking at the cameras everyday not once did a truck show up. After going through this hassle I had the package stopped shipment and to be left at the local Walgreens to be picked up since obviously they cannot seem to deliver anything or be honest. After 3 days of going to this pickup location it never showed up, I contacted corporate and spoke to multiple supervisors stating the package was brought back to a Durham facility. Awesome. Considering this location is actually just a few miels from my house, they said the package was there and I could pick it up. After calling to verify I was told they dont have the package and it hasn't been scanned in the system for 3 days now! What the hell FedEx! I will never ever use this company again and I will do everything to make sure no one ever does that I know. My company will never use you again. I have been lied to multiple times over and over. Not to mention this item in the package is for a customer's vehicle that I'm laying for a rental car on! And I have to explain this to the customer making me me look bad, giving me horrible reviews not to mention the rental car fee that I'm stuck paying for because this company is a complete joke! Your driver's are full or $#*! and dont care at all about anything. The supervisors will say whatever the hell they want to get off the phone with you.

Can I give a negative one million star please? I've been shipping package from Canada to the US every week and never encountered a problem. However, buying stuffs from the US and paying for international priority shipment is TOTALLY not worth it. This is the second time that I lost my package. The address is very clear and if the driver couldn't find it he/she could have called me cos my phone number is in the waybill. I let it go the first time but not this time. I think making the same mistake is just STUPID! They don't even care whether the package gets delivered to you or not. I don't know what kind of people they hire to work for FedEx. In fairness, some customer service representatives are nice but some are complete $#*!s. I don't want to mock anyone but majority of their drivers are COMPLETELY DUMB! How can you make the same mistake twice and deliver a package to the wrong address? Then when you follow up with them they'll tell you that it might be stolen. It might not be stolen - it might be that the driver is so dumb to figure out that he/she is delivering to the wrong address. Can they not read?! Very stupid!

Order a package for delivery. Had to pick it up. FedEx left countless excuses for failed delivery after many calls to customer server got no where and had to drive 2 hours to get my package.

Federal express is the worst delivery company on the face of the planet I have ordered quite a few things from eBay and somethings I have received and somethings I never received and until this day I cannot get compensated eBay will not return my money federal express is given so much runaround I will never order anything else and if it's easy federal express that is going to deliver it I would not buy it online not from that company that is using federal express for delivery service

Like the title says, I had been waiting for my package for a long time and the day of the arrival I got a doortag, my package was marked as delivered but I never got it, now I have opened a case and I am now running late for my job thanks to fexed. Imo doortags shouldnt exist, instead fedex should verify with you when the package is on its way insted of the day of the arrival.

I was waiting for an expensive package- FedEx was at a stop sign two houses down for 15 minutes,
I could see them messing around with something and they drove off.
I get a text saying: FRM:*******_Fedex

MSG:trcb-3448-Re-enter your complete information for Reschedule delivery...

I tried to reschedule but since they left no tag and I didn't have the tracking number the FedEx customer service said they can't help me. Plus this is the second time they've done this

I ordered a tool, and it was supposed to be here at a certain day and no later than 9 pm I waited around till 9 pm never showed up. Tracked it said it was on the truck for delivery since the previous day called FedEx because they didn't update anything now it says delayed, and the driver took the package off the truck. Now I'm losing money because I needed the tool to finish a job and can't finish the job now until the FedEx driver does his job, now I'm still not going to receive it today as the driver took it off the truck. BAD BUISNESS
