My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. FedEx's delivery reliability can be inconsistent, with some packages experiencing delays without clear explanations. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I went on a 1.5 hour "I Spy" adventure looking for my mattress in the apartment complex I live in. The fedex driver took a picture of the package, but I did not see it at my doorstep when I went out. I thought it was stolen for this reason. I also heard no knock, so I did not get outside until I received a late notification on my phone. After knocking on doors and starting to follow a police report, we noticed in the blurry photo that the letter on the building wasn't even a K. We couldn't tell what it was, so we walked everywhere until we saw it at the front building (E) of the complex, which our building (K, the building it was addressed to) was all the way in the back of the complex. We had to call a roommate to get his car up to the front and lift it in. It should have been at my doorstep. Fedex support is completely automated, which was not helpful. This was a huge inconvenience and a possible way to have lost $900. A mattress should have been signed for. I cannot believe how lazy the driver was to not look for the right building letter in clear, broad daylight. I won't even get compensated for it. If you have a choice of who brings your items, I highly advise you not to use fedex. Use UPS, or even usps. Both, in their own faults, still have never done me this wrong.

They have one delivery worker who makes up delivery attempts. The offices fail to take complaints and pass the buck. They fail to honor their own promises.
I have received two packages through fedex in the past week and both times the driver left it outside my garage! I have a front porch and don't live in my garage!
Paid for delivery for a package I had to sign for---and they came early and forwarded delivery to the next day. The next day I had to wait so I could sign: time was changed 3 times and still NO delivery! Third day, still held hostage and the time has now changed twice! Still NO DELIVERY! Why Oh why was I so dumb as to think I could PAY for a window of delivery and still be waiting 3 days later! LESSON LEARNED: You can't expect to get what you pay for anymore! At least from FedEx!
Ordered an item from the Exchange and I called them the day that the item was said to be delivered and they said that they did not receive the item yet. They said that they create labels for items before receiving them. About 10 mins later I get an email notification stating that the item had been shipped from the first location to the next already. Deliver date pushed back a few days and all seems to be good. (NOT) A day after the next deliver date the item was delayed again for another FEW days. "Its ok" I think I'm a patient person. Delivery date pushed back again this time a week. I complain a little be to my wife but I get over it, I'll be patient again. Delivery date comes again and you guessed it still no item. Now I am really upset cause the item is just about 3 weeks past the original delivery date and I still don't have my item. If the item was a T-shirt I would not even take the time to make a review. However, this is a $5k gaming computer so yeah. You'd be better off taking a week off to drive across the country to pick an item up yourself.

If I could I would give FedEx 0 star's the delivery driver dumped the parcel in someone's else garden caught on CCTV it was also saying the shipment was "delivered and sign for" when the delivery driver dumped the parcel in somebody's garden

FedEx said they delivered my package on December 17 and there's a package to sign for I never sign for a package somebody signed the packages my name in the way they put it is not the way I put my signature FedEx has been giving me the runaround every since about my package no one has called me no one has contacted me and now they're saying my case is close Can someone plz help

They deliver my stuff all over the neighborhood. I have to chase them all over the place, they tell the company they deliver for where it was left but that can be anywhere
I ordered a bed and if I knew they wouldn't deliver to proper address I wouldn't have ordered it. They left it downstairs in front of a neighbors door. Poor service
I paid over $30 for 2day delivery on a Wednesday. My package was received by FedEx on May 18th and left the same day. And received at a hub at 9:25 AM, on the 19thLeft that hub at 4:37 PM and arrived in Kansas City at 17:40 on the 19th. So it should be delivered on the 20th. That'd be 2days. But I'm not getting it until the 22nd of May. 2 days later than what I paid extra for! Never again FedEx!
As usual fed ex shipments to me are always a problem, always have been a problem. This was so bad when I was purchasing stock for my business I asked my supplier to ship via UPS because FedEx was always a problem. That was in the 1990's. It's still the same. As I have said to them before "you are in the delivery business, you can't deliver, get out of this business you are incompetent"
I think I will NOT ever purchase anything shipped by them again, the hassle is just too much, even the USPS is better, ALWAYS was better. I will find someone who can ship with a service that can actually deliver so FED EX your won't be bothering me again! I also ship, used to ship a lot, used to use UPS, no problems. I use USPS too, with few problems but I know if I used Fed Ex there would be nothing but problems and a bunch of DOA shipments.
Your Drivers should learn to read. I have a sign stringed across my front porch, l Saying PUT ALL PACKAGES ON MY BACK PORCH. It rains on my front porch and the packages get wet and destroyed. I cannot get your drivers to put my packages on my back porch.

A very direct route. Finally I had a delivery scheduled by 8 pm and after shovelling snow and waiting for a delivery at 7:30 the status changed to DELAYED. An hour later it changed to BY THE END OF THE DAY, ON TIME. But again. No delivery. The following day I could see it had arrived in Canada and I got a delivery update. Today Before 8 PM! Great! 40 minutes later it changed to PENDING with no delivery date available. This is now Friday night and I see they do not deliver on weekends. I am waiting for a car repair part so I can't drive to pick it up and now I do not expect to see it until next week. When I ordered the part they said it would here in 2 days by Wednesday. Translation. At least a week later. Also you can not talk to a human about your concerns. Not the best experience, especially if you are waiting for an important item.
I own and run a business and receive trucks and packages all day every day with no issues, except Fed Ex. They are the exception. Many times I receive bills that are supposed to be billed to the shipper, but they they bill me, the receiver. That takes forever, threatening bills and letters from them, this is going to collections etc etc. Even though the shipper notifies them of their ( FED EX'S) error and asks them to please bill them they don't do it. This time they tried to deliver to our business at 5:30 PM our business hours are clearly marked on our building, web site and our answering machine as Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. They are billing me for a re-delivery charge of $ 166.00 dollars even though they came after we were closed. I tied my very best to reason with the many people I was sent to time after time, put on hold for hours, to work this out, but they were firm, the were here at 5:30 and we were not here? The delivery person NEVER RINGS THE DOORBELL AND NEVER KNOCKS ON THE DOOR. The delivery can lay on the porch for a week, no one uses the front door. At the very least they could come on the porch and RING THE DOORBELL.! There is only one step up and the DOORBELL is right there. These Drivers just throw the envelope on the porch and run away. The envelopes have laid there for days before anyone finds them. The job is to DELIVER THE ENVELOPE, NOT THROW IT DOWN AND RUN AWAY.!###
I went to FedEx store today to make 2 copies for $0.30. The agent asked me to insert a credit card which I did. It was a big surprise the machine took $10.00 instead of $0.30. I talked to the agent and he said you will get a refund immediately once the receipt is printed. After the receipt was printed there was no refund. The agent said sometimes it takes 2 minutes. After 2 minutes the agent said call FedEx customer service for refund. I called FedEx customer service and they said I need to call the store because they can do nothing. I called the store agent again and he said again that I need to call FedEx customer service. I told him I already did. The agent kept repeating that I need to call FedEx customer service although I told him many times I already did. Then the agent said I need to call my bank to confirm that FedEx took only $0.30 not $10.00. I called my bank and I have told FedEx took $10.00. It's stealing to take $10.00 instead of $0.30. I will never do any business with FedEx and write on my Facebook this story to everyone I know. I filed a complaint with my bank to take back my money. It's really bad reputation for FedEx

Whenever you order somthing and it's shipped by FedEx never go by the date they give you it's always the next day or later never reliable go UPS even USPS is better about getting your package there when they say they are gonna get it there it may be later but at least they are more honest about it.
So... after attempting delivery to a BUSINESS during NON-BUSINESS HOURS, I made a simple request that they actually try making the delivery to the business location during normal business hours. They said no.
Every time I see a company sending a product I ordered through FedEx, I am filled with dread because I know the trouble I am about to have to deal with when it comes to them. For 5 years now, this ABHORRENT delivery service never rings my doorbell and will do one quick knock then leave and mostly everything that comes through FedEx requires some kind of signature. The place where I live is upstairs and we are usually in the bedrooms in the very back of the apartment so there would be no way to hear a knock on the door. Now if this wasn't bad enough, the company now is refusing to do any redelivers and have now lied on multiple occasions on promising to resend a package. I already filed a complaint with the BBB but I doubt it will make much of a difference as they still have an A rating while being flooded with 1 star reviews. They are the WORST delivery service ever. I never have any of these problems with any of the other services.
I have never had issues with FedEx until this year. This company is extremely disorganized, you can tell that their staff is incredibly untrained and unmotivated to do their jobs. They constantly give you misinformation and information that doesn't make sense. I have been trying FOR A MONTH to obtain reimbursement for a lost package, and they have made me file 3 DIFFERENT CLAIMS. They have made me file a claim as a third party, deny it, and THEN tell me that the claim was denied because I am a third party. Why couldn't they say that BEFORE letting me file the claim and wait 3 weeks? It's sad because thE staff is probably getting paid really badly, so they are unmotivated, they don't care about their jobs, and just read the 3 lines that they ask them to read to customers. I blame the upper management for this. If you want a reliable service with quality customer service, DO NOT DO FEDEX.
FedEx is the worst company in the history of America. They consistently mess up our packages and overall their customer service is terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible!
