My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I was expecting to receive a Laptop shipped to me through FexEx over two weeks ago. The laptop has been reportedly held in customs since then. I have emailed fed-ex 3 times, and have called them 8 times to date. I have not yet managed to get any response from anyone at fed-ex regarding updates for this package either through email or through the customer service calls. Their treatment of customers is disgusting. This company is disgusting. Their lack of communication is abhorent. Many companies, like PCSpecialist, that use FedEx to ship their packages desperately need to look for an alternative company that actually communicates with their customers. Due to their incompetence, I will now no longer recommend PCSpecalist to friends and colleagues despite their excellent service. I am two weeks behind on critical assignments as I no longer have access to my laptop. As a bit of advice for anyone ordering anything online, if they use FedEx to ship, look elsewhere. For the slim chance, that anyone at FedEx will read this, revamp your customer service, particularly your customs clearance department. It's despicable that there is no communication with customers for two weeks while their package is delayed. I personally will never work with this company again.
Fedex Ethridge can't find me. They say they hsve attempted delivery. Maybe they should ask USPS or UPS. They deliver here all the time. Hope this isn't a scam.

I am home-bound and I order almost everything online. FedEx is the worst delivery service I have ever used. I live in a large apartment complex. FedEx drivers refuse to try to find my apartment. They state that I am not at home. I am always at home. I have had conversations with FedEx supervisors, but nothing changes. I don't get my packages. I recently terminated a purchase with Chewy.com because FedEx won't deliver it, they claim that I'm not home. That's a lie. Chewy is going to refund my money because FedEx won't deliver my package. I will not be buying from Chewy anymore because they use FedEx. Chewy is a good company that will be losing my business because of FedEx. It's sad. I will buy from another company that uses only UPS or Shipt because FedEx is unwilling to find my apartment and deliver to me. Target uses Shipt. They are at my door within 24 hours of the placement of my order. From now on, I check with a company to find out who their shipping company is. If it is FedEx, I shop somewhere else. FedEx is the absolute worst! Don't waste your time or money!
I absolutely had the WORST experience! I sent a package domestically via standard ground that still cost me almost $20. I sent the package on Saturday with a guarantee delivery on Thursday. The package is delayed and when I contacted revenue services, I was told I did not qualify for a refund and because of the type of service I used, the representative REFUSED to escalate my call and then hung up on me. I will NEVER use this service provider again. I am so angry and even more irritated with the behavior of the representative and the fact that vital contents of this package to my college student are even more delayed. #WORSTSERVICEEVER!

I have been staying home due to a fractured ankle for about 3 weeks. All the packages from fedex were left outside my building or the address that was stated. Today, fedex was supposed to deliver a package yet the driver updated on the tracking website that the delivery was attempted but that he or she did not see anyone. How is that fkng possible? I did not hear a doorbell, neither a knock and yet the driver did this because of his inconvenience or what is it? And when I call customer service they say that the driver assessed the neighborhood and took the package instead of dropping it off outside my building. Why is it that this driver has assessed and taken it? It's not your decision. You are only supposed to deliver it or DROP IT OFF and then LEAVE. All the other packages that were just dropped off were received and fedex did not have any complains and yet fedex does not even have a way for the recipient or they themselves to communicate with the delivery person. " the person does not have a phone" was what the representative said haha what a fkng joke. Fedex has become too opinionated. Get it together.

If you are reading this, please listen to your consumers. STOP using FedEx and Lasership as your courier. Because we don't always have the option to choose who delivers our package, we are hoping you will listen and do it for us. When it comes to these two companies, I never receive my packages on time or at all. FedEx is fine when it's my regular driver, however, when I don't receive my package, I know it's because it's not my everyday driver.
I had a package delivered to the wrong apartment, building, and person. That's right, the carrier, gave my package to a stranger. The carrier called and apologized, saying, he would try to get the package back. The person you gave it to took the package that did not belong to them, to never give it back.
FexEx opened a claim and told me they would investigate. I received a couple of calls then it STOPPED! I called back after several weeks and was told the case was closed and that I would have to reach out to the shipper. WHY? Everyone did what was to be done, except for the driver. I paid my money for the items. The company shipped the items. All the driver had to do was deliver the items to the name on the package.
Anytime I receive a tracking number and it's FexEx of Lasership I get anxiety.
I wish these online sites would start reading these reviews. We are giving money for a service that should be delivered. My daughter and sister pay for fast shipping, not because they are in a rush, but because they know it will be delivered by UPS... the company that actually delivers-

It's worth paying a few extra dollars to insure UPS will deliver your package and not FedEx. Skip the headache and pay a few extra dollars. I wish I would have done that.
Worst courier. For whatever reason, they leave an "attempted delivery" notice when they don't even try knocking on the door or buzzing. Just today, a fedex van pulled up in front of our building, made 2 other deliveries in the same building, and just left a notice on the main door. We were watching the van and the driver the whole time until he left. We went to the main door only to find the notice. Tried calling their customer service and was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. And all the lady said was we should be more specific about the instruction for the driver, which was all there to begin with. How ridiculous is that? If I had a choice I will NEVER use Fedex.
Update: the next day, we were waiting and looking out for their branded truck. The driver parked a couple of hundred feet away so we did not see the driver until he started walking towards the main door. As soon as I caught sight of him I ran outside to catch him, only to find another door tag and the driver rushed away as I was trying to get his attention.
I wish I could give them zero stars.

FedEx is the worst delivery service in the universe! I was supposed to have a package delivered today, and not only was it not delivered today, but nobody with their customer service department could tell me when it might be delivered. I signed up for text updates, but I didn't receive any information about the fact that it would not be delivered today. I had to logon to the website to find out that it wouldn't be delivered today. I spoke to customer service representatives and ask them if I could speak to their manager. Neither of them would even answer the question. So not only did they not let me speak to their manager, they would not even say yes or no to the question, may I speak to your manager. I don't know if that's just bad customer service or stupidity! I will never use FedEx for any of my delivery needs. I have had many bad experiences with FedEx in the past but this is my first review. I believe companies like this, should not exist. If you were not providing good service to the clients that are paying you, you should not exist!
Printing business cards at Kinko's for a small business - Kinko's business card summary:
--Kinko's is good if you have your own artwork and layout
--Don't get the 90lb business card paper -- it's too thin. Consider getting your own paper.
--There's no minimum order, so if you have a small order, Kinko's could be cheap. But if you are ordering 1000+ cards, a real printing place is probably cheaper.
After getting crappy cards from Vista Print, I decided to try Kinko's. As usual, Kinko's is best if you can do everything yourself. I brought in my business card artwork in a Photoshop file, and they told me that it costs $16 to lay everything out, $15 to cut the cards (they print 10 to a page), and another $1.50 per page to printing including color, one-side, no bleed on "business card" paper (bright white, 90 lb). I decided to layout the cards myself (which was easy using guides in Photoshop) and have them printed on "business card" paper. The results were not bad -- the printing and cutting was fine. But the business card paper was too thin and flimsy. They said that was the thickest paper they had and standard for business cards, but if you use Kinko's I would recommend getting your own paper. The prices are OK, but the good part is that there is no minimum purchase. So 100 cards would cost $15 ($1.50 x 10 sheets) plus cutting or layout costs. Net net: not bad for small orders, bring your own paper.
Worse company ever! Driver delivered my husband's package but not my package the same day and marked both packages as delivered. I had been since then non stop calling them and their customer service company trying to get hold of my package which they say oh sorry its returned back to our facility by the driver (why? Dont ask as they dont know and i dont either)
The worst part is they refuse to change the status online from delivered to not delivered so atleast i can file a refund claim.
Which i did but since the bank asked for tracking info and as per that it shows delivered my claim was declined. I have no clue where my package is.
Right now i am typing this review while on hold at one of the zillion calls with fed ex customer service agents. Who clearly confirms my package was not delivered as they see in "THEIR SYSTEM"but refuses to change the status online so i can see the same. To me it was showing "delivered" which now doesnt even show that. It just shows error. But they clearly refuse to update that info.
I am unable to confirm or prove to the shipper or the bank that my package was lost and was not delivered and that the carrier FED EX refuse to change the information to the correct one online!

I ordered this nice gaming chair that I needed for my set up because the one I have now is too low for the desk. I work nights so I'm not home in the morning and missed my package. Okay, that's fine. They left these door tags that you can sign for package release if you're not home so they just leave it there. Signed both door tags, pasted them right in the center of the door. Impossible to miss. So today I'm actually home, but cannot hear the door from the back of the house. Go to check around 11:40am and there's another door tag. Which, one, wasn't even filled out correctly like the other ones. It was completely blank except for my name at the top. And two, if I already signed for release why wasn't my package released? Just wait because it doesn't even end here. I'm already pretty annoyed by this so I decide to call customer support. I call in and despite my irritation explain the situation as calmly and rationally as possible. Which again, my package was SUPPOSED to be released. So the operator asks me for my tracking number and name and says "Oh yeah, looks like they missed you. They'll be back tomorrow. Like wow, thanks d! Ckhead I never would have guessed. I want to know why the fk my package wasn't released despite me signing for release. On top of that I'm pretty sure the delivery man KNEW it should be released as the door tag wasn't even properly filled out like the other two. So for my closing statement, FedEx can suck a $#*!.
Have been printing to this business for over a decade. Every time I send them prints via their online service they have the default set at color. Color prints are 5 times as much as black and white. They know this, and they do this on purpose. They hope that a quarter of the people who send prints won't change the default print paper and send their black and white documents to be printed at 5 times the costs.
I went into the store to get a simple 24x36 drawing printed for a template for my woodworking project. It is simply black and white. They charged it as a "color" print that was $12 for one simple black and white print. They know their 24x36 drawing size is expensive for a color copy. They didn't change it to black and white which would have been much cheaper. Fedex corporate does this one purpose. This is such a shady practice for FedEx Kinkos. This business is shady beyond belief.

Make sure these shady people charge you for B&W on your prints if you are printing simple B&W prints. Otherwise, they will have color prints as a default which is far more expensive. They make it that the consumer has to make sure they aren't being overcharged. They are shady corporate capitalistic thugs.
Fed ex sucks worse than an underage prostitute with buck teeth. If your purchase involves fed ex you should do without and save money. I have been a shipping clerk for 40 years so I should know. If you like damaged boxes with spoiled goods that arrive hours late then they're your go to, otherwise BOYCOTT ALL BUSINESSES THAT USE FED EX. You will end up with some trash and an overpriced bill. Let your supplier know, fed ex = no deal! I have. Fed ex owes me about $600 for services that were not rendered to my, or anyone's, satisfaction. Forget about live delivery. We couldn't even rely on them for my wife's medicine. Just dump a $12,000 box on the communal porch at 8pm! When we told her doctor that they would be among the list of defendants when something went wrong they quickly made other arrangements and notified us that they did so. You must do this too. Fed ex must be driven out of business for the good of all humanity. If you are 'forced' to use fed ex, bail and do without, save money and frustration. All their employees should be euthanized before the end of the day for the greater good.

Every package that I have ever had delivered or received by FedX I have had problems with either they deliver to the wrong person or they enter the wrong information and when I try and correct not one single person in customer service knows what to do about it or where the package is EVERYTIME! From this point forward I will never use them again and before something is shipped to me I will make sure fedx is not the deliverer if it is I will not buy the product just because fedx will never deliver my packages again.
I bought a dress through Etsy and paid $28 for 2 day shipping, little did I know that even though I paid all that money I still wouldn't get my package in a timely matter. FedEx told me that the service I selected does not ship on weekends even though google states that they ship and deliver every day. I bought and had the dress shipped on Friday and needed it Monday for an event to surprise a coworker who is battling cancer and her family and it's scheduled to deliver on Tuesday. I have another package bought from another seller in the same state that was shipped the same day through USPS that says it will be delivered Sunday (tomorrow) FedEx IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
I ordered a $200 truck part and They shipped with FedEx I paid for 2 day shipping and they delivered my package two days late to the wrong address I contacted FedEx and was told that my lost package that they dropped off at the wrong house wasn't too priority to them when they screwed up and took it to the wrong address I would recommend never shipping through FedEx if I could leave a -5 star review I would and I still haven't received a package at all 5 days after I was supposed to
I have had the misfortune of having to order online during our COVID pandemic like many others out here. I have had packages make it to the local hub in South Bend Indiana but never made it to my house…I have had packages delivered to wrong address over 100 miles away from my house - I have had packages multiple times reach the local hub in South Bend Indiana several days in a row - also indicating that the pigs were out for delivery but never made it to me- and yet returned to hub without delivery multiple days in a row- this company is the worst of the worst and yet I never had the opportunity to pick the delivery company - so sad - I will no longer be able to shop online because most companies want to use Fed Ex for shipping so we all lose now. Fed Ex has no customer service so to speak of and I would never ever use them to deliver for me. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if that was an option.

I made a order online and my package was supposed to be send to Mexico with clothe that I buy for my family has Christmas gifts well the packege arrived at Guadalajara and then I got a email saying that my package was on hold for customs the request for me to hire a broker the value of the packege was $150 and the broker was going to charge me $1,200 so that was not a option they refuse to send it to me in the US and they have it now on hold at the Deliver location it's been two weeks and nothing of my packege I call every single persona and no one could help us
Tracking a package I signed up for all notifications. When the package ships, the delivery man say I owe a customs fee and can only be paid in cash. What's the point of signing up for notifications if they don't indicate or inform you of important information about your package, like a customs fee that can only be paid in cash. At ANY point, the most basic of due diligence would have sent a notification to either phone number or email saying a customs fee was required, and that it would not be available to be paid on-site other than in cash. Secondly, if Fedex is a world-class service, why isn't credit/debit a payment option? Do drivers (who don't inform thier deliverees prior) have enough cash to make change? How do they suppose I don't have bills to large to make change? Why isn't there an online option to pay customs. Why couldn't I get conformation of a re-delivery? Why was it impossible to talk to a person. I will never be using Fedex again and will require all shippers in the future to use an alternative service. Fedex is terrible.
I have had a similar bad experience with this bongous.com, it is impossible to contact them, and it appears they have ripped me off for $240, My bank account was charged, then they made another unauthorized charge, claiming it is a verification fee, then they say it is a invalid verification, so I am screwed out of $240.00 They are crooks.

Fortunately, the owner of the site that I had ordered from, was easy enough to contact, and is going to take care of this for me, so I won't lose my money,(at least I hope not), After seeing this, a representative from bongous.com did contact me, so I am thankfull to SiteJabber, it seems that does get a reaction from these guys, when they see that people make a public announcement about them. I wish I had seen SiteJabber, before I placed the order, I still feel the same, if a web site, uses these people, or any 3rd party shipping/billing, I would recommend not to use it. Try contacting the site owner, buisness owner, directly first, and see if they will allow a direct payment to them, and handle the shipping. Also if you are a "web store owner", do not use 3rd parties to handle you business. I have learned now, best off completely avoid making any online purchases. The thing is, you pay them first, after they have the money, and your credit card number, who knows what will happen? There is to much risk involved making online purchases.
