My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

They delivered a package that was to be re-routed back to me. They promised multiple times it was on its way back to me with no further charge. Then they screwed up again and offered no solution other than to charge me again to get my package back and there was no way they could waive that fee. Told me I couldn't speak to a manager on the phone BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER! They couldn't take a PHONE CALL BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER. If you're in the Watertown, Waterbury, Wolcott, CT area just drive the extra bit down the road to use UPS. Honestly wherever you are located just use UPS or USPS. FedEx will give you the run around and then try to place the blame on you. I wish I read their reviews before I ever used them because their reviews are awful. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have NO IDEA how Fedex survives! Package was supposed to be delivered this morning but I got some guy's dogfood, instead. Luckily, I knew him and called him to come and get it (he lives two strees over!). Then, while I was literally sitting here on my couch, in plain view of the front door, I got a "delivery exception" saying that they couldn't deliver because I was unable to sign for the package--I'm sitting right here and there's NO door tag, so I KNOW they didn't come to my door! I immediately called FedEx, and they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver. This is ABSOUTE BUNK! You know where that driver is at ALL TIMES and YOU CAN GET AHOLD OF HIM/HER for ANY reason! They said that I'd have to speak to the SHIPPER! HUNH!?!?!? The problem with your drunk or hungover driver is YOURS! AND YOU CAN GET AHOLD OF HIM since you absolutely know where that package is at all times! This isn't the shipper's problem and you need to be able to do something about it! This is UNREAL!

Absolutely the worst service from customer service to delivery services. I paid a ridiculous amount for a promised over night delivery to be told it would not be and no money would be refunded. First they blamed it on Covid than blamed it on the the Airlines, Than said not our problem it is on our written disclosers of course that NOT ONE person tells you about. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Apparently no one at FedEx reads a map, nor knows where two Florida locations are!
Of all perishable items, fresh flowers would certainly be near the top of any list.
The gift arrived at the FedEx facility in Miami, Florida on a Saturday.
Instead of delivering the flowers gift to their location near Orlando, which is only a 3 hour drive away, FedEx sent the fresh flowers to their facility in Memphis, Tenn. Which arrived there the following day, a Sunday.
The Memphis facility then sent the fresh flowers to their Orlando facility to be delivered the following day, a Monday.
Thus, instead of FRESH FLOWERS arriving at their destination on a Saturday afternoon, they did not arrive until Monday afternoon... an additional two days later.
I'll leave it to your imagination what the condition and appearance of the flowers was when they finally arrived at their destination...
I have a print out of all the times and days mentioned above.
PS: I filed a complaint, and no one called back as I was promised!

I was scammed by Fedex. My package was never delivered. I received a delivery notification, checked outside, no package. My package was stolen! They denied my claim. $880 worth of goods. Smammers.

Fedex really made me disappointed the last 3 times in 2 years. The servis went down sooo much.
The first time they lost my luggage and I tried soo much to contact the servis, no one didn't care. The luggage came 2 months after.
The second time, they didn't advise me correctly for the necessary documentation after the luggage leave the EU, so I end up paying for double transportation and waiting again 1 month for delivery of my package.
The last, third time, the workers made a mistake in information for delivery and after I spoke with 3 different workers, they said that they can't do anything.
I requested to speak with a supervisor who convinced me that they will cancel delivery and return a package for delivery with the new information.
3 days after my package is delivered with all wrong information. I can't understand how the package can be delivered after canceling from one of the offices.
Must be or they have a disaster system or they have a disaster workers who don't care more about customers.
I can say for sure that I will never use this company again. Disaster experience
Our drivers started delivering packages out in the open at our garage door despite our sheltered porch being steps away. Called the manager at the local facility to report. Then, they started leaving the packages at the edge of the porch where it could be rained on. Called the manager again plus left instructions in my FedEx account to bring it directly up to the door. So, then out of spite they did just that, putting it up against the door where it couldn't be opened.
Watched the FedEx driver at our local dropoff facility arrive an hour late. I had just dropped off my package, which was a little large, before he picked up. Saw him come back out to his truck without my package but a handful of smaller packages. Shortly thereafter, I received an exception notice by email saying my package wasn't picked up because I missed the cutoff time. Fact if the matter is the driver was lazy and didn't want to pick the package. Called FedEx. Got excuses. Wrote FedEx about the incident. Received a non-sequitur response.
At the last place I lived, tried to flag down a driver after he didn't complete a task and took off quickly. He saw me, pointed to his watch, and kept driving. Called FedEx. Once again, not dealt with.
Fed Express one day service is anything but one day. I have experienced how inept and unreliable the company is in performance and policy. First, after waiting 3 days for a one-day service I contacted their "customer service" and was told that while 4 PM was the time they insisted the package would come I must wait till 8PM. Now it was 7:20 and the package was reported in transit from NJ to Cicnciinnati. At 9:20 I tweeted to their help that I still, had not received it and was told it was in NJ but would be there the next day before 8 PM. After spending much time their comment of essentially that it will get there when it gets there told me I was just getting a run-around. Later that night I got a text telling me, that in fact, I would not be getting my package the next day because it was still in NJ, after being told it was in transit from NJ, but it would be Wednesday before 8 PM. SO, to sum up, a one-day service stands at present as an anticipated 5 days, on an if come. Top management is either inept or oblivious to how their company is being run. I gave it one star but they deserve no stars. As for their helpline, it is anything but helpful. Better to use another carrier because when you need something quickly FeEX is not the answer... the pony express was more reliable
Ordered a package on August 13th that was suppose to be delivered on August 16th. The driver took it to an apartment complex which was already the mistake because my address says house. The neighbor actually told the driver that the package that they were trying to deliver no one by that name lived there. The driver put it back on the truck and marked the package as delivered. When I called, they told me my package was in Michigan City and that they will get it to me by that Friday. It is know Tuesday, August 23rd and still no package. As I called FedEx to tell them that is till haven't received my package. They tell me that the package says delivered and that I need to contact the merchant. I am very disappointed with the services that FedEx provide and no vendors should be using them as a trucking service. I still haven't been giving any type apology or anything for my trouble. We as customers who order online except our packages on the dates that we order them especially if we pay the extra money for it to delivered on time or by a specific time. There is no way I should be still looking for my package when I paid the extra money to receive it within two days.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will never ever in my life order anything again if it will be shipped through FedEx. I hate this company, I have changed my schedule many times for this horrible company and I have absolutely had it. For the rest of the night tonight, instead of setting up my new mattress and room, I will be leaving reviews on as many sites as I can in regards to the experiences I've had with this company. They tell you that it will be delivered today by end of day, then by end of day you check in with the company to make sure that it's actually coming, so you don't stay up until 9pm waiting and then right as you get so tired you have to go to bed they update their app and tell you it will be three more days, they go back and change all your estimated delivery times to the next day. They then continue this process for days and days.
This has gone on for years. My mother and I order off roading parts for our vehicles constantly to multiple addresses and the parts show up damaged or up to three weeks late. This has nothing to do with COVID this company just sucks.
I paid for an overnight shipping for some important documents to be delivered, ended up getting delivered after two days. Called them a bunch of time during the delay and they said it was delayed due to wrong address (Mind you the delivery address was 100% accurate) after much back and forth, she came back saying "I am sorry for the delay, the address was correct, and I have notified the driver. Your package will be sent out for shipping." Called on the 7th and asked for a refund since my package wasn't delivered over night, and he told me I had to call back in 2 business weeks. Called back today (3/24) asking for a refund, and they told me I can't get a refund because my package was delayed due to weather issues (which wasn't what they told me) and that it's been up to a month since the incident. Which was a lie. Package was said to be delivered on the 5th of march but got delivered on the 7th. Called back on the 24th requesting a refund and I was denied one. I lost my contract because the document was delivered late and lest they could do was return my money back! I feel robed!
