My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I got an email saying shipment was to come next day (Monday). I called in to make sure they knew that I needed to be home to receive packages. Monday morning I also got a text saying packages were to be delivered. I took the day off work and waited all day. At 5pm the status on the website updated to pending with no delivery date. I phoned to find out what was going on. I was told my packages actually weren't even in my city yet. I spoke to a manager and was promised that the order would be delivered the next Saturday when I could be home. At 3am on Tuesday morning I was sent an email saying my packages were on a truck to be delivered. I called when I got up to go to work and told them that unless they could delivery after 5pm when I got home then I wanted the agreed-to Saturday delivery. I was told the driver could be told not to deliver until after 5pm. Then at 9am I got a call saying they couldn't do that. So I asked then that the delivery not take place and come on Saturday as promised. I called in 3 times to assure that the message had been given to the driver. The last time I called I was point-blank told that the driver would not leave the packages if I was not home and that they would go back to the warehouse and be sent out again on Saturday. At 1:30pm I got an email saying the packages had been left on my step - in knee-deep snow. I had no way to get them inside my house. I will never deal with FedEx again.

I have had several packages say they are coming early only for them to not show up on time. You call there main customer service number you can't even trick the system into getting you to a live person. The computer just hangs up on you. Once you finally figure out you can get the computer in the chat to give you a live person number. They don't know anything either only that a package has been sitting somewhere way to long even though it says it was scheduled for delivery a hour ago. Then you find your self after speaking with a supervisor hours later that the wherhouse that is supposed to deliver it, they can't even tell you what time the rout is projected to have it there by. Fedex does nothing right. I dread buying from any company that uses them. Have more faith in the post office. Would give zero stars if I could they waisted so much of my time it is not even funny! Had to reschedule two appointments due to there system not even being remotely correct multiple times.

This service has to quit the delivery arena. Especially here in North Carolina. Every time I see that my package left the FedEx location, I follow the delivery online. This time was the last time I purchased something with the FedEx delivery. Some idiot-driver picked up my package from the Pineville location and delivered to a different address in Indian Trail. Took a picture with my small but very expensive perishable package on the tope of some big box delivered to that address. I received the picture of the small porch of people who received my box and never bothered to bring it to me - the address was mine on that package! And I got the notification that my package was delivered. Great! I called customer service and they immediately filed the claim of missing package. Seriously? What is this? A stone age? Why don't you immediately contact the driver who responsible for the wrong delivery? He has a picture and he knows what address he delivered my package to. Later, I received a couple of automatic messages to my phone that my missing package is under investigation. Don't bother. There were perishable food products there and probably have been already eating by people who got it. To my question who will pay my $200 back, the customer service said that they will send a check to the seller. Ha-ha-ha! Why to the seller, if I am a buyer who didn't get the purchase! I have contacted the seller and we both now will be patiently waiting to resolve this stupid pre-Christmas "gift" from FedEx. Stay away from this service. Use Amazon or companies that use UPS and USPS. P.S. I gave them a call today to be sure that the value of my box was filed correct. Really? They just filed missing package sort of to find it. Oh, my... So, the girl of cs fulfilled the completely new form that I claim my money back. I don't know who owns this company, but whoever it is, understands NOTHING in business and in delivery services.
Every fedex use by any business I have purchased from has ALWAYS been taken to another address and some strang person sign for or just left with some woman...
Others simply left at the wrong door and I never receive except by the kindness of the heart of those who will look for me based on the address on my package, which is correct by the way...
Or just like today, waiting on a package due yesterday which was picked up from FedEx facility 45 miles away by a delivery truck taking it 62 miles away to not deliver.
Needless to say I abhor FEDEX and have made several attempts to avoid using this service. I pay extra for UPS and don't mind the added expenses just to avoid this every instance occasion of losing my parcels
God has to guide me to a safety zone of avoidance of this company as they stress me totally out everytime I am notified by a shipper FEDEX is on the move with my package.
Am currently working on new business opening soon and I solemnly vow to always use UPS or USPS general or priority as to NEVER infict this type of pain or suffering upon my customers.
With that said I rate FedEx a -0 for time, extremely poor delivery if at all and insane customer service who have yet to benefit me by themselves simply having a job and receiving a paycheck.

I have been trying to get a signature required delivery to my house for the 2nd time in a month--same package. The first time for three days in a row they messaged that they "missed me" and would supposedly try again. There was never a missed delivery note left and they did not follow any instructions I left on the door to knock or text/call as there is no doorbell. On day three I managed to reach a local manager--after being on the phone for nearly an hour. He had to Google Earth my address and because we have a row of bushes by the sidewalk in front of our house he couldn't "find it" either. Nor could he tell where his driver had supposedly tried to deliver it.
I should also state at this time I live on a major road on the Isthmus in Madison WI. It is a rather easy place to find as we have the address on the stairs from the sidewalk and very prominently on a white front door as well. So, it's not like I am at some farm road off another farm road in the middle of nowhere. I get deliveries every day from nearly every company out there and have almost never had a problem. This is only an issue with FedEx.
Today, I sit here with all of my lights on and doors open--no music or TV just so that I'll hopefully hear someone if they do come by. Getting discouraged as the last update on the tracking was that it hit Ft Wayne at 2pm but still shows as will be delivered today in Madison. I don't see how it can make it that far that fast but, I have not been advised otherwise despite spending the greater part of two days earlier this week setting up my delivery manager app. (a whole other nightmare)
This also doesn't cover the wholly incompetent and ridiculous customer service hoops I had to jump through. Other than a lovely lady named Melissa (I believe) it has been hours and hours of pure **** trying to get the assistance I need.
The short of the long is my question of: how is it that a company that their only business is shipping and delivery cannot even get close to making that happen?
I didn't get to choose who shipped it and am truly sad that Samsung did.

I have had issues with this company at multiple different addresses in multiple different states. This just goes to show how they hire anyone and how their business practices are just lazy and unorganized.
The lastest issue makes me think the driver is a wanted man considering he refuses to deliver packages to my porch where I have a ring doorbell camera.
I have the delivery instructions asking for packages to be delivered to my porch because there is a camera present. This person constantly delivers them to my garage door where the camera can't see (or at least he pretends to). He takes the package off the truck puts it by the door, takes a picture then puts it back on the truck. Or at least that's my theory considering the camera can see anyone who comes on to the property from the road and obviously I'm not seeing anyone else come onto the property. The only couple times he delivered them to my porch (you can see the difference between my porch and garage door in the pics) he stands a few feet a way and tosses them onto the porch, he refuses to step in front of the camera. You can see the packages are thrown in the pictures because of how askew they look. I have complained countless times and I'm assured everytime that he will be reprimanded and told to leave them on the porch but he literally never does. These practices are so deceptive and lazy. The women I spoke to several times basically made excuses for the driver staying no one else complains about him and he's been with them for a few years. I'm assuming her logic is because of this he could never do anything wrong. She claimed why would he risk his job to steal candles, but I say why would he risk his job by refusing to follow instructions?
I really wish this company would just go out of business so myself and so many other people wouldn't have to deal with the constant issues. They have the worst reputation of any courier service and it's for a good reason.

Ask the company you are purchasing from to use a another shipping service. I have several times. Depending on where you buy from some businesses will oblige if you explain you have issues with them.
Worst Company EVER. No accountability… Call the customer service number - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recording did not match info on website. Said package went to local p. O. for delivery. Also said package could not be delivered because address was incorrect. Finagled other number to speak with a live person who read the "incorrect address" to me which was in fact my CORRECT ADDRESS! Vowed my packaged would be delivered TODAY! Just finagled again to get a live person only to have confirmed that my CORRECT ADDRESS was not correct but that she would correct it to have it delivered tomorrow. They claim to have attempted deliveries, but that is a total lie. Also took screenshots of tracking and they keep updating and deleting their bullsh*t from the log. *SEE SCREENSHOTS AND NOTE TIMES TAKEN. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS COMPANY AND WILL LIMIT MY DEALINGS WITH THE COMPANIES THAT USE THEM! AND I WILL LET THOSE COMPANIES KNOW. EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR THEIR EXPRESS SERVICE, THEY PULL THIS KIND OF BS! I have had two items in the last six months sent to me via FedEx. I get a ton of stuff delivered via USPS/UPS/Amazon and NEVER have issues. With Amazon stuff actually shows up days BEFORE it is supposed to! The exact same problem has happened with both deliveries. I am provided a delivery date when I make my purchase. The morning I am told my package will be delivered I received an update text stating my package is on a truck and out for delivery within 10 miles of my house. The package will not show up and I will receive a message that it is delayed and will be delivered tomorrow. The next day the package doesn't show up and I received a text update stating the package is delayed and it will be delivered tomorrow. And so on and so on. So my package is sitting on a truck within 10 miles of my house and I have no access to it. The first package this happened with wound up sitting on a truck for 16 days! For 16 days something I paid $500 for I had no access to you as it sat a few miles from my house on a truck. I am now on day three with a television. It was bought for my parents for their anniversary which is today! I was supposed to have the television two days ago so I can give it to them for their anniversary. I now get to walk into their anniversary party empty-handed while their television sits on a truck a few miles away from my house as I am now told my TV that was supposed to be here two days ago will be here on Tuesday (it is Sunday). I can almost promise you it will not be here Tuesday. This is one of the biggest corporations in the world. How do they have a less than two star rating? And why are they not doing anything about it? Somebody please help me understand!?!
After the situation with FedEx stealing my packages, I WILL NEVER USE THIS SO CALLED SHIPPING CARRIER EVER AGAIN! I will never order anything that will be shipped by FedEx. They are a terrible, disheartening, untrusting, disrespectful company and the people who work for you are the same. Packages i ordered for Christmas were received but NO PRODUCT IN PACKAGES! Several of my packages are left opened on my porch! Y'all sign for my package, take items, and re tape the package. I HAVE SO MUCH PROOF! I've tried communicating with Walmart and FedEx on the issue with my biggest concern they initiated. NEITHER are helpful in resolving a problem. Just a big back and forth runaround. I paid $350 for a Apple Watch that i never recieved. I've tried working with my bank disputing the transaction and they are like oh not our problem either, you gotta talk with FedEx and Walmart.
