My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

UPS they get the Job, but the customer service lacks compared to FedEx if there is a problem UPS just sends it back to you, but I have next to no problems with UPS.
USPS what is their problem? Need to start firing or retraining employees. Sent a card to son and family they got it, but both ends were ripped apart and lucky I had money tapped in card but dancing rain deer was broken I have pictures as proof. The biggest problem USPS lost a iPhone X which was sent to a friend in Las Vegas which to this day they never got and I never had it returned and it was certified so not signed for either. Sent it July 3rd 2020 I have been fighting USPS ever since and it is 02-02-2021 now. I was never offered insurance or a returned paper work after signed, not at all. The last time packaged scanned was July 7th 2020 at 1 am. Well lets just say some one from USPS stole it and they will not take care of me. I have all my paper work on this also.

FedEx missed their delivery date and now the delivery date is "pending" It's been over 7 days since it was shipped and I'm unable to contact FedEx customer service.
DELIVERY TEAM REFUSES TO BRING PACKAGE TO MY FRONT DOOR. I have created an account on Fed Ex specifically to manage my request to have my packages delivered to my FRONT DOOR. I have gone to each of the sites I am purchasing from and specified to have delivery to MY FRONT DOOR. Yet, every single time my packages are dropped off at my garage (NOT MY FRONT DOOR) which is AS FAR AWAY from my front door as they can possibly be dropped. My home is a ranch and there are NO STEPS to ascend to get to my front door. I keep my walkway free of snow and obstacles and the delivery crew STILL refuse to follow the instructions. The delivery people need to be taken off my route or fired for not following a simple instruction. I have pleaded with Fed Ex Customer service and filed NUMEROUS complaints and no resolution. From a human standpoint, the delivery people do not know my situation...i could be 80 years old, live alone or could be recovering from surgery and cannot lift and/or carry packages. Not to mention that my garage is NOT covered and I am forced to go out in the rain/snow to retrieve my packages whereas my front porch/door is covered. That being said, the actions of this incorrigible delivery team is inhumane, cruel and rude.Interesting to note that UPS and AMAZON (DHL and others as well) have NO PROBLEM delivering my packages right at MY FRONT DOOR!
It was 20 days layt. They did not try to deliver on time. It was terrible i will recommend to go and order from DHL

Most of us would agree that FedEx fails to delivery or cheats their customers saying different statements that their courier guys write on the delivery sheet. They believe in their courier guys than their customers. One of the worst courier companies to say is FedEx. These people doesn't know how to run a courier or they don't value the importance of their customers. I'm from India, and I got frustrated with the actions from this courier company. Really frustrating to see a renowned company like FedEx doing so. I placed an order online and they shipped it through this garbage courier company. I expected the product to arrive yesterday and it was out for delivery too. I didn't receive it till 8 p.m. When I checked the tracking details, it said that "Refused by recipient". Immediately I called their customer support and told them that their courier guy has neither called me up nor rang the doorbell of my home. Without doing anything how can he make such statement ("Refused by recipient") I asked. That person took the complaint and promised me that the shipment will be done by today. But when I checked the tracking status today, it shows as "The package is being returned to the shipper". Now I have to place another order and wait for the product to reach me after 3 days or so. May I know what the f**k are company management doing? When a courier guy says that the product is being refused by recipient, shouldn't be a double check from the superior to know whether the courier guy has said it right. This happens with most of the courier companies in India. Fraudsters are working as courier guys who loots, gives wrong details at the company when they fail to deliver, and so on. If the management doesn't take action, then you should be ashamed of such activities done by your employees.
Was supposed to receive two different packages of computer equipment for a job I'm starting on Monday. Received one of two, then called customer service to ask about the other one. First I was told that it was still in Memphis and that someone would call me back to advise on delivery date. No one ever called me, so I called again this afternoon and was told that the package was at my local facility (more than 10 hours from Memphis) being sorted. Service rep said he would have someone text me to let me know what time on Saturday I could pick it up at that local facility. Never received a text, so checked online status tonight. Still shows a projected delivery with today's date, even though it's midnight (good luck with that). It also shows that the package didn't leave Memphis until 5:41pm this afternoon. So much for the misinformation about it being at my local facility this afternoon.
In addition to the frustrations above, all reps and one manager had heavy accents and were very difficult to understand. Why not have fully fluent reps to make the communications more efficient? Oh, I guess that's because you would have to pay them more.
I would never use FedEx myself; this is the second example of late deliveries and contradictory answers/tracking info I've had with them in two months. But I have no control, since the shipping party opted to use FedEx.

Update Saturday night: So, not only is my package 32 hours late, it has been sitting at a local facility FOR 14 HOURS. Just SO helpful. During that 14 hours, why not put it on a truck and get it to me in a timely manner, or at least get it to the final destination facility so that I could have picked it up. I have called NUMEROUS times today to try to get updates on my so-called "case," but have not received any helpful answers. FedEx, you are far and away the worst carrier out there. WHAT A JOKE.

On arriving at st petersburg FL distribution center from Minnesota on monday June 21, the driver for my route told me delivery was delayed an additional 2 days as it was noted that a $#*!ing COUCH was lying on top of my box, and had crushed it. So mgmt wanted to inspect the contents before delivering. Please read that again. A COUCH. WAS. ON. TOP. SMH.
Inside was a product ive had to source 3 $#*!ing times because, you guessed it, each time the box came crushed. And this isn't something bought off of a shelf. It is a dash, no longer in production even in aftermarket, for a 1966 c10 fleetside. It was in decent /good and restorable condition prior to shipping. And these take months to find, before purchase and shipping, and always from an individual seller.
The first 1 was sent through UPS. They sent it back to seller and refunded shipping and damages. The 2nd and 3rd were with FedEx. See attached pics. Its truly absurd.
FedEx: your business is straightforward- shipping. Getting it from point A to point B, unmolested and intact. But you cant do any of that anymore. And rather than be proactive and remedy this, you'd rather mouth "but covid-19" and cry "Amazon took all our jobs". Nope. You are giving them all of your customers.
So Again, $#*! you FedEx. You suck. Will never use you again when it is my choice.

Even five years ago Fedex was a fairly good delivery service. Now they are worse than deplorable. They are abusive even when you are polite and patient with them. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE!
Value yourself and your business, DHL is a way better delivery company, Fedex should close down
The upsetting experience that I just had with Fedex is embarrasing from a company that is known all over. The drivers are careless, negligents and incompetents, they drop off packages to whatever addresses they feel like just to get empty out their hands. I had a package that dropped off by a Fedex driver at a random USPS location without a known reason, the package is lost without a track and Fedex is not responsable for anything, I have literally called Fedex 20 times without getting to a positive results. I will not ever recommend this incompetent delivery company to anyone. However I got a couple more deliveries from DHL and their service was outstanding. DHL is the responsable company you want to use for your personal or busuness use. I gave Fedex a star because I do not see the minus Zero stars which is what Fedex deserves. Now I have to call the shipper to see what we can do with this hassle. Thanks Fedex for nothing, this company should close business, a two stars reviews is digging you deeper, I hope you get out of business soon.
I recently had the sixth package "misdelivered" by FedEx. I was home when the FedEx app said it was delivered. I immediately went to retrieve it, but the package was not there. I did not see a FedEx truck, and no one had knocked on my door.
I have waited several days for FedEx to complete an "investigation," and still no one from the company has contacted me. My address has not changed. I do not live somewhere that is hard to find. Other package carriers deliver to me without issues.
FedEx is just plain bad at its job. Unfortunately, I forgot to have the retailer "deauthorize" FedEx as a carrier option, which I have done with other retailers. My fault. My fault entirely.
Please, FedEx, I beg of you. Please shut down your company and let the professionals handle things from now on!
UPDATE 2/16/21:
A month has passed, and no one from FedEx has bothered to contact me about their so-called "investigation." If I could give the company a negative star rating, I would choose minus five stars for their obvious lack of care. If you need to ship something, DO NOT use FedEx. If you have packages shipped to you from retailers, make sure the retailers deauthorize FedEx as a carrier option.
NEW 10/7/21:
Since my initial review, FedEx has mishandled another package, and it appears that they are playing table tennis with yet another one that might never arrive. It left Georgia, traveled across my state of Alabama over yonder to Texas, came back my way and made a pit-stop in Tuscaloosa (which is 45 minutes away). Well, lordy y'all, then it found its way back to Georgia! It is now four days late, and I can only guess where this package will end its journey across the south.
Oh, yeah. I'm still waiting for FedEx to contact me about their "investigation" into the lost package from my initial review. I'm holding my breath, as I'm certain it won't be much longer now.
I don't why businesses would choose fedex for delivery. The idiot vendor I bought something from didn't give a choice, so I called fedex to deliver my pkg after 4pm, they said they'll make a note of it. They came in the morning and slapped a door tag. I called the # going through a chain of automated commands that took forever, and finally got a human and asked if they could redeliver after 4pm the next day. Human said he will pass on the message. Next day, got a voicemail that Fedex driver cannot be there after 4pm, so my package went back to the fedex office and I should go pick it up. REALLY? So now, I have to drive to the office to pick it up. What a business - we deliver on our own convenience - if you want your darn package, come to our office and pick it up. If you cannot make it at my requested time, couldn't you just TELL ME when I'm on the phone? I could have then asked if you could come to my office before 4pm. Bottom line is wasted a lot of time on the phone... waiting for a package... now I just have to go pick it up myself. DELIVERY service is a MISNOMER, the business is CENTRAL PICK UP SERVICE.
Worst than UPS or DHL in postage, 2 weeks later from the date written in the description! If somebody need something fast don't use fedex!

I Ordered $349.00 car parts from a dealer, unfortunately it shipped FedEx. It NEVER arrived! Their tracking info said it was delivered, but it also stated "barcode unreadable, lable unreadable, lable reprinted. (If it was unreadable how was the information reprinted?) I was home on the alleged date and time of delivery, I live in the country with a 1/4 mile long driveway. I also have 7 dogs so no one gets close without us knowing it! The package was never delivered! I checked with my neighbors, nothing! I filed a complaint with FedEx. They said it was delivered and blew me off. A few days ago I received another package from FedEx (this one was delivered) so I asked the driver. Explained the situation, he asked if we received picture confirmation. I said "no". Told him about the website saying the labels were unreadable and reprinted. To which he replied "that's suspicious". He also stated that he was the regular driver for my route and he is only off on Tuesdays, my package supposedly arrived on Saturday. The driver said "well I'm the one that would have delivered it and this is the first time I've been to this house" he said he would speak to his boss. Again contacted FedEx. They said they'd investigate. Just received a letter saying our records indicate the package was delivered, your claim is denied! They obviously never spoke to the driver. There is no way to verify what address was put on the lable when they reprinted it during shipping. And I am just out the money I spent to fix my car. We are everyday hard working people. We do not have an abundance of money and these car parts weren't a luxury. They were a necessity. I do not have the money to replace them! FedEx should be ashamed! The billion dollar corporation keep getting richer while the little people just get taken advantage of! They messed up yet I'm the only one in the situation losing out. Completely unacceptable! I'd hire pack mules or carrier pigeons before I'd trust FedEx! Again!
Fedex has the worse customer service ever! For such a large company they are disorganized and uninformed. Their customer service reps can not answer your questions. First off I ordered 2 tables from walmart both of them were shipped the same day. They were supposed to be delivered on February 23rd. That did not happen one of them was delivered on March 1st and the second one had yet to be delivered. I dont get why they were not on the same truck especially with gas prices? As they are. Everyday I get a text saying out for delivery by the end of the day at the end of the day at says delayed will be delivered the next business day. When you call no one knows what's going on I actually had someone tell me they did not delivered because I need to be home to except package. So I stay home and wait all day because they say they are going to deliver. Sitting on my couch with the doors wide open I get a message saying they tried to deliver and I was not there too receive it. When I tell them I am here bring it back they tell me they will only make one attempt per day. Then I finally get a supervisor and get a whole different story no signature needed i dont have to be home and they did not try to deliver my package. I have talked to several different people and have gotten several different answer. GET IT TOGETHER FEDEX I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM A VOMPANY WHO USES YOU AGAIN STICKING WITH AMAZON OR UPS NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH THEM!

I have had multiple packages stolen through this company. I recently ordered a new phone through Samsung and was disappointed to find that it is being shipped through FedEx the first day of delivery after giving instruction that I couldn't be home due to work until 4pm they tried to deliver at 2 o'clock that day 2nd attempt I had someone at my residence to be ready for the package and they never showed up yet put it down as a second attempt that would leave me with one more before I have to drive 2 hours away on a busy schedule to pick up my package and yet they haven't made a third attempt it has been 5 days since the second attempt that was never made and now as I try to call their customer service hotline all I get to talk to is a robot that won't put me through to a representative so that I can go pick up my package no matter how many times I've called and now I'm worried about my package or if I will ever get it a very expensive package at that the only reason I could think that companies would ship through FedEx is because they make their delivery fees so cheap its the worst company I've ever had the pleasure of being a customer for

FedEx is THE WORST company I've ever dealt with. And to make it worst, they don't care. My specialty pharmacy sent my cancer medication via FedEx. Almost 2 days later, it's still on their delivery truck. They tell you that your package will be delivered before 8p.m. They delivered it at 3:22 p.m. The driver never texted or called, to state he had tried to deliver the package. The package required a signature. I called to let FedEx know that I didn't receive my package. They assured me that they would deliver it by 8 pm. 8 p.m. Well, 8 p.m. passed & no delivery. I called again. They assured me that it would be delivered before 10 p.m. Guess what, no delivery still. I called & complained again, & they said I could pick my medication up at the FedEx office on Adamo drive. I drove to finally pick up my medication, & they told me it was in one of their trucks, to be delivered before 8 p.m. What! Are you kidding me! I asked to speak to the manager at the Adamo Drive office. But of course, they were too busy to speak with me. I'm calling my specialty pharmacy to let them know, PLEASE, DO NOT ALLOW FEDEX TO DELIVER MY MEDICATION OR ANYTHING ELSE! SAYING THEIR SERVICE IS POOR, WOULD BE A GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT!
